Messed up my reservation. Said they added note. Got charged for wrong drop off location and an extra day.BENJAMIN S.
My complaint is that when I checked in the truck I was charged an extra hour because it was 8 minutes over time. Thing is I was there a good 30 minutes before hand and was with the person checking me in for 10 minutes so it was impossible I was late. Anyway lucky I asked for final receipt and caught that charge and made sure they reversed it.Bethel A.

They had me walk all the way to the truck instead of pulling it up like any other uhaul place and I'm 7months pregnant plus when I got to it I couldn't squeeze to open driver door had to open passenger door and crawl to diver side and then when I got in the the the miles and gas where not what my paperwork said the lady at the front was no help telling me to check it on my phone my phone my phone was dead and she told me to go find one of the guys outside I'm not walking around this big uhaul place to go find one of the guys I just finished walking to the damn truck to move it. My initial reservation was at Greenpoint. Rep called the morning of to confirm truck pick up with me. I arrived 15min later to learn that my truck was given to guy at the counter while I waited next up in line. Per staff, there were no more trucks of ANY size available for rent so I was directed to another location. There things went smoothly and quickly with Shenita after spending 30min at the previous store with no resolution.LEAH ANTOINETTE O.

Any sort of empathy or sense of urgency would be encouraged. We had an extraordinary wait time for having a pick up time reserved, and where we were just ignored while it was finally out turn in line for fifteen minutes. There was no personallbility or care in the customer experience, and not even so much as a smile or greeting from the employees. This was after our scheduled reservation had been moved because the other location didn't have what we had scheduled for online, and when I went out of my way to pick up the truck from this other location, the rep on the phone stated they would give 25 extra miles since it would be further out. This ended up taking an extra 10 minutes to work out for the staff who made minimal effort to explain the situation or help us understand, and after all of that they ended up forgetting our dolly but still charged us for it, and didn't explain at all how the 50$reservation guarantee online for my order worked or what I would need to do to receive it. Overall if this is what is considered acceptable business I would never trust this location for my needs again, and makes me question uhaul in general.CALEB L.

First they charged me $500 too much the reason I say that is they quoted me one price of $1550.00 and then charged me almost 2000 which is wrong .second they didn't want to help me load the the trailer to the truck and then they said if you pay extra money we will they didn't walk me to the U-Haul they just said it's out there in the middle somewhere go find it and they just don't care how they treat the customers. When I dropped off the truck and the trailer Wayne was very helpful and the first thing he asked is why they charge me so much for that truck. He looked at the trailer and said they should not even sent that trailer out with almost a flat tire and a ball tire that's the kind of people you have working in Houston give me your company a bad name.WENDY M.
