I've been surprised to have to use your Internet Website even if I was there in person because it was for a Drop off à another location. The person didn't cross the chain attached to my vehicule. It is not a big mistake but they should know that detail.

Michael BartalosThe "D" clips in the 4 corners at floor level were all broken and missing. (The bracket and mounting screw were there.) Unfortunately I needed to tie down a few pieces of light 4' x 8' wall board and had to get creative with a broom to wedge them in a secure position. I had to drive slow on back streets and avoid the highway to get the material home safely, checking several times during the journey to make sure the load was still secure. This was very frustrating. I rent trailers from UHAUL on a regular basis and have never found them to be dirty or not maintained. This time I desperately required the "D" clips. I can understand one being broken and missing, but all four? Tim

Then my phone started blowing up at 6:15 cause the trailer wasn't back… you should not be double booking!!!! now you have 2 irate cx and I will kot be back to this location

andre deLoosWell, for starters, how about you meet the customer at the counter so you can let them know the final bill before taking it upon yourself to charge the card on file… especially when it was discussed upon pick up that a different card would be used when paying the remaining balance. Therefore not running into the issue of screwing over someone's day who now has to wait for their money to get sent back to their account. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD USING U-HAUL AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. Disgusting service and behaviour overall.

Igor NikolicExcellent Service. Pickup and Check-out was super smooth. Thankfully they didn't rip me off as with other Rental Services. Points of Improvement: 1) Taking pictures of the Roof was difficult (to check for damages) 2) Per Km Charges should also be displayed/advertised as you do with the Per Day Rental Price of $19.99. 3) The vehicle was covered with salt so it was difficult to assess any minor damages/scratches during pickup, even though I took pictures. 4) Check-out was a bit difficult after business hours since I took pictures but my cell died. I dropped the keys but when I came home, charged my cell to do online check-out, I found the process a bit cumbersome since it asked for my location and asked me to upload pictures via Camera and not stored pics (although I had time-stamped pictures). 2)
Saumyadeep ModakThis was the worst overall experience i ever had getting a moving truck. Not this location but the entire process. I was moved from one location to another. It messed up my entore move and was unable to get done what i needed to do. I was told a supervisor would reach out and still have heard nothing.

Not enough staff to receive the trucks as we brought them back. Location was ok. We've utilized this U-Haul before and will again. Easy and quick processing for truck pick up.

Chris BrownHad to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist with the drop off of the vehicle. As mentioned above, with only getting the vehicle at quarter tank of gas, I ended up filling more gas than needed for the trip and was told that it is "company policy" to not reimburse back the unused gas. So you profit an extra $60 in gas which in my opinion in very poor customer service and proves that this company only care about making money over providing good customer service. Why not require to have all vehicles rented out with a fill tank of gas to eliminate the need for the customer to guess how much gas is required. I am sure that if I returned the trunk with less gas, you would definitely be charging me for it but not the other way??? It would be nice to prove me wrong and consider reimbursement for the extra $60 in gas that I paid along with the inconvenience of driving the extra 60km to pickup the truck. But I doubt you will do anything about it because of "company policy" to make a profit. I will never use U-Haul ever again!!!!!!

ZDZISLAW GARBACZService from the staff was excellent. I brought the truck back almost two hours late but I don't think the 25 extra minutes I had to wait for the right rear tire to be inflated was accounted for.... Other than that everything was great.
James AlcockFirst of all when I picked up the trailer, there was dirt and mud all throughout it. Luckily, I paid extra for blankets. As I did not have a broom to sweep it out. The trailer up around 9:30 in the morning and returned it by 330 to 4:00 PM.. upon arrival of bringing the trailer back, I parked it in the same spot. I picked it up from walked into the store. Talk to one of the girls at the desk she came outside with me told me everything was good took my paperwork from me and I went on my way the next morning I was awoken at 7 AM receiving calls from that U-Haul location stating that I still had the trailer and that they needed it to be returned. Throoughout Today I received multiple calls of harassment from employees continuously, stating that I had not returned the trailer. I don't know what you guys are doing over there, but I will never rent from this location again. There is a gentlemen that works in the morning shift. He assisted me with getting the blankets, the buggy cart and dolly. He is great at his job, the workers inside at the desk. I do not know what they are doing all day as they are not paying attention to these details.

Rod BelsbyThis was the first time I ever rented a uhaul. The cashier handed me the keys with no instructions. She didn't tell me the license plate is not the number on the key. The number on the key is above the license plate on the truck. Also, once you get to the truck you have to use the link sent by email or cell phone to start the car. When someone doesn't tell you this it's very confusing to a first time user. Also returning instructions in cases where the location is closed should be explained since you Need the app to complete this step as well. I would not rent from this location again. I had to call a friend because there was no parking for personal vehicles and no signs to say where customer parking was. Its very disorganized.

stefan eyramI would never suggest anyone staying in Brampton to pick up from location 30 km away. Also they gave me 20' where as I reserved 15'. Further, I waited for almost 8 hrs in Brampton 411 main st N to fix the TOW Dolly issue which is NOT acceptable at all. I recommend SHUTDOWN the UHAUL 411 main at N location rather than wasting customer time and abusing them. The staff working in Brampton is USELESS. and. have no idea what they are doing.

I forgot to put in the symbol before the code numbers and after the code was input the symbol # then The only challenge was when calling the location no one answered the phone. I had to chat online letting a representative know that I need to speak with a live person right away. It did happen because as noted above..I forgot to take pictures of the empty unit. Other than that the kind mannerism and professional service were always displayed. Thank you for, the storage service right from the start to ending of the contract.

There was water leaking from the roof at one point, so my storage contents were moved with help of 2 UHaul employees. Always clean and well lit. Desk employees really friendly and young men outside knowledgeable and friendly. Just moved and used UHAUL 20' truck. No problems at all. The 3 seats were comfortable. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain. Would not recommend.
