-Disappointed in the customer service person that had a careless attitude. -Guaranteed appliance dolly per email- Did NOT have. -Gas tank was empty! -Side Mirrors were filthy! We had to clean along with the driver's and passenger side windows. -Will never recommend to anyone.

Well, let me start by saying I always choose this location for uhaul pickups and it is convenient for me and gets the job done. However the most important thing to me is the wait time for picking up my uhaul. I am usually in a rush (I use uhaul to deliver furniture to clients) and get stuck waiting at least 15 minutes to talk to someone about my reservation. Other than that, the cargo van I was given said the oil needed to be changed soon, and I was hoping to get one of the newer cargo vans but got the older one. At the end of the day uhaul helped me accomplish my goals for the day, and these are just a couple things that would make me want to rave about your services in the future.

As a customer I would expect UHall to give me advice on if I have 2 bedroom apartment how big truck is sufficient so that I can save cost with movers. I booked a 10/10 truck and asked for movers help. I also needed help with driving. I end up paying overtime for the movers because they said the truck was very small . At The two movers from had to take 2 back and forth trips and it cost me almost $700 for truck, driving help and movers. I paid online 200$ to movers and then I paid cash of 470$. This included the UHall cost and their overtime. I felt that I have been ripped off.

Truck was not ready on time in the morning, when I went back in the afternoon truck wasn’t checked in and I was told to go get coffee and when I came back it should be ready and it still wasn’t ready when I got back. When asked if I wanted to purchase the protection insurance I said is it only 14.00 to which the associate replied yes but did not tell me it was actually 28.00.

No one answered the phone on my day to arrive. I was not going 2 pay for shipping ,movers, & a hotel for 10 days. I'm stuck waiting in hopes 2 reschedule. I believe my unit was given to someone else

Poor, i move-in changed to 29th from 800 #, local facilty never got message I showed up and was told come back in AM. Storage was advertised as 10x4x8, it was more like 8x3.4x6.5. Went to LifeStorage

the issue i have with Uhaul storage is the $15 late fee. I recieved emails and letters clearly stating that it would be waived if i sign up for auto pay. i did and was told by the mgr no to waiving it

Initially the staff was rude and unaccommodating... no one would even answer the phone. By the end of my experience they were MUCH more friendly and I just stopped trying to call when I had a question
