Trailer size was perfect for our needs. The rear door hinges, lock bar and lock handle were very hard to operate and needed lubrications. We lubed all points with WD40 prior to returnPaul B.

Over a week late with no update from UHAUL. This was after we allowed for some leeway on the 10day shipping guarantee. I shipped 27th of July and asked for delivery date of Aug. 18th. Didn't arrive until 28th. Had to go shopping to get things I had already owned and were on the way. Some essential like clothes were needed to be purchased. I would call the call center who would give me an ETA then reroute to local call center (FL) who would give me a different ETA, then call the actual store would would give me a different ETA. I was kept on hold for about 20 min every time I would call. Once arrived some things were broken. The website tracker didn't update to say where my things were. Overall frustrating experience.Tim H.

Not have your vehicles parked on an incline upon return. I overfilled gas tank at return just to be nice and was parked in such away that the gas tank red less than I had filled it up at and ended up with gas charges due to incline. Honestly probably just a way you guys make more money but extremely disrespectful. Will use you guys again but will never fill gas tank again cause your just gonna charge anyway.Nicholas B.
My only concern was I could not raise the seat or figure out how to lower the steering wheel. I'm short, so seeing over the dash was an issue. I wish the technician had spent a few minutes with me going over how to fit myself into the truck. On the other hand, he was a really nice young man.Elizabeth V.

Your dispatch sent me 46 miles away just to pick up this truck even though there are 2 U-Haul locations within 5 miles of my house and several others along the route they sent me. Truck was filthy dirty upon pickup. Trash - including food snack wrappers and a used mask - was all over the floor of the cab. Obvious this truck had not been cleaned from the last renter. Windows were bug filled and gas tank was at 5/8 tank. First thing I had to do was put 88 $gas in it just to get home! Truck was very noisy ride and in need of transmission service as it shifted very erratically. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will most definitely look at all other companies to rent from in the future and only use U-Haul as a last resort.MATTHEW L.

I arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday and the associates only had 15 more mins of work but were still very willing to help me out and answer all my question. The associate took his time to show me how to use and attach the auto transport and make sure I was comfortable before pulling off. Upon returning, a new associate assisted me in parking the auto transport and detaching. It was such a quick and easy transaction. Would definitely come to this location again.KATRINA B.

The location itself is fine. Our issue is with corporate reservations. Corporate continues to mess up our reservations by either losing them or not having what we reserved at the time we reserved them for and this is not a good practice to have. We utilize Uhaul on a weekly basis. We want to have a dependable company to work with and so far our experiences has not been good.amy D.

The closest U-haul could get the pod to me was a two hour drive each way. The local U-haul dealers were not accepting pods. The pod was originally scheduled to arrive between 9a-11a. I am from out-of-state, and had scheduled help loading for that time period. However, the drop off time was changed to 2p-4p and arrived after 4:30p. I did not have any help to load the heavy items. The people that delivered/pickup the pod were friendly and professional. The pod was shipped /arrived on the scheduled date. However, it arrived at the wrong U-haul dealer. The U-haul rep located the pod at another U-haul location about 3 miles away. My pod had the wrong name on the outside but the numbers match. The U-haul staff were very helpful and professional when I finally reached the correct location and found my pod. I had easy phone connection on the drop off area. However, on the delivery end tried to call U-haul 6 times was put on hold for 30 minutes each time. I finally spoke to a real person who was helpful , he answered my questions, and gave me a unloading time. However, the rep said someone would call me the evening before my scheduled pickup to review what I need to do for pickup. No one called. Things worked out but it was very frustrating experience. Hire more employees to answer the phone. Notify customers when changes are made to pickup/delivery times/locations.rodney C.
