The vehicle cab had a heavy presence of mosquitoes. Opening the windows helped, but they were still prevalent upon returning the van. My rental experience was not a pleasant one and the equipment presented a health hazard.

There are day laborers that are there for work. They constantly ask you if you need help moving. It is a nuisance every time I go there. Also the parking lot in the front of the building is very dangerous to g t in and out of because of how it is striped. Maybe look at ways to re-stripe the parking lot.

The people who work here are always very helpful with check-in and check-out and the after-hours check-in works efficiently as well. They were particularly good this time in helping me switch trucks to find one with a hitch that doesn't stick out too much so I could get up my driveway without issues. I rented two trucks this week. One truck I have no complaints about, but the other one smelled of urine in the cabin area so they could probably check that before letting another customer use the vehicle again. (I'll note that I've rented dozens of trucks from U-Haul and this is the first bad smell experience I've had so it's pretty rare in my experience.) One other point, I was told on the phone that I could switch trucks without additional charge if I realized a truck would not work for me and returned it within 30 minutes. But when I came to return a 15' truck for a 10' I was still charged at the 15' base rate so communicating that to me upfront would have been appreciated (or better yet, when switching trucks, only charging me for whatever truck I actually use would be ideal, but it seems that is not currently possible in their system).

Car carrier had one tire at 20psi. Should be 60psi. Brake resivoir was inaccessible. On return I was shown the sight glass that indicated low or empty. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

The guy at check in was great and very knowledgeable. Michael who was the outdoor customer service guy was very professional and right on it. Briock the manager runs a great operation. Just the fact that I know their names reflects the great service they provide. Kudos to them all!

Even though I returned by Rentel a day before, and the office was closed. I was charged full price for the flowing day. I called to speak with the clerk at Randolph /Parklawn location at 8:00am the next day, she still charged me full price .

This was the first time we had a great truck. It was new and rode great. Usually we get trucks that have maintenance issues. So my comment would be to try to maintain the trucks better.

I was very surprised by the recent rental policy changes. I rented a truck at 7am and then layer received a message that my rental truck is due at 2pm. It is the first time it happened. When I called the main line I was told that most people need truck for 4-6 hrs that’s why it needs to be returned to avoid additional charges. However, when I rented a truck online I saw a set rate for 24hrs. The rep. told me that I need to inform them next time if I need a truck for 24hrs. So, misleading policy: so, if I rent a truck, by paying 24hrs rate, and return it in 1 hrs I do not get any discounts. And, if I rent a truck by paying 24hrs rate and keep it for more than 6hrs without informing the rep about it, I would be charged an extra fee. SO, UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS. I think you do not realize but you are shooting yourselves in a foot. From now on many customers will be saying that they need truck for 24hrs, even though they just need it for 1hr. Just to avoid the fee

I reserved my trailer rental for this location but when I arrived my reservation had been switched to another location. The ended up switching my reservation back to this location. It did not make any sense, since they had several of the trailers available. It caused an additional delay, which was not helpful at all.

We reserved a u box online. When we arrived with two cars of stuff. they said they had no u boxes available. We got a unit. Staff was stressed. Manager didn’t see to care. Place is disorganized.
