Honestly, The location was amazing! Very friendly staff and the whole process was a LOT faster than other U-Haul locations. The guys there deserve a raise 100%! They even were keeping a lady calm who seemed to be separating her partner. They went above and beyond from her. A++

I originally reserved at trailer at the Olive & Midland location in University City (63130), where there was only one employee on Saturday morning with more than 10 people waiting for service. After 15 minutes of waiting and never seeing the employee again, I left and rented from the Page location which was an excellent experience.

Very POOR check in policy with the app. It was very confusing, photos etc. had to go our office to use another phone that was able to check the vehicle in. TERRIBLE>>> TERRIBLE new policy. What happened to humans checking the vehicle back in. Due to the return check in policy..our company will limit the times we use your service. We will contact our rental companies BEFORE we rent a vehicle again from your company. Did not have a rep go over the rental when we check in...and now the return of the vehicle took 40 mins in the cold, rain and poorly lit lot. The return policy is TERRIBLE! There were people on the lot, walking down the street... I had to lock myself in the vehicle while fooling with the 40 min vehicle check in and I felt very scared to be alone in my van in the neighborhood. Theft, robbery or murder could have occurred. DROP THE RETURN POLICY and let your reps earn their money to inspect the vehicle. Is U Haul that desperate to save a few bucks? We would have been charged $20 if the app info was not submitted. U Haul should deduct $20 from OUR invoice for doing your reps work. . Ridiculous policy!!!!

Well, the only issue I had was that I wasn't notified until I arrived at the location was that the ubox and trailer I reserved would have put me over my desired cargo weight limit based upon the vehicle and hitch I had installed for what weight I had in mind to move. Meaning I would have endangered my vehicle, myself, and those on the road in the name of safety. So instead of the ubox I had to op for an enclosed trailer for $9 more to continue with my initial plans. Doing the reservation online as well as over the phone for verification, I feel that I should have been notified of such beforehand. Although, rather annoyed with the news, I understood and respected the decision of the manager not continuing with my reservation. Tim, one of the mature ladies, and the manager of the Page location were awesome and their humor really helped with the heat of the day, stress of the move and self storage. Respect.

Person on the register wouldn't take their headphones out. They were extenelwybrude and got confrontational when I asked why then needed multiple phone numbers for me when the online registration only required one. They ignored the fact that I had done the pre registration online even when I gave them the confirmation number multiple times. They then made me go through the entire process two times getting things constantly wrong because "sorry couldn't hear you" even tho he had his ipod headphones in. Won't ever use this location again.

There was confusion to begin with, I got a call from a rep saying I did not pick up my van that was supposed to be picked up at 10 am. But my pickup time is 11 am. The van had a weird odor throughout, the ac just kept me happy inside and subsided the and odor. When returning the vehicle, a person walked over to the van and he did not greet me, ask me if I am returning or anything, I had to keep him engaged by asking questions, seems like he is on phone with someone using headphones. And the same person who did my return asked me if I am waiting on something while I was sitting in my car and setting up google maps. Overall not a great experience at all.
