I followed the signs to park the vehicle. There was a worker walking around never said anything to us. She went inside and I though she was coming out to talk to us. She was getting her music play list started and walked away to clean another truck. I approached her and asked her if she wanted me to check it in with the app. She said no I can do it. Took the key and threw it on another truck. I didn't feel comfortable with this as she didn't have any documentation to give me. So I proceeded to check it in on the app. She then came over and said I am going to have to check it in anyways so you don't need to do it. I completed the process so I had the documentation. She said I'll check in the truck and you will get your receipt. I turned it in yesterday at 6 ish and still have not received a receipt.

When I called this store before picking up the truck the person just put me on hold ! Very rude! Young lady behind the counter was rude and short with my questions. Did not give any explanation why my charges were over 300 $! told me my deposit would not be refunded if I used a credit card! I had a quote for 100 $. She did not accept that!

We were there at 7am. Person didn't open until 7:15. She was nice. We went to return van same day at 7:50. Place was closed even though sign said 8pm. Son left truck, kept keys, called Custer service, held forever. Next day Jessica called for keys upset that she couldn't rent U-Haul. Very cold. Rude. I tried to get her to explain bill. She said went over contract with Jake, turned and went into building. Will never rent from there again.

The guy who rented me the trailer was sleeping on the counter when I went to return. I honestly thought I was on a prank show. What a joke. Thumbs up for the cheap prices and reliable equipment.

I don't like when my plans are changed, like giving me a bigger truck than what I wanted or trying to change my drop off selection. I listed my credit card and sent a copy of my drivers license and still had to show both when checking in so why register an account?

I know it was a Sunday but we and two others were waiting at 9am in the pouring rain and the doors were not open yet. Once they were opened we weren't even greeted let alone given an apology. And the second employee showed up close to 10 minutes late. I hate even telling you this because we all did get prompt service once the store did open.

The pickup truck smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in the cab, which was awful. I don't have any complaints otherwise - The staff was excellent.

Same thing that I have always heard about UHaul. The air conditioning in the truck didn't work, the radio didn't work and they are trying to charge me for a dolly they say I did not return. No one had time to check what was or wasn't in the vehicle when I picked it up or returned it and now they are saying the dolly wasn't returned when it was. This is ridiculous! Next time it will be Penske that I am renting from. Penske at least has time for customer service.

I turned secured my truck for 2 days with 120 miles. There was a clerical error picking up the truck and I was almost charged for 3 days. I picked the truck up at 9:43 am and turned the truck in after 5-6 hours at approximately 3:45 pm and only 64-65 miles used. I was told I was fine and could leave and would have a receipt emailed to me by COB today. I still haven't been issued receipt and I expect not to be charged the full amount given I turned the truck in extremely early. I will be calling in the morning to verify why I didn't receive my receipt.

It started in the very beginning when they gave me the truck. I was told I had 7/8 of a tank and the miles were on the sheet. When I got to the truck the tank was at 3/4 and it was a few miles over the quote. When I returned the truck at 6:45 the doors were locked. So I started the process of returning when closed even though The store is open till seven. About quarter after seven as I was just finishing up an employee came out to like a storage unit. I said oh you're here she said we're close now I said yes but I was here at 6:45 and the door was locked. Her response was do you know why I do that? Because people show up at the last minute and I have things I need to do. Very rudely walked away and I was not satisfied customer spirits at all. I would never rent from you again

I reserved a truck and trailer online. I arrived to pick it up and the employee at the front desk was very unprofessional. She was on the phone with a friend talking through her ear pods as well as scrolling through social media while trying to finish my contract. This took 30 min due to her mistakes and constant interruptions. She then gave me the keys and told me to find the tailer and back the truck up to it. As I am walking around to find the trailer, this gentleman yells “do not take my van! That is not for customers.” This gentlemen was extremely rude/ impulsive. I explained that I did not know what he was talking about and explained what I was doing. He continued to be rude. I noticed his shirt said Owner and his name was Matt. Once I was settled, I went back in to get my contract. Matt comes back in the store while myself and another customer are being helped and yells “where are the propane keys.” He he interrupted myself and the other customer because his employees dropped their current task to help him look. Matt was very intense and high strung. Extremely unprofessional. I felt like I was not a priority during my experience. Overall it took 45 min to achieve my rentals even though I had an online reservation. I will no longer use this location and would recommend some customer service training. Merci

2 days prior to my rental I was informed a one way was no longer available unless I took a 26 ft instead of the 15 ft or a 15 ft round trip. I told her a 26 would be way too big to haul through Columbus for us. The manager said then I could cancel and get 50 $back. I needed the U-Haul and at this point it was too late to try to find something else! We ended up having to take a round trip and was TOLD I would get unlimited miles. When we went to pick up I was told not unlimited. The girl working called the manager and they gave me 288 miles, which was just under what I needed. The original one way was 154 miles which would have worked fine. It ended up costing us 2 times in fuel for the truck and we went over in miles. So I am not thrilled at all with U-Haul. You would think I would have received a discount for the extra fuel it cost us or the 50 $off for them not giving us what we booked well in advance!
