Bad attitude from GM Henery. Overcharged me. I returned the rental early and price was the same. I do not recommend tbis location.

The safety mechanism on the car straps was almost impossible to operate it had rusted quite severely but it did work and was I was happy with everything

When I picked up the rental truck, they gave me only 3 options for drop off, we picked the closest to our new move location, which ended up being 42,7 miles from our move location, which not only ran us over by 21 miles but also made us and 85 mile roundtrip out of our way. Making a long moving day even longer. not to mention making us even more upset, thanks.

This is the only uhaul location in St Louis I'll use. The manager Henry has always been great , greets me by name when I come in and is always very professional. The equipment is clean and in great shape. In my opinion, this location should be a model for all other uhaul locations.

The gentleman who helped me the first time with the Page location saw me driving down the street an hour and a half later with a different trailer. His comment was oh I didn't think it might fit. which tells me that he knew ahead of time what I was looking for I drove all the way from Page to Chesterfield and back to get a second trailer. By the way my first experience at the location on Dorset named Bob's was absolutely horrible. you can contact me if you'd like to know

What a great group of people. Everyone i dealt with were kind, approachable, and considerate. Super quick and quality installation service. I believe John was the installer. Solid job. I completely forgot to empty my cargo area pror to installation and when the installation was completed, not only did he put the items back, he put them back in a clean and orderly fashion. I take great satisfaction in writing this review. 100 % happy and will only go to this u haul location for now on. Don't take a chance on anywhere else!

I ended up checking the trailer return in on the uhaul app after 15 minutes because no one came out to the drop off/check-in location. In their defense, it did look like there were quite a few customers there at the time. I just had to be somewhere else and the app was easy to use.

I appreciate the deal that I had where the first month was free. The location and business hours were convenient. The staff were always friendly and efficient. Lastly m, $125 is still expensive for the unit of my size, you all should lower your prices.

I paid for a storage the first time I came in and you all always say the first month is free now why would your staff do me like that ,I will never recommend anyone to you all because when I ask for my money back he refuse to give it to me, now I also have to pay for 2storages in March he just used me I will always inform everyone that you all don't wair name tags so if we need to speak to a boss we can't call your name, I will also inform everyone that you all don't sign the paper once we paid our money, you all are very, very,very,very,very poor business people.

People living in storage units . They even rented me one with some one living it. Also the special of rent a truck first month storage wasn't done. I had to make them do it when I rented 3 unit different time. Then to move out was horrible, asked day before why when i rented truck and moving service threw your web site. They were EXCELLENT. But uhaul told use it's at different uhaul, I need to switch the driver . They said you didnt need to just give my phone number . WRONG not only show license change account to him. Made him pay $122.00, he didnt have any credit cards with him. So THANK GOD my sister was out in the car. She paid. MY CREDIT CARD IS IN FILE . why didnt they use it. So another person is living 2 locker's down. I was by my self. 56 yr old white women. SCARED THE CRAP OUT IF ME. AGAIN. The first time I talked to upper management, they said that he had been working on fixing the problem. I said really they said they had no idea someone was living in the unit they rented me. I SAID WOW YOU REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. So now it happened again.you need to fix this. You are a nation wide company. REALLY. This is a news worthy store. So how will this be rectified??? Disappointed customer.

We were in the new extension that was recently completed. The contractor was returning to reroof this new building. Our original unit had a pool of water. The manager immediately moved us to a unit with no roof problem. We found the staff and facility top rate.

The storage facility is superior to competitors in terms of cleanliness and climate control. The monthly charge is much higher than that of competitors, however. I highly recommend U-Haul storage.

The service I received was Superb. I am a 70 year old African American Disabled Woman. All the Employees showed me Empathy and Concern. It was snowing very hard when I arrived. I am glad to be HOME.

Most satisfactory. I used the box for a unique purpose. Moving a very expensive piece of equipment for weaving cloth. The only downside was lack of anchors. I suggest adding floor Anchors. Tom Beaudet

even though our facility in carbondale is manned by one person, he is friendly, has the correct info and has all the customer service skills to handle a fairly full store on his own. he is a great guy

I got the truck and it was in tow and it started out that way (it eats up gas) . it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I used less than a quarter of a tank so I put a 20 in and the gas gauge didn't move

I used uboxes and had them delivered so I did not see the facility. Uboxes were clean and communication was excellent. Staff worked hard to ensure everything would work for me. Fortement recommandé!

Did not visit the facility. They handled a UBox delivery from a shipment from CA. Debbie the delivery person was great! The 9-4 time for box drop off was a bit excessive and wasted the day.
