Waited in line for 2 hours to get to the front of the line and have the employee tell me that my 10am reservation was now â€œexpiredâ€ and that my reserved truck was no longer available (because I was stuck in line and only one person was at the counter). I was offered a smaller moving van that was too small to fit my boxspring but took it anyways to move part of my house out. I was totally expecting an apology or courtesy discount, and got nothing. I will definitely not be returning to this uhaul location. Probably will consider other moving truck providers after this experience.ROBERT D.

Ubox was not originally my first choice but it got the job done. All of my things were dry and safe when they arrived. The Moving Help also went really well. It was a great value. I would use this method again. The primary downfall of using the Ubox for me was the shipping estimate. My box arrived weeks before they estimated and, if I had known that, I might have planned differently. I would do this again for a small move.Elyan H.
This location is terrible. I ordered a truck, they gave me a van. The first van had a flat tire, the second van would not start, and the third van's mileage odometer was broken which led to me being overcharged. There's only two people running the entire place, I feel bad for them having to not only deal with customers but poor support from U-Haul.Mary M.

I was returning the truck at 4:30pm when the location closed at 5pm. Minimal assistance was offered to make the return simple. I was told to use the after hours return link that was in a text previously received. I had a lot of difficulty getting my phone's location services to work correctly, despite following all of the suggestions on the website. What should have taken a few of minutes, turned into a 20+ minute affair. There was nothing particularly wrong or bad with the location, but an in-person option where I did not have to take pictures and click through several screens (given that the location was still open) would have been appreciated.John N.

Get a whole new staff and the friend of find teddy bear the truck is absolutely filthy had to literally wait 20 minutes for them to clean my head truck then when I said something about it and told him I'm in a rush I have to get out of here he threatened to cancel my contract walk in the building telling me he's canceling it made me stand outside for another 15 minutes and wait for him until his co-worker went and got him and got the contract because he got upset because he didn't put a dozen blankets on my contract every part of the truck was messed up you're hitting the gas and before you even had time to break the whole truck was jumping I was scared that me or my friends were going to get seriously injured or even died because of the passenger mirror was so broke that my buddy has to keep hanging out the window on the highway it was just a very scary experience I'm just all around unprofessional and horrible I would never prefer anyone to go there I've had other people tell me not to go there because of the staff and the owner how they treat you I'm at the time that was the only truck available I've been dealing with U-Haul for almost four years now and have never in my life experience something like this and I promise I will never ever tell someone to go to that you U-HaulFRANCIS G.
Cleaned out my uhaul unit. Left items in the hall in the corner. Received a call about it. But explained that there wasn't any carts. Representative working at the desk told me I have to go around the whole facility to look for a cart. Came back to my unit and my items where thrown in the dumpster. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE OF THE EMPLOYEES. DIDN'T NOT GIVE ME A CALL SAY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DUMP MY ITEMS IN THE TRASH. I reserved a truck for 6am using 24/7. It was not ready. I had to wait until 7am for them to open and was informed they don't do 24/7 despite my reservation. The truck I reserved was â€œcleanâ€ but the cargo area tracked of garbage. It must have been used for a clean out and had hot trash in it the day before. I had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in when I arrived. There was no one around and no sign that said they had stepped out. The truck had low air in the tire when it was given to me. When I returned they did not return the truck tight away and then told me I would receive my refund soon. I did not receive my refund for the mileage hold. One of the employees had an extremely bad attitude and refused to help us check out once we were done loading the ubox. He acted like he had no idea what we were talking about and called another employee to come help us. We then waited 30 minutes for his coworker to show up. Mind you we had been moving all day and were exhausted at this point. While we waited, the rude employee ignored us completely when he could've just as easily taken care of us and sent us on our way. Instead he proceeded to call other customers and yell at them for not returning keys or equipment. I personally do not think anyone should be yelled at in this kind of setting. The staff who worked this location Saturday June 26, were quite unprofessional. I tried to explain to them that I was told to come to this location after I went to another location to learn that my reservation had been changed without notifying me, one of the representatives continuously made snide comments as I was speaking to his colleague. Also, the truck I was given for my rental had NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I brought that to the representatives attention and they had nothing to say about it, just that it was the only 15 foot truck they had available. Overall, from the time I initially made the reservation until I dropped off the truck, my experience was totally TERRIBLE and I don't think I'll be using your services again in the future.JAMES W.
This location does NOT feature the 24/7 rental feature. Keys for rental trucks must be picked up during regular business hours which is very misleading when reserving a U-Haul rental vehicle online. The staff at the site notified me that this is an ongoing issue but has not been addressed.QUAN K.
There was graffiti visible on passenger side of truck and passenger side door kept sticking and difficult to open due to damage that was already recorded with the â€œx'sâ€. Also when using the return after hours option, the app mistakenly listed the date & time as 6/28 @ 2:56am â€" the DAY AFTER I returned the truck (which was dropped off on 6/27 @ 11:56pm). Thank goodness for screenshots with a time stamp! The app charged me for 2 rental sessions with 2x the insurance coverage for less than 12 hours of use and picked up And returned on the same date â€" hopefully they will correct this error because I am not paying double for any service.Lindsay P.

Everything. U-haul would not let my movers that I hired MONTHS ago take my u-box because the u-box was broken. Unsure how the box provided by u-haul being broken is my issue?????????????????????? I was told that I would have to come get it and rent a truck. I asked if I could rent the truck that day but the lady said she had other customers and would have to do it online. Mind you this was 15 minutes before closing. I was unable to get my furniture and belongings until 8 pm the next day. I was told the general manager of the store would get in touch with me the next day. We didn't hear from her until 2 pm because she said she had a 72 hour window to reach back to customers (unsure why there wasn't a note attached expressing the severity of our situation). I cannot believe the person working was comfortable with turning away hired and paid movers right before closing. We had to sleep on the floor. The next day was spent trying to get in touch with u-haul. I called first thing in the morning and was on the phone for an hour. Then, I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before on hold before speaking with someone that could actually help me. Your customer service needs to be absolutely COMPLETELY revamped. I also would like some kind of refund for the headache and complete inconvenience of this mess. An absolute fiasco.Jessica W.

THE Milage was wrong and I denied to check it off we submitted a picture of the milage> when I ask the owner (Who was very Rude & Conceited) to view the picture he said I don't have it! I did not travel 90 or 80 miles in that truck ! when I got the truck it was nasty trash all in the back, Nothing was clean ! the seats were dirty, the windshield was smeared with some type of liquid on it I thought it was the outside so I didn't worry too much but when I started to drive away I use the windshield wiper fluid to clean it off, it was the inside of the windsheild the outside. This whole ordeal was a Nightmare ! I will NEVER RENT A U-HAUl TRUCK FROM THAT LOCATION EVER!!!!! And I refuse to pay for 90 miles I did not travel in your truck! Stop overbooking the trucks. I booked a reservation with U-Haul specifically because it said the truck I need was available for 12 hours. I was called the day before pickup and told the truck is actually only available for six hours. They offered to rent me a cargo van instead; the point is if I KNEW it was only available for six hours, I would never have made the reservation in the first place. I would have used a different company. U-Haul needs to start honoring its reservations, or fix whatever broken system is used to make them. This was my second time using U-Haul. The first time (same location) they changed my pickup location to 8 miles away the night before. At almost 2 $a mile, that would have added at least 30 $to my bill. I ended up having to rent two cargo vans and hire a driver for the second one. Long story short, I will never use U-Haul again.Adam M.

No one ever wore masks when I was in the office, or they put them on as I walked in. I moved all of my items out the day my next payment was due, but they would not let me end my lease because I didn't provide 24 hour notice. I understand that those are their terms, but they were able to end my lease and chose not to so they could acquire another month's rent. I confirmed this with corporate. Also, I had to come back from over an hour away to remove the lock a month later. Janjay Jackson was extremely nice and helpful. There were two other employees that were incredibly helpful as well. I am going through a rough situation right now- I was evicted from my apartment during this pandemic which caused a great deal of anxiety but when I left the storage unit I felt relieved and accommodated! Staff on check out were very professional, efficient and helpful. Staff at check in were sullen, disinterested in my experience and insisted that I purchase a U-Haul lock.
