The steering wheel was not straight. It had bit of a clunk on the front end. Is something worn out or just misaligned?
I was so relieved that the uhaul gave me a break. We had so many things go wrong while trying to do our moving...truck breaking down, piano couldn't get moved out of the trailer at where it was supposed to be dropped off, blizzard in Alberta, driving 15 hrs straight to get to drop off trailer. So much went wrong but Uhaul helped us put so much and it was so greatly appreciated! We will definitely recommend to everyone AND we will use you again. Thank you!
inspect the safety of the trucks. frontend of truck very sloppy and the power steering making noises .If i would take truck for a government inspection it would fail
The agent was arrogant and had a hostile demeanor. Did not represent UHaul well compared to other agents at this location.
Guys were great. But they were having computer problems when trying to due up a contract. No working Printers. But They handled it. On returning with drop off, only 1 fellow trying to do everything with customers lined up and frustrated especially the ones who only wanted to purchase dry goods.
Vehicle I rented had less than 1000 km on it, shiny and new, worked well. $0.49/km is a bit steep.
I liked the easy return. The signs tell you where to park, a staff member comes to meet you, he signs off on your payment, he unhooks you and off you go.

I was rent a 5 tons for five hours and returned on same location and what was the requirements. I was drive the truck for 12 miles and fill the tank with $8 and Gas tank was 1/4 and I was fill the same. And I drop the truck on same location but they charge me $30 for gas fee. Then I went to the regent location where from I rent the truck and talk to the representative one of the girl was there, I was try to talk to her, she was lil rood and ask me didi you take the picture when you drop the key and she told me we can't do anything with your gas fee. But I m renting from them from last two years and first time I had worst experience with them. It's not fear
Equipment was not at the reserved site had to travel to a second site
Make sure that you serve the customer that is first to drop off their equipment. Also, do not be rude to the customer when they are dropping off their equipment. I washed the outside of the truck when I came back. The inside was left the way it was when I got it from them. (Unclean) He said give me the keys. I asked him for a pen to write down the mileage. He never gave me one. He said you are returning it early. I said yes, we do not have time to do anymore with it. He said I am charging you anyways. I was fine with that. He said you did 286 kms! I said okay Well, I will pay. He stated over 200.00 would be needed for the useage. I did not comment. He shoved his cell at me and said I could pay on the cell. I said, no I would rather pay inside. I went to go inside and the doors were locked. I told him. He served another person, and I patiently waited. He took me inside and told me you are using a different credit card. I said no. He said that is what you said outside you would not pay on the cell phone because you wanted to use a different card. I said no, I refused to pay on a cell phone. I wanted to use the hardwired equipment. He then looked at the screen and said. Oh that is 260 kms you did. (Would I have been charged for something I did not use outside? He looked slightly shocked that he miscalculated) I told him I thank you for you letting me use the hard wired system and left. I have used UHaul at two other locations and have never been treated rudely like this. I do not have time to drop it off in the morning tomorrow. I would never treat one of my patrons in this manner.

Not very friendly customer service there don't help very much we're going to charge me to move somebody else cause I would I thought I wasn't able to return the truck in time very disgusted
I have rented a lot from UHaul and mostly so in the U.S.? But my experience over the last three weeks in renting the truck and also the trailer has been anything other than customer focused. I definitely will need to look at alternatives going forward. From calling me two days before and telling me they don't have a truck for me to then switching me to a smaller truck and trailer to then calling me back and telling me they don't have it for me 4 hours later in the day, was ridiculous. In the end and at the eleventh hour, calling me the night before to then give me a truck without Air Conditioning working with no offer of a discount was just added insult to injury. Ridiculous!!
Pick up at the time requested was off by almost 1/2 hour, and ddrop off time was not adjusted accordingly. drop off was much better.
Overall a very good experience. It was very easy to book and return the vehicle.
NEVER GO HERE. Employees awful and will not help you. After all the crap they put me through, and the employee actually saying to me "I will not help you" it shows how stupid they are sending me this survey! 2 other clients in the storage building also commented how terrible the service is and the mechanics commented that maybe the employees are asleep somewhere as there was no one around.

I had a trailer for one day and they charged me for 2. At first the worker tried to charge me for 3 days which made no sense. I will not be renting from uhaul again knowing that I was charged for 2 days for being 2 hours past the 24 hr mark of renting it
Poor customer service and didn't have the truck I reserved available even though I booked 6 weeks in advance. No compensation offered for the inconvenience
