Easy check in online, I was done before I got to the location. All I did was give payment info and I was out the door within 10 mins. Turning in the equipment was also a breeze, didn’t need go inside and sign a bunch of papers etc. Everything electronic, email receipts. Super convenient. I loved my experience. 10/10

I went to the location and I asked to rent a 10' Truck and would need it till the next day. They then told me that 10' Truck "could not" be rented for a 24Hr period and that I had to go to a 15'. I needed to return it at 5pm the next day so I wanted to come back at 5pm to rent it. When I returned at 5pm they told me that there were no more trucks available. I was dissapointed but understood. I went home and went to the website. On the website I wanted to reserve one and come to find out that not 30minutes after I left there was a 10' Truck available. Online it let me reserve it for 24hrs which was confusing me on why I was not offered that at the location. I reserved it and went back to the location to rent my truck out. Wasted too much time and it just seemed to me that this location does not know what they are doing or something. I will not rent from this location again!!!

I ask for a trailer with a ramp that touch the floor and should of check it but was not given what I needed so I had to rent another trailer from a different company that was well informed and theres 24 hours in a day this location considers 6 hours a day and if I needed it for 24hours I will be charged 4 days

I have complained about this in the past, but hopefully you are aware of the issue and trying to remedy it. Despite reserving my trailer and checking out in advance, the process of getting my trailer from the time I arrive is AWFUL. Your site says by checking in in advance you cut your time in half at the counter. Despite my efforts the process still takes 20-30 minutes. Please help your store staff to improve this. Also the process of calling my colleagues to verify me is a bit offensive as well.

We booked truck to be picked up at a more convenient location and received confirmation with pickup time and location. Upon arrival, we were told that truck was NOT available and were redirected to this location over 8 miles away. They were very busy and rude and we would NOT willingly do business here again.

I've been out of my unit #1050 at this location since November 2018 and yet I still get Bill's on the unit. They have cut my lock off at least once in the short time I had it and had to replace it.

Our only issue was with the accounting department. We mailed checks to make the payments monthly and at least 3 times the checks were lost. Someone needs to be more responsible with customer check
