I tried to return the equipment I did return it but the computer wasn't working and I tried to call to let someone know I was returning the equipment couldn't get no answer until the next day on Monday was yesterday and I did not want to be charge for a extra day of having the trailer so that's why I was trying to get in touch with someone so I don't have to be charge it was poor service trying to get in touch with somebody to try to go through on the return the Internet service wasn't working at all so I do not want to rent from that location anymore just because of those qualities I just don't want to be paying for something that I'm trying to return on time deep rental equipment number is HO3317N I returned the equipment at 5:45 and pick the equipment up at 1:59 so I was trying to return it before the date of the four hours

The front desk lady rolled her eyes at me when I said I had one more question to ask (it was only the second question I was going to ask her), so that didn't feel great. Otherwise, this location was very helpful!

To make a local move it cost me over a hundred dollars. Spent over a dollar per mile. I was told the tank was full but it wasn't. Way too expensive just to move one piece of furniture

The lady who I believe is a manager was very loud and rude when she entered the establishment. She vented in front of myself and another costomer regarding a previous customer parking in an unauthorized area. She then proceeded to call the customer and left a very pointed message urging him to come or he would have his car towed. This message was also left in a very loud voice which also showed her irritation. She never greeted the staff or customers. The gentlemen working were very pleasant and accommodating even down to the gentleman who checked my truck back in. It is a shame that that this woman chose to show her frustrations like that and is in leadership. She definitely needs training or a new assignment

When ordering truck online, the price was completely different from when I picked up the truck at store due to the online service didn't tack on the mileage, which I did not like and when I got the truck it had a check engine light on and the truck stalled a few times, I would like to be reimbursed half or something, wasn't a great experience.

This location's great! I've rented from this location twice and the customer service was always excellent and the rental process was easy as smooth sailing. I definitely recommend this location for rentals and if you need any of the essentials needed for moving.

The location was fgrwat with great customer service. However the trailer needs some repairs. Tie down d-ring was missing. The side rails were different from each other on each side. The right side lower rail was separating from the wall. Trailer needs an overhaul or decommissioned.

Service rep was rude and ignorant. He didn't acknowledge me until I spoke to him after he seen me walk inside, only then did he say “ I'll take care of it” I know finding quality people is a challenge right now so that's understandable. He did inform me that I went over my miles which I don't understand. I picked up the truck drove to my storage place, back to my house and then to Va Beach. My storage was in Berlin, I didn't get lost, I didn't drive anywhere other then the 2 destinations but somehow exceeded the allotted miles. I was charged extra of course but wasn't given credit for the extra gas which was considerable. I have always used U-haul in the past but I will be looking for other options next time.

Actually, ensure the equipment is clean as stated and that maintenance is properly performed on vehicles especially for long oneway hauls. The brakes and suspension on this vehicle definitely need to be checked and the tire pressure as well.

It would be nice if there was an option to rent a cargo van without the partition behind the seats. Air conditioning and heat cannot get to the cargo in the back which is especially dangerous if there is live cargo back there, especially since the windows do not open either.

Gas measurement was inaccurate on paper work . Returned with same as when I took possession and told tenant checking unit back in and he still charged me 2 gallons ? Paper stated 5/8 and was only 1/2 . Also please tell customers if no parking allowed at gas station branches ! Wasted over 2hrs because location would not allow me to park my personal vehicle while renting a truck? Not sure I would let private entities to make money and treat your customers porley and make us feel like a burden. Also phone charger was NOT operable in unit . But the tenant made sure to charge me 8 $for gas ? Phone charger is kind of a big deal IMO. Thanks. Glen Cerrato

When I picked up the truck, the fuel was barely touching "full" as far as the fuel level, by the time I got home is was below full. When I returned the truck, I made certain it was WELL past full - I am disappointed that I had to pay for U-Hauls/someone else's cheapness - Overall rating high 2's out of 5 but not a 3.

The reason for this review is because I recieved the trailer with a leaking tire due to a nail in it. As soon as I got to my home to load the trailer, I checked all the tires and noticed one tire much lower than the rest. I inflated all the tires to the proper pressure. Within 2 hours after departing for a 1300 mile trip, I noticed that same tire was already down to 10 psi. I drove 2 miles to the nearest U-Haul center. They told me they had no means of correcting the issue and suggested I contact Roadside Assistance, so I did. After writing a couple hours with no evidence that anyone was coming to help anytime soon I was forced to go to a nearby tire shop and pay them to fix the leak. I feel that the U-Haul center that I picked up at should have done a much more diligent job at ensuring the equipment was properly maintained to perform a safe trip for which it was intended!

Assure with merchants that the keys are accessible after hours for pick up. I went through hell at the original pick up location trying to access the keys from the box. Fortunately, a truck was available at the other location.

Upon returning the U-Haul I was threatened with being charged an additional 20 $because I return the U-Haul to a parking spot and followed the directions on the self service. He stated he wanted me to pull the U-Haul back out and come in to the parking lot when it never specified that I needed to place the U-Haul where he wanted me to move

I was charged for moving pads because there wasn't a green ty wrap seal on zipper I never opened the back door until I got home to load vehicle didn't use any pads and didn't take a picture when I picked up vehicle I was told to take pictures of our side nothing was mentioned about pads or dolly use didn't use either I had my own dolly and plenty of blankets

Look at quarter panels and make sure the door can open properly before giving to a customer. Looks like was in an accident when picking up the uhaul.
