We arrived at our rental location to return a 8x5 cargo trailer just after their closing hours. So, we tried going through the return process through the internet at the uhaul parking lot location. We could not go through the process because the â€œlocation sharingâ€ feature would not work properly. We tried a â€œlive chatâ€ several times and got dropped from the chat every time not due to poor cell signal. We then called uhaul customer support and after waiting for quite a bit, spoke with a pleasant gentleman that helped complete the return process. In conclusion, I suggest the location sharing feature on the internet return procedure get eliminated to avoid return problems for customers.Chris D.

I lost a key I called multiple times for help instead of letting me know I had an option to have the truck towed or find a car replacement company on Sunday they wanted until Tuesday to let me know this information causing me to pay more that I had budget for. And never recieved any actual help. Will not recommend the place to anyone. I had to pay for the car key myself. How is that a company like you do not have a replacement key? It took me a total of 3 hours to get the key done but your company could not so that?Yennifer B.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I reserved a pickup on line, and upon arriving the only pickup available was accounted for by another rental agreement when I had been informed by the online system that it was available. I was able to quickly switch to a cargo van smoothly and it worked out well.William G.

My check in with Peggy and return with Boris went very well. Both people where very helpful. The truck and auto trailer I rented were available and clean. Everything went smoothly. This was in contrast to using a different UHaul dealer on Jefferson Street in Salem, Massachusetts a few weeks earlier. My trailer was not available and the sales agent (the store manager) did not follow through. My experience at UHaul in Lynn was much better.Andrew S.

You must be clear and tell you to take a photo of everything. I drove 7 miles and was told I drove 59 miles. The gas wasn't full but was made to pay to fill it. The passenger mirror wasn't working properly the check engine light was on the low air in the tires light was on as well and some other light was on. I was so afraid to drive that Truck that I returned it the same day instead of at 11:45 am tomorrow. I feel like I was taken advantage of I also bought a nine dollar mattress cover plus tax and it is pure junk I think I could've wrapped my mattress in a trash bag and it would have been better quality shame on you Lynnway u-Haul.Lourdes O.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted).
