Money was taking without my permission leaving my account negative and no money to feed my 3 kids. The storage unit was completely cleaned out and swept. Nothing left. The manager planted stuff just to charge money for no reason. I have pictures to prove I cleaned it out.
Brittany B | Overall ExperienceWhen we arrived to drop off items we were told they could not issue the storage to us because they were not cleared after sale of items. We were told to return the next day, but we both had work. As a result, we had to store the big truck at the condo community and head over Saturday. When we arrived, the staff did not know how to book storage, but took the time to call and find out. Not their fault, but a frustrating experience for us.
