Nice staff
Check engine light on vehicle, Sears torn. Couldn't do online assessment of vehicle as site was having issues.
Go over the trailer I rented. No way should that trailer have sounded the way it did while pulling it. Something's gotta be loose. It sounded like I was dragging a bag full of aluminum cans on the road
I used yesterday the same miles which I used last month the cost is extremely different. I don't know why ? Thank you for that.
The dolly was not on the truck so we were pretty upset when we realized and had to make a second trip but the guys were very quick to make it right so we really appreciate that, thank you!
The team at the Regent location was fantastic after the original truck we were supposed to pick up at the Day Street location did not start. We called the Regent location and they took care of us immediately and professionally.
I've always returned truck rentals with required gas. Today I was told that fuel was half full. When I checked it it was below. I took a picture and went about my day. Filled up upon return. Told I didn't fill up. Showed picture I took of fuel and discrepancy cleared up. No concerns. Employee was respectful and corrected error.
Initially I spoke with Claire, she was truly awful and extremely condescending, she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at Uhaul. After I got upset and hung up on her she retaliated by cancelling my reservation. She didn't discuss it with me, just did it because she was angry. I then spoke to two guys that worked in the store, they were wonderful and completely understood my situation. You should fire Claire, she's a horrible representative for your company. If she was the only person I was able to deal with I would never rent from uhaul again.

The location was good, but there was an issue with Traffic control, as originally I have ordered an Auto transport, but when I showed up for equipment pick up I got a front wheel dolly, but the location where able to find a solution for me ..
The stuff was good except for the condition of the truck I got clean yes there was no oil on the dipstick I added 2 quarts and then the third terrible the tires on the driver side was so bald that the steel belt was coming through terrible would not pass road safety dangerous to drive you could've killed me The truck was running and they said it was ready to go when I got there so they didn't check the oil or the tires At the pick up location I drove the truck 4 km to my house next morning I checked the oil added 3 quarts drove the truck to Fort Frances Ontario loaded it noticed the tires were sagging on the drivers side added air tires where hissing . One tire had steel belt coming out of it and the other one was bald not sure how I was able to drive so far on that one tire without the other one exploding and tearing up the other one I have used U-Haul quite a bit in the past I will be now I'm looking for a new truck rental facility
Nothing that I can think of. The u-haul box program was great for our needs and the staff were very obliging.
Friendly staff and very efficient
The only issue I have is that I was charged a 20 dollar after hours fee. I spoke with someone on the phone about returning it late and they didn't mention that there'd be a fee. That said, the staff when I picked it up did a good job, and I wouldn't want my dissatisfaction to be held against the staff at the location.
We had an awesome experience and reasonably priced
I observed that when I was there to get service. There was three customer same time including me I finished first to get rental and they gave me vehicle key and told me where the vehicle parked. When I get out to find my vehicle I saw different service standard for the other customers that was the vehicle bring from parking lot to in front of the get and those 2 customers get their vehicle and left before me. I feel discomfort in my opinion they should serve equally ??
Great service
Attempted to return via mobile app and online as instructed. The app and online both would not attach the picture for odometer and fuel gauge. Could not complete the process resulting in me receiving the charge for returning the truck.
Don't bait advertise such low prices and then tack on so many fees.
Maybe lower your price per kilometre
No complaints. Excellent storage locker facility.
My final bill was charged to my account and given to me me without telling me of additional totals for the cost of mileage and fuel. When I asked the employee he seemed disinterested and just said the fuel was slightly less than it should be and mileage was over estimate. I asked what was the fuel at and how many kilometres was I over and what is the cost per kilometre. He said it's on the bill then he went outside.
Fix your trucks properly
Excellent service very cooperative staff and everything was simple and easy. Keep doing the good work. In today's market situation customer service is very important.
The truck I rented did not have winter tires which made the truck far too easy to get stuck in very little snow. I got stuck on more than one occasion in less than 3 inches of snow. This is ridiculous and a waste of money on my part. Getting stuck drove up my mileage and fuel consumption.
The costume service employee at cashier should be friendly.
Service equipment so it is ready at pickup time.
Very confused about why U-Haul would not make masks mandatory while inside the storage warehouse. I feel that it is disingenuous to claim the space as a private location, therefore exempt from enforcing a mask policy. An average of 10 people have been dying every day in Manitoba for the last couple months. It is a very simple policy to enact to ensure your customers (and the communities) safety. This is pretty much the main reason why I closed my up my storage account and why I would not recommend U-Haul to someone else for storage. Wear a mask.
Stop with the pushy sales upgrades. Removing the dolly from inside the van... it took up space which was required and was getting in the way.
The girl who helped me when I checked in (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, I'm terrible with them) was very helpful and very nice! :)
I have dealt numerous Times with U Haul. We are in difficult times. Your employees are awesome.
There was mud in my trailer, I asked the guy about it and he said "we don't clean them, we don't have a wash bay". I asked for a few old blankets to lay down so my stuff didn't get covered in mud. When picking up my fridge I laid the blankets down and discovered the mud was dog crap. Looks like the person before me used the trailer for yard waist. He did give me $25 off my rental when I returned.
Gave me the truck at an 1/8 of a tank instead of the 1/4 they claimed.

Downloaded the UHaul mobile app so I could get early access to my rental before staffed hours. The app would not work and I could not get my key out of the lockbox. I have an android phone, and I allowed all permissions when taking photos of myself and my license. I lost an hour of my time and I was on a tight schedule. Aside from that, things went OK. Staff was helpful and served me immediately once they opened. Thank you.
cancelled the storage unit and was harassed for a year for payment due to staff error in cancelling.
Why is it every time I rent a vehicle the gas tank is at some random spot. When other people return the truck, you guys still charge them for the tank but you never fill it and then next person has to gauge and guess how much to put. I think that is super annoying and my opinion of uhaul is tainted. What a crooked company.
I had reserved a 10' truck online, was called and told not available, was told Cargo van had 9.5 feet of space in the back, this is not the case! really screwed up my delivery.Thanks UHAUL

The drop off was fast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely will use your service again.
Just didn't check in equipment on return and was billied for 2 extra days when we actually returned 2 extra days. credited within an hour of e mail bringing it to their attention.
The steering wheel was not straight. It had bit of a clunk on the front end. Is something worn out or just misaligned?
I was so relieved that the uhaul gave me a break. We had so many things go wrong while trying to do our moving...truck breaking down, piano couldn't get moved out of the trailer at where it was supposed to be dropped off, blizzard in Alberta, driving 15 hrs straight to get to drop off trailer. So much went wrong but Uhaul helped us put so much and it was so greatly appreciated! We will definitely recommend to everyone AND we will use you again. Thank you!
inspect the safety of the trucks. frontend of truck very sloppy and the power steering making noises .If i would take truck for a government inspection it would fail
The agent was arrogant and had a hostile demeanor. Did not represent UHaul well compared to other agents at this location.
Guys were great. But they were having computer problems when trying to due up a contract. No working Printers. But They handled it. On returning with drop off, only 1 fellow trying to do everything with customers lined up and frustrated especially the ones who only wanted to purchase dry goods.
Vehicle I rented had less than 1000 km on it, shiny and new, worked well. $0.49/km is a bit steep.
I liked the easy return. The signs tell you where to park, a staff member comes to meet you, he signs off on your payment, he unhooks you and off you go.

I was rent a 5 tons for five hours and returned on same location and what was the requirements. I was drive the truck for 12 miles and fill the tank with $8 and Gas tank was 1/4 and I was fill the same. And I drop the truck on same location but they charge me $30 for gas fee. Then I went to the regent location where from I rent the truck and talk to the representative one of the girl was there, I was try to talk to her, she was lil rood and ask me didi you take the picture when you drop the key and she told me we can't do anything with your gas fee. But I m renting from them from last two years and first time I had worst experience with them. It's not fear
Horrible place to contact and talk with someone. Plus all the xtra fees added Especially a $3.00 charge to make a Phone payment RIDICULOUS !!
We were on this locker a year and a half An auto payment went through Sept 20, we were at the store on the 21st to ask for a payment reversal since we have emptied the locker since last month. Manager said no, we had to pay for the whole month, no consideration for loyal long time customers... Won't ever use them again.
Just one miss! Because I rented the trailer for a one way move (?) U Haul offered one month free storage. It was in our reservation but the service person did not pick up on the offer. He charged my card for the first month and I now have to call next month and let your people know to not charge me for second month,
I found it really convenient to drive in and my storage locker was very close by. These two things I loved the most!!! Will be a. Repeat customer.

The website registration is absolutely impossible to complete. It forces you to have a second contact but that person cannot have the same address or phone number that you are listing. It won’t allow work phone numbers or addresses to be used. After several tries I was successful the first time, needing a second unit (because website information was inaccurate about the correlation between unit size and size of apartment/house furnishings it fits) I was unable to book it online as it had already associated all the phone numbers I had used for the previous booking and I don’t have others I can use. Updates to the website content and booking system are imperative.
My month long rent for a parking spot ended on August 11th. I went to pick up my trailer on Regent and got a charge of a full month between August 11th to September 11th and had to pay 94 bucks for a full month that I won't use. I won't be storing anything there again. I should have paid a daily or weekly fee
Dont like customer service , very rude , romm was wet
I stored my RV. It was easy to access. I could remove and return very easily without undue maneuvering around other vehicles. It was mouse free.
I found it hard to get though to someone when calling, 20 -30 minute wait times. Was told by call centre operator that the end and beginning of the months were the busiest time for its moving day ... I found it easier to just drive in than deal with the call centre As soon as I pulled into the Regent facility I had some help me almost immediately ... very pleased.
We were quick to move our things after the first month free because we could not afford the regular rental price. We have had to empty and move everything to a cheaper storage unit that is just as clean and easier to get to.
Every time I have gone to grab items from my locker, the bathroom is always out of order. The septic tank always seems to be full. Also, I paid for a full months rent, and I was out a little over a week after my payment. It would be nice to get a credit for the time I didn’t occupy the space. Great money maker for your company but if someone leaves prior to the end of the month, a refund of the time not being used would be great. Basically a waste of $202 from March 12 to March 21.
I placed friendly staff. However, we had to ask a staff member how to open garage door. He made us fell dumb that we didn’t know to hit the correct button to open door when he came to main loading area to show us. We were very happy otherwise with the stage facility.

The facility was clean and secure I would absolutely recommend.... My only problem really was the hours should be open later and have sufficient staff! I waited alone in the store for 5 mins??
The manager of the store on regan ave deserves a million bucks and a trip to Fiji. He is absolutely FANTADTIC!! Will recommend U-Haul to EVERYONE!!

Good clean storage facility with easy access.
The instructions on the sign weren’t super clear about how to use the keypad. It was confusing to have to sign in at one station and then sign in at another station to open the door.

We have used U_Haul facilities on Regent Ave. numerous times and have always been pleased with the service - one exception! April 22, 2017 storage locker mix-up / was amiably corrected. Thanks, Jake
Staff was rude and obnoxious. Very difficult to deal with and disappointed with my experience. The customer service or lack there of provided by Skylar and Samir was very poor and unpleasant.

The worst part of our uhaul experience was that no one contacted us to let us know our u-box had arrived from Toronto. Pathetic that you can't even email. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

It really is unethical that you do not refund any amounts paid for a storage unit when you move out of it before the next due date. I will never again use U-Haul and I will be sharing this incident.

I wa able to access my 2 U-boxes even on short notice. Everytime I call the call center 3rd party I think it was, I get a prompt call back from the facility. Overall experience with U-haul was good.

Very pleased with this self storage experience
I had to wait 2 hours before I could start filling the container as we received the u haul with a lock on it and no one gave us a key. Uhaul forgot the moving blankets at time of pickup. Poor service.

Costly. Ad says 24 h access but not to go in.dangerous ramps having to use; no way of pulling truck in after 7, resulted ankle injury/damaged furniture. Had to pay movers $200 extra, door wouldnt open

The use of the ubox was great. Waiting 20 minutes on phone to het receipt not good. Also had to go to different location to get trailer.
Rat poison (I think) was spilled all over the floor of the storage unit.
I appreciated the all weather, climate controlled storage facility. I wish you had a truck with a lift gate.

Rating is Double 0 star or even lower. They mess up my records & my credit card was not entered in their system properly. I gave my credit card to manager&2 staffs. Did not pay me back for the call
