thanks for the quick rental. i feel like the mileage charge is a bit high, but, do recognize this is a business and there needs to be profit. i do wish that there was a flat rate rental option for folks like me that didn't need the rental for such a short rental....about 2 hours.

Loved the online check-in and check-out process. The call to the person verifying me was a bit weird and creepy according to that person. Maybe make that a bit more professional. And maybe an option to pay an estimate for the gas used. Other than that, it was absolutely awesome!

Went through hell to get a u-haul. I had one lined up 12/24 then found out my hitch wasn't complete so had a hard time finding a place to put on a wiring harness on had to wait until 12/26 to have that installed and the place my trailer was wasn't opened back up until 12/28. found another trailer at a different place went to pick it up and someone was driving off with it. i was scheduled to pick up at 3:30 am who in the hell would set up a time for that. finally after talking to someone on phone i finally did get a u-haul to rent back at the place my hitch was being worked on normally it wasn't suppose to go off lot but i was given it because of all the hassle. which is a good thing because when I got to my destination i was given a call that the other u-haul we were suppose to get was not available in our area and the closes one was about 1 hour away. Lets just say I was not a very happy camper at all this time around.I do understand it was around the holidays but when someone has a trailer reserved it should be available and if business are closed you should let a person know.
The customer service at this location was excellent. It's the events leading up to our actual pickup that was unsatisfactory. I ordered a 20' truck well in advance. The day before you all called to tell me I was â€œupgradedâ€ to a 26â€ truck. We didn't want a 26â€ truck. After checking she found the truck we wanted for the next day. The morning of our rental you all called to tell us the truck we reserved wasn't returned. We had to settle for a 15' truck as that was all that was available within a 30 mile radius. We were forced to dispose of the thousands of dollars of furniture as the 1st was our moving day and all of our belongings wouldn't fit in a 15' truck. What is the purpose of reserving a truck if that really isn't a thing? I would even been happy to put a deposit down to ensure the truck size I needed was available. I also filed a complaint with the representative I spoke to on Jan 1st and it's Jan 4 and no one has contacted me. Unsatisfactory.

Excellent customer service by both gentlemen who assisted us on Saturday. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and friendly.
The truck was dirty, had mud covering the rear two tires, both driver and passenger cloth seats had dog hair covering them and remnants of cigarette ash on the dash board and all around. The rear of the van was as clean as it could be and so was the floor of the front drivers area. It's weird that the floor looked cleaner than the seats and the dashboard. It was so bad that when we had the windows open to let out the smell of dog, ash and dog hair and dust flew everywhere, it was disgusting. Glad we had masks. If ya'll switched to leather seats, it might be better maintenance, maybe? Other than the dirty van, the gentleman at the counter was very kind and nice, I had an issue with my mobile pick up but he was very helpful to give me tips. The check out and check in was amazingly easy for a first timer and the young gentleman that checked us in on return was just as nice. Thank you for the courtesy. The team is great, but clean the van if possible.
The checkout process on the app asked me if the truck needed to be cleaned before another family used it. OF COURSE IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. There is a global pandemic. Seriously- people are going to get sick and die because of this company and your procedures. It's shameful and totally disrespectful to your customers.
Much better customer service than the pick up location. Guy was out in seconds after pulling up. Very polite when conversation with me.
More active, helpful, and positive personnel during the weekday shift. Off shift personnel were much more helpful and attentive. I also think that the 89 cents per mile rate was excessive and taking advantage of people who need help in dire situations when they have to move and drive something manageable.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service overall. The first woman I spoke with to pick up my truck had a terrible attitude. Her tone was dry and was not helpful at all. The second young lady that helped me was pleasant and very helpful. If it wasn't for her I would have went to a different location. They gave me a truck with the bumper half way hanging off. I went to tell them about the damages before I drove off to ask them to document the damages and they refused to do so. Just implied that they were aware of the damages and pretty much told me to carry one because it wasn't a big deal to them. When I dropped off the truck the man who worked there saw us pull up before 7pm. We were trying to park the truck at the drop off area because we accidentally went to the back. At 7:01 he said it's after hours and we have to do self checkout. I asked how and he pointed to the sign, walked away and shook his head. The customer service was terrible. They were not pleasant nor helpful. I would not recommend nor ever come back to this location. Customer service is everything and they definitely need some basic training .

Make sure I'm charged the correct way and not double charged
Don't understand why I have to pay $14.00 per rental for Insurance when I have full coverage insurance with Progressive. Have never been told by Progressive I would have coverage for a rental truck. I have coverage when I rent an auto.
