Our truck had no working AC and hot air blowing on my legs while driving. Very uncomfortable having such heat constantly while you are driving on a highway. Also the loading door would not open or close without EXTREME force.Adrienne R.
When we were finished the set up and got approved- our next step was to go to the office and get the key. The office was closed. Thankfully a rep saw us as he was closing up and helped. But if he wasn't there not sure how we would get the keyDaniel J.
I wish U-haul would figure out a way to check out faster. Even though I was pre-checked in and had uploaded my license it still took about 45 minutes waiting in line, and this was with only three parties in front of me. There is always only one person at the counter 85 percent of the time. That person is expected to answer phones and take rental orders which can last almost 20 minutes. This leaves a long line of people waiting. The people at the counter are great. They need some help!RENEE T.

THE Milage was wrong and I denied to check it off we submitted a picture of the milage> when I ask the owner (Who was very Rude & Conceited) to view the picture he said I don't have it! I did not travel 90 or 80 miles in that truck ! when I got the truck it was nasty trash all in the back, Nothing was clean ! the seats were dirty, the windshield was smeared with some type of liquid on it I thought it was the outside so I didn't worry too much but when I started to drive away I use the windshield wiper fluid to clean it off, it was the inside of the windsheild the outside. This whole ordeal was a Nightmare ! I will NEVER RENT A U-HAUl TRUCK FROM THAT LOCATION EVER!!!!! And I refuse to pay for 90 miles I did not travel in your truck! Customer service excellent, however equipment fair at best. 78K miles on 26' truck, but radio didn't work, cab reeked of smoke, and the suspension made scary noises throughout the journey.Benjamin W.
I was double charged. I keep calling customer service and no one is answering. Customer service at the location was horrible. Employee was on the phone talking (flirting) with multiple customers waiting. First time with Uhaul and probably the last.Meechi C.

Stop overbooking the trucks. I booked a reservation with U-Haul specifically because it said the truck I need was available for 12 hours. I was called the day before pickup and told the truck is actually only available for six hours. They offered to rent me a cargo van instead; the point is if I KNEW it was only available for six hours, I would never have made the reservation in the first place. I would have used a different company. U-Haul needs to start honoring its reservations, or fix whatever broken system is used to make them. This was my second time using U-Haul. The first time (same location) they changed my pickup location to 8 miles away the night before. At almost $2 a mile, that would have added at least $30 to my bill. I ended up having to rent two cargo vans and hire a driver for the second one. Long story short, I will never use U-Haul again.Adam M.
