The guy that works at this location I believe he is driving the vehicles after the customers return them. I brought a vehicle back at a quarter tank like he gave it to me and he put in the computer that I brought it back empty. When I went to the store to confront him he said it was a little over a eighth. He can't even get his story straight. I was charged $22 for gas and $39 for the service. I do believe this guy is scamming customers and someone needs to take a closer look into this employee.

Cargo van clean except inside of windows not washed. Driving all day with horrific schmear of grey dirt, streaks and fingerprints was depressing. It was distracting. Very negative impression.

I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I came to pick it up two hours after I had put my pickup time. No notifications or anything. I had to scramble to find else. I o Lu later found out that there is a $50 guarantee but no one told me or gave it to me. I had to get a more expensive vehicle.

Please be sure to have the trucks maintained the check engine light was lit as well as the hatch for the trailer so I'm hoping to see improved service on the vehicles so that they are more economical with the gas.

The two gentlemen working today were extremely rude to every costumer that walked through the door. One young worker yelled at us stating that they were short staffed and we just needed to deal with it. Exceptionally rude. Took 30 min to be waited on even though arrived 10 min before pickup. Truck was dirty and only had 1/4 tank while other costumers received half tank filled trucks. Clearly this store has not trained their employees probably.

The van was very clean. The attendants were very helpful. The van had a low tire pressure indicator and the brake pad indicator was on as well. We stopped to fill up the tires, but it was actually the tire pressure monitor that was faulty. Not terrible, but driving the van on the highway was a bit nerve wracking.

That truck looked like it went through a war with broken or bent side panels, front headlight housing missing and made lots of noise on turns.

Honestly, everyone was so helpful it was kind of amazing. They were concerned when I arrived early that the van I was supposed to use hadn't been returned yet. But ten minutes later, it was ready and freshly cleaned. And they extended my rental time, and were just a lot of fun.

my reservation was for 8am and i didn't pick up my truck until 9:45am when they called to say the truck was ready. I was told that they would extend my reservation back 2 hours but when i went to pick it up my reservation was still for the same time. Luckily i didnt need it past that but i was seriously upset with my overall experience with this location

My card was charged different amounts (over charged) than the invoice listed; both upon pickup and dropoff. I explained that I wanted to pay the remaining balance with a different card bc my funds were low. The worker outside refused and charged my card anyway, which caused another payment to bounce! In addition your online system kept bumping me to a far out location so I had to take a smaller truck from a different location. I'm awaiting a call back from the manager because the 1800 number could fiqure it out. It's been hours on the phone with u haul to get the wrong size truck, from a farther location and to be over charged 

The location was not convenient to where I live. However, after two closer U-Hall locations cancelled my reservation for the equipment not being available (one, cancelling it as I was leaving to pick it up!) the Main Street, Buffalo location had what I needed! The staff were professional, personable, and got me situated as quickly as they could. Once I got there, the experience was very good and stress-free.

For the second time that I have moved, the truck I reserved wasn't ready or there. So I hav to pick up the next morning because of customer keeping the truck some extra time. When I arrived the next morning to pick up truck I was given a truck that was sitting in the back lot that was there already when I arrived to pick up truck in the first place. Waste of my time again. Truck couldn't go over 50 without shaking. Not a fun way to move. On your website it says if the truck wasn't there you give me $50. I would really like to see if that actually true. Merci

Employees were very friendly and patient. While waiting for my turn I saw them professionally deal with unduly upset customers. Additional staffing may be needed for the level of traffic but the employees on site were great.

One they were not very friendly when I said there was a reservation for the first floor they said that they didn't have one for the first so it's the third third floor then found a second floor I took that I was given the impression that they didn't feel like handling the last customer. Had problems with the elevator they didn't seem to know what was going on I had asked him three times for assistant With the elevator then I told him that the truck was to be dropped off on ferry Street, I was going to show him the text that I received from U-Haul he said he didn't need to see it I told him to truck was supposed to return the 28th he still took the mileage and the gas usage.

When renting a vehicle check tire pressure. And make sure paperwork is correct. . We got our rental over an hour late our paperwork was messed up and had a flat tire which halted our move.

20' Truck was not available at time of rental. The team had no idea this was about to happen, and then spent 30 minutes hunting down a 10' truck. They should have projected this in advance and been working on a solution proactively before I even walked in. Poor customer service! They then charged me the rate for a 20' truck still on the bill, which I had to argue and get the $ back at time of return, even after the front desk guy tried telling me the $20 extra was for the estimated mileage. Again, poor customer service. Maybe he was too distracted playing on his phone behind the desk to understand the bill. To pile on, when I was originally standing in line to get the truck, the Manager of the place was handling another irate customer on the phone, and expressed his personal dissatisfaction with the other clerk immediately after getting off the phone with the customer. He verbatim told his counterpart: "I'm really mad at you right now for making me call that customer back and putting me in that position." This was the guy who was wearing a "General Manager" shirt...he should never put his counterpart in that position in front of customers. A very bad look for that location and customer service overall! Awful experience on a single day where people plan for weeks and even months for needing a moving truck.

I wanted to pay for two months. Yet I was charged for 3 months. When I questioned it, I was told that. It would be refunded when I move my stuff out. It appeared that the employee didn't know how to do a refund. He rush other customers out and seems to be on an overall bad mood.

No lock provided when I move in. My expectation was to have a lock inside the storage unit. But did not had one. Also hard to reach that unut. Staff is not friendly at all. I regularly using Uhaul service in Canada, and this is first time I used in US. And it will be the LAST. BECAUSE WORST customer service due to rude employees in that location.

I was charged for a year for storage I never moved into and my credit was poorly affected I would never even consider using this service again even as a suggestion. Poor service and constant calls harassing me about a storage I was unaware I even had. Worst storage place ever do not even call these guys you will wind up with an outrageous bill you never knew you had.

Lost about $38 in rent due to my moving date being moved up 3 weeks. I couldn't get refunded for weeks I would not be using it. My storage unit was a 4x4x4 upper unit and the ladder was always scattered and was a pain to move and load in. The unit itself is also not worth $50 a month. I was able to find a much bigger unit, almost triple the space, with a differn't company for only $86 here in buffalo. A unit of that size was going to cost me about $140/month at Uhaul. Staff was helpful, but your units are very overpriced for what you are getting.

The manager, Tajh King was extremely rude to me not only during my most recent visit to the Main St. location, but during my initial visit as well. He is extremely condescending and abrasive in his tone. He blatanly lied to me and told me that he didn't have any storage units available. I went to another location and was informed that there were in fact other units available at the Main St location. Tajh also took it as far as to completely skip helping me and attempt to help another customer when I was obviously next in line. When I spoke up about Tajh deciding to skip me he claimed he didn't see me, which made absolutely no sense considering that I was standing right in front of him. I plan to speak with Todd S and write a letter to your corporate headquarters in the very near future regarding my experience. Tajh has absolutely no business managing a customer service based environment. I would be surprised if this complaint is the first of it's nature the company has received regarding Tajh.

This was the worst part moving experience. There was a lock w/an access denied paper attached My bill was paid on the 28th of January. The supervisor prevented us from using the freight elevator.

the issue i have with Uhaul storage is the $15 late fee. I recieved emails and letters clearly stating that it would be waived if i sign up for auto pay. i did and was told by the mgr no to waiving it
