General manager had no concept of customer service. Made the rental experience difficult and unpleasant. He was very self-centered, used the word "I" alot, and seemed to be looking for some kind of authoritative respect from customers. Manager claimed he had to get a contact verification from a number I provided, then he called my mother and brother but hung up while I was trying to tell them it was me at a U-Haul. Consequently, my mother and brother were fearful that something had happened to me until I was able to contact them after the rental process was completed. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. This manager should be reprimanded and/or terminated.

Train the workers with better customer service and knowledge of how to accept all types of payments so the customers needs are met. When we picked up the rental, we were told we can pay cash upon return; however, when we returned there was a different cashier who stated she didn’t know how to accept cash because she’s never did it before. She also stated the manager was not there. I left very disappointed.

When I went to drop off the equipment, I tried to purchase an item that was only $6.00, so I wanted to pay cash. The only one that could open the register was the manager and he was at the next register handling a complaint. Then he walked to the back office leaving a long line. Needless to say, I left the store after waiting 20 minutes in line.

The General Manager at this location was the rudest human being I have ever encountered. I had every intention on calling corporate on Monday to report his obnoxious behavior. When I returned into the store after struggling to find my rental truck for 20 minutes plus. There was another woman at the counter who was also upset by his disrespectful, disgusting tone and behavior. I understand that losing one customer may not be important, however I entend on informing all my friends and colleagues that this is one business we should not support. Additionally, the district managers information should be visible to customers. The GM refused to provide the District’s managers contact information for me in follow up about my horrible experience. I would rather pay more to support a business that respects me and values me as a customer.

UHUAL CORP had asked me to switch locations due to availability of the enclosed trailer I had ordered. They over booked the enclosed trailer by two reservations. I was the first person in line when the opened and they did not have the equipment I had reserved, this was after driving an additional 12 miles to a location that Corp reservations promised had my equipment. so I had to settle for an open trailer. This was very inconvenient due to the fact is was suppose to rain all day. The staff at the location worked hard to try to come up with a solution for an issue caused by corp booking. Though I would recommend they get their printers fixed.

The truck had issues. The right turn blinker did not work and the right side headlamp was very dim. The transmission was also slipping. Otherwise it did not break down on me and that is a good thing.

My 2 star review is about the location policy, the staff are great and they deserve 5 stars. This location requires me to provide a separate phone number to a friend or relative that they had to call and request permission from them before they can give me a Uhaul. I felt belittle, and like a child and it’s really embarrassing. Due to this reason I will not be going back to this location. I have used Uhaul before and my info is actually in the system, none of their other location requires me to provide my relative or friend phone number to seek permission from them before they can give me the truck. Mind you am not under age, am an adult over 30 years old. So I have no clue why they did that.

Truck leaked and I had property damaged. Moving help was not professional. I had to make other arrangements to finish moving my things out of storage due to movers being slow and unable to pack items on truck successfully to avoid future charges on my storage unit.

So I was told that my pick up location was going to be at a propane store that is also a u-haul rental location. I had scheduled to pick up the trailer at 10am. I arrived at the location to find out that the trailer was not their but at a different location. ( I never received a phone call, email or text about this). I go to the other location and the line is super long. I then noticed that one of the young ladies that was working the counter walked outside and never came back. Come to find out she just up and quit leaving one lady to do everything. I finally ended up with my trailer at 12:30. This caused me an hour and a half money that I was paying a group of guys to help me. U-Haul not only did not notify me. They cost me money time and extra gas. Great job U-Haul, worst customer service.

I was late picking up my rental & rep corrected time on paperwork but did not change it in the system.. u haul charged my credit card another fee due to rep error & when I asked for my money she said manager was gone for the day wait until Monday ??.. they just abused my credit card access & my account is locked

Not charge me for gas when I left it higher than what it had. Do not take forever to pick up and return the truck. Highly disappointed and mad at overcharge, but I know the workers there will not take me seriously, and will probably take another hour just to hear me out. I never thought this business could be so complicated.

I rent a uhaul at 930 am...pay $100 and i was told i have to bring it back by 7pm...not even 12 hours....bullshit.....well never use uhaul again
