This company really helps you out. I got evicted and only had three day's to move out the man that helped me out with the price and renting the uhaul understands and was very helpful. Merci
Marcella TService wasn't great. Had to come back twice due to errors and missing equipment being charged in the contract. And low tires for a one way move. I wouldn't go with uhaul again because of my experiences at this location.
HENRY GI had a terrible experience with this process. I reserved a unit while renting a trailer, all to be returned at the same location as the storage unit which is right by the house I will be moving to. I drove from 9am Friday morning to 5m Sunday from Atlanta to Phoenix. I tried multiple times to complete the reservation through the app and was not able to. I tried calling to store from a hour before open until 430,30 minutes before they closed and would get routed to the contact center. I finally received a call at 450 and was told that unit was not available and the rep rrird5to ulsale me the next biggest unit for the higher price until I had to tell him as a customer service rep why wouldn't you price match it to what I originally reserved. He tried to explain what could have caused the issue and why I couldnt finish the rental through the app. Then I get to the facility, I have two different unit numbers with different access points. Cars are parked in from of loading doors so it's hard to maneuver boxes and dolly's between the to get in the building. Just put your self in the position of a traveler or mover who's been packing and lifting, super tired, the ease of this process should have been seamless. If it wasn't it for the first month free I would have not gone this route.

Barry GWell, when we open the stores unit, they said they had an elevator to get our stuff up there. That was a lie and that's the biggest disappointment. Is that lying about equipment that you guys don't have in your storage that's why we picked that place.

ROBERT RTires kept losing pressure. Needed refill every 200 miles. I had an emergency and was hospitalized for days, missing my drop off date. When I got a blowout, I paid the expense only to be told I owe more. Extenuating circumstances were not considered.

MOLLY VI answered 80 miles when asked not 70. Then 30 extra miles. Total 100 that I would use. He was interrupted by another person and typed in 70. I said 80 and as much as you charge as opposed to enterprise rental 0,18cents-.23cents a mile he should pay more attention. Merci.
DOVEE REverything was great, and the only thing that I would improve on with the U-Haul services is simply add more trucks other than that it was great
DAMIAN TThe gear shift was loose. The salesperson handed me the key but didn't show me where the truck was on their big lot of cars. it was in the evening so it was dark and hard to find. The truck was an older model and drove like a school bus. I wish UHaul would put cell phone holders in their trucks for safety reasons while using the GPS.

TERRON MI dropped off the rental after hours. A couple of days later I received a call from an employee asking where the trailer was. I explained to her I didn't want to block the turn in lane so I described the location where I left it. She was very professional, polite and courteous. A few minutes later I received an email with receipt notification/turn in. Always a pleasure to rent from U-haul and employees. Merci.

CAROLYN SYour employee Jordan took care of me for this rental. I observed someone who greeted everybody as soon as they came in the door and handled all business and with a professionalism that should be set as an example. He was also very respectful. If you manage to keep him as an employees you'll be lucky because he adds a lot of value to your business.

Myles AI booked and checked in in advance to pick up at 7:00 am and I was not seen until 7:20 am, I arrived late for my appointment because of that and when I returned the pick up they told me to leave without checking the unit and I was later charged for the excess without knowing if I had exceeded the mileage.

Upon arrival I was informed that the unit was not available and their policy was to only hold a unit for 24 hours. It was frustrating and does not make sense that I was never informed the unit I booked was no longer available. I appreciate Serena working with me to come up with a solution. I was able to move my daughter's items in prior to departing town early the next morning. U-haul needs to look at is rules related to online booking and informing customers if there are any changes. My customer experience was not a good one.

DAVID A | Expérience généraleOn the whole, I'm happy with the experiences, however there are a couple issues that can be improved. 1) I'm aware that I must check in and out each time I visit the facility, however the access gate seems to get easily confused as to whether I'm signed in or out. When I left on Sunday, I closed the door, got into my vehicle and started to the exit gate, but remembered I left something in the storage unit. I went back to the door, but it would not sign me in. I went to the access gate and tried my code there, and it did not respond. I went back and forth a couple times and it did not respond - I had to call the office to come open the gate. 2) I am in unit 1010 - the bathroom is out of order there. I assume that will be repaired and made available?

Next day came in to load my storage and first, I wasn't explained correctly about the buildings & the letters not matching the building # - THEN once I got into the building there was still a lock on the unit. From getting my truck to leaving the storage unit i had to walk back inside over 3 times due to issues and not being ready for me.
Rachelle G | Premières impressionsI will commend your company for holding my storage as long as you did, but my biggest complaint is when I received a message stating I could get my items at no charge, then not giving me any way to access those items. The items in the storage were my deceased brother who died not long after Covid started. I received a message from Erica at 24th st and McDowell office stating I could come get my items at no charge. I was working at the time and did not get the message until after they had closed for the day. I went down on Sunday with the means to get the storage cleaned out and was told the lock on there was unable to be opened. So I had to leave and not get my stuff Sunday. I called immediately when they opened Monday morning as my storage was due to go to auction and was told there was nothing they could do. I felt that this was the worst thing you could do to somebody, make them think they can get their items and not give them anyway to get it. I still have not even been contacted about the personal items that should have not been included in the auction. I expect this from Public Storage, but not U-haul. I will not ever get a storage with your company nor will I ever use your trucks, ever again.

After arguing with the desk person his reservation was found but it was pulling teeth to have him show my son the location of his storage unit. His card and code would not let him have access. The desk help used his card to open the gate and told him to call yesterday to get a new code. He called yesterday, got a new code, drove his car packed with all of his belongings to the storage unit and the CODE did not work. He has to be at work at 8:00am today with a car full of stuff. It is two days from the day we rented the storage unit and can not access it still. I would definitely never use this facility again.
