Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisManage was nasty. She was smart in the mouth and shouldn't be allowed to work around customers with that attitude. Did allow her worker to perform their duties without cutting in. Tried to make me pay an extra fee for taking car off the tow, when I paid in Rockville, MD. I told her to call and speak with the manager there and she told me no, for me to call so I called corporate. Never using UHaul again. Spent almost $800.00 one way and this is what I get. One person can ruin it for everyone.
LESHARN T | Premières impressionsI appreciate the management at the UHaul on Reynold’s Road in Toledo. I have been a customer for more than seven years now renting storage units and trucks. I have not been disappointed. This is a facility with a great leader and a team dedicated to each customer. Thank you for your service and dedication.
Kevin H | Expérience généraleUpon arrival the latch was not connected to the door. After entering storage unit I found that all my furniture was wet and moldy. When I moved from unit 37 ( because 37 was rusted out and needed repair work) I said to the assistant manager is unit 29 safe and has it been repaired , because last fall I could not enter 37 because from 27-37 there was a major flood of water. He said everything had been repaired. I moved that furniture from 37 to 29 at the end of May. We had several down pours of rain in June and July. Unit 29 has leaks and caused over $2000 of brand new furniture to be destroyed. You manager Jessica said it was nothing that she can do about it and was not sympathetic nor caring about my lost. I demand to talk to someone about this situation. Not happy
Diana S | Expérience généraleGreat staff. It’s good to see continuity. I believe Stephanie has been at this location over five years. UHaul must be treating their staff well!
