Employees were rude. I was charged for the dolly and the blankets which I didn't even end up using 171 $!!! They were in the back of the van when I return it. I really felt like I got lured in with a 19,95 price tag and ended up spending 105 dollars. I'm also aware that it is designed that way because why would you charge 85 cents a kilometer. That's almost 1 dollar a kilometer after advertising a 19,95 dollar price. Its a very underhanded strategy where No One actually pays anything close to 19,95 dollars. I have made the reservation for 1 15 ft truck with 2 dollies on 23 rd March for 2nd April, on 31st March 2021 , received a call stating the my pickup location has changed and now it's 25 km away from my actual reservation. Which has cost me not only money but very crucial time as I have made prior bookings for my move based on the location that was promised. Not only that the 2 very important equipments that I have ordered was now also not given and was told that it was missed, which is a very casual thing for you all but with out the equipment it is impossible for a move to happen, so for that again we have to drive 30 km to get the equipments. Please judge yourself how much I have enjoyed this experience with you all and the extra money I have to send to meet I scheduled Thank youKalyan C.
Manager wouldn't even look at us. We were offended. Not sure why she did that. She did not even acknowledge us. Even as she gave us the paperwork she did not look at us. We found her behaviour unprofessional and rude. It was totally uncalled for.DJAMEL B.

I understand that due to month end my location was changed at the last minute and no intimation was sent beforehand. However, 2700 Royal Windsor location service was excellent. All time car at first debited my credit card twice.NIKHIL D.

I have been charged extra for the late night drop off which was never informed me at all secondly for the gas I used 40 miles on the truck and filled more gas that was 15 litres gas and placed the receipt as well called 4 times to speak but could not reached manager and visited branch too 2 times but manager is not there such a big company with poor supportMUHAMAMD FUWAAD A.

Truck had only 1/4 tank of gas. Couldn't get the tailgate open - sole reason for renting the truck. Tire pressure alarm came on after 10 minutes on highway so not only did I have to stop for gas I had to put air in the tire. After spending 1/2 hour checking in on line, I still had to line up for 20 minutes to get keys and they did the reservation all over again. Will never use them againNANCY D.

Need to get more fleet and once truck reservation confirmed it should be available. I booked the truck month ahead first it got moved to different location due unavailability on that location. Then worse uhaul calls me 3 hours before my pickup time it was moving that 20 feet is not available the one I book I had no choice but get 15 feet this was totally ridiculous. Giving me discount cover that but was not enough because I had to arrange mover movers to move fastly I had elevator book for specific time. It was disaster by uhal.ABDULLAHTARIQ B.

I was called the day before my pick up to tell me the trailer I initialy booked was not available and if I wanted that one I had to pick it up in Brampton. Did not like that and ended up having to take a larger trailer from the location I wanted. If I book a trailer one week in advance I expect to have that trailer at the location requestedGIANPAOLO D.

The van I was given had such a strong skunky odour that I was concerned my mother's belongings would stink from being transported in the van. They should be ashamed to rent vehicles in this condition!EVAM T.
Was not washed and hard to check for damage. Actual odometer was 5km higher than paperwork provided, so i had to go inside despite booking on line to avoid that. Vehicle had 1/8 of a tank to start, which was inconvenient. Although there were many other vans available, it seems i was assigned the one vehicle that wasn't prepped and the staff seemed unaware that i was coming or that this vehicle was going out. Oh, and why did I have to go inside to get the keys? They should be ouside in the lockbox for me to collect.. Again, i wanted to avoid contact and line ups but had to face them anyway. It would be nice if while driving off the lot the "LOW FUEL" light didnt come on. I was hoping to get right in to my moving project right away without having to put gas in first. It said 1/8 tank when i picked it up, but van was not parked on level ground. While I was at the light at Royal Windsor and Winston Churchill the "Low Fuel" light came on. Very frustrating.James G.

My credit card was charged for an entire extra month for two storage units, despite having moved out. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain.
