I want to thank Michael, Donna, Lisa, and I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked out the van, but she has a pretty pink and purple hair. All of them made this experience so much better and easier. Great people. Thank you all so much. 5 Stars all the way! I wish I would have gotten that young ladies name, but she was working with Lisa when I dropped off the van. She needs credit as well for being amazing and fast. I was cold and tired, she made this so much easier. Thank you again

I just moved up from Texas. I didn't know anyone up here. I had a bad experience with a U-Haul location in Texas and I have to shake that off. I rented 2-15 ft. trucks with full car trailer to haul my son and I up to Denver, loaded and unloaded the trucks myself, cleaned the trucks after usage, traveled 2 000 miles +, and I am 70 years old/young. The people at the Littleton location were friendly, helpful, and really busy. I enjoy working with U-Haul and I will go to you again if and when I need you. I picked up my truck and noticed that it was sounding loud and didn't go fast . It wasn't until it started blowing thru gas that I called to report this to a service person . It was then I was told that the tow lite shouldn't be on that that was only used for heavy machinery towing I had already made several trip to my storage u it and had filled up with gas twice and I had only went 50 miles The representative told me I should have been told to shut that off ! Well I wasn't .. I feel like I should of been giving a better credit then $15 for this gentlemen's failure to tell me when I picked it up It took a lot longer to make the trips and I wasn't able to go above 40 mph Very disappointing in this

They made it super easy. I ordered everything online where I was also easily able to set up an appointment. The gentleman that helped me at the counter (also the person that did the installation) was very helpful and professional. All I had to do was show up and a little over an hour later it was done. Great experience!

Poor customer service It is very unprofessional to have cartridge and a lighter saying 'fucktardi' out on the counter while taking care of customers. Two staff seem undertrained on the paperwork and procedures. Final bill was a BIG surprise

The only issue I had was that I wanted to rent some blankets and the location was completely out. Would be nice to have more blankets available for rent or cheaper to purchase from Uhaul. I ended up purchasing blankets elsewhere for about half the price Uhaul was asking.

Most helpful, understanding, and professional uhaul facility I have ever used. My only complaint is that the next time I have to use uhaul storage, sadly will not be that facility because I will not be near it. Fantastic job to that facility.

We had an appt to have our work done at the federal way store but the worker called in sick, it happens. Luckily the front desk associate called other nearby uhaul stores and got us an appt at the Littleton location where Josh totally took care of us. We got the wireless brake controller that we wanted and other stores didn't have and Josh installed the 7 way and got us right in. I would recommend the Littleton store and go back. 

Great location and experience. The online reservation was easy and then followed up with a phone call because needed to make changes. Very accommodating and no problem. Picking up and drop off was quick and easy. This location also went above and beyond in offering military discount. The young lady at the counter was knowledgeable, resourceful and was even willing to stay late for me to fuel up so as to not be assessed a surcharge. I am now more inclined to rent a UHaul for big and small hauls around town given price and ease. Merci.

My reservation (9" van) wasn't at the location I had selected. With Josh upgraded my to a truck that also had a ramp, it was disappointing. My check-in was very awkward and the staff seemed extremely not present, so I hope all is ok.

I had a negative experience in Ft.Worth, Texas before I came to Littleton, Colorado. These reps at the UHaul in Littleton were real busy and they still were smiling and doing their best for everyone, it seemed. Lot of activity, but, they kept plugging along. That's why I appreciated their customer service.

This is an amazing place to put your storage, rent a moving truck, get propane filled, get a tow hitch installed and get help with everything when it comes to your U-Haul needs! 10/10 service, thank you for everything you all have done!

Only average because the person helping us was unfamiliar with the system and it took longer than necessary but she was still to help because the person that is familiar with the system was busy with a customer Avs she did get us processed before he was done with them. Other than that she was great and the move in process was above average to excellent.

The manager seemed to always be available to solve any problems that came up. He was always courteous and polite. He is a definite asset to U-Haul. Probably deserves a nice raise. Not to many like him. I would store my things here again without a second thought. My.stoeage fee was fair compared to the 2 public storage units I rent U-Haul blows them out of the water.

The gate to get into my storage unit locks up at 7pm. After that you can't get in. Which can be a pain if your moving into or out of past 7pm or other reasons most other storage places you can come and go up until 9-10 pm before it locks up. That was my only issue other then that it was great. Vince

We had a storage unit at this location for almost 1 year while we were waiting for our home to be finished out of state. This location was the most convenient to us, but I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the storage unit that was given to us had about a 3 inch gap between the ground and where to door should have closed to the ground. This left it open for higher risk of damage to our stuff from environmental causes. We noticed it was one of few throughout the storage facility that had this problem. When it snowed some of our items up front by the door would get wet and ruined, luckily nothing too important to us as we figured this would be an issue later on. The grounds were never kept clean and clear of glass, nails or other damaging items. We ended up with 2 nails in our tires most likely due to the same nails found near our storage unit left for people to run over without noticing. Also one night we were going through some things in our storage unit and were approached by a uhaul employee who told us we needed to leave because it's past the access hours. Not in a professional or kind way either. We paid the extra money for the after hours access and after letting her know that she proceeded to call her manager on the phone and after about a 15-20 minute ordeal things got cleared up finally but it was an extremely frustrating experience and horrible customer service. We noticed it was the SAME employee that was living in a broken down RV inside the storage unit gates for months. This made us feel uneasy every time we were there and it looked very trashy almost like a homeless camp. That is EXTREMELY unprofessional to have an employee (or anybody for that matter) living inside the storage unit facility gates. We had another storage unit at a Public Storage not too far from this location and it was GREAT! We put our more expensive and important items in that storage unit and we definitely made the right choice. The unit given to us closed all the way, was very clean and they kept the ground clean and clear. I do not for see us needing a storage unit for a long time if ever again but if we ever did I would never go back to this location and I would recommend to anyone else needing one the Public Storage not far from this location.

Staff were flustered and swearing to each other in conversation as well as forgot to come unlock our unit for 45 minutes after check out. However, we were helped promptly after arriving and there were no logistical issues. Additionally, upon arrival to unit the next day, staff were moving trucks and equipment around and were shouting at me in my car to move when they were blocking the gate to access units. Overall the experience was fine but training on customer service/professionalism may be supportive.

People here are super nice. As for uhaul the company, if I need a keycard to get into the lot to access my padlocked storage and have 3 cameras pointed at me simultaneously while doing so, don't lock me out after business hours.

Every interaction with the staff took so much time. I stopped in between the gate, cuz with the horrible service my code didn't work and Bryan had to let me out of the compound and while he was talking the gate closed in my back driver side door and scratched bent and dented the door. I hated everything about that experience and am going to get out as soon as possible. Code denial

Hornets, bugs, broken gate that doesn't get fixed. One customer told me his storage unit was broken into, but through the top of the adjacent unit and his belongings were stolen. Staff does their best, but they are stretched too thin.

From truck rental to storage rental to billing the entire experience was less than poor. I would never use U-Haul again nor would I recommend anyone else to use U-Haul.

The storage ceiling was torn or cracked. I'm afraid that water is going to leak in. I had no choice but to store my belongings as I did not have the time to look for another storage and needed to return the truck.

The storage area inside was very dark. I also had a bad experience with Mark where he never checked out my unit so I was receiving past notices and whenever I explained the situation to the rep on the phone they just said they were sending info to the manager and I never received a follow up. Very poor customer service all around.

I filed a formal complaint about 4849 S Santa Fe with U-haul corporate. I was in that location twice trying to resolve issues. With no resolution, I called corporate. The full details of my concern are detailed there. I've used U-haul many times with excellent customer service, so this encounter at store 21 was unusual and shocking. The woman I saw first was seriously unhelpful, stating blatantly false information, refusing to help me, and sending me to another location in error. I was in a second time an hour later and spoke to the manager Mark who refused to even acknowledge his employee's obvious misstep or the impact on me - or apologize in any way. He actually threatened to turn me away if I didn't drop the discussion about how his employee completely misinformed and misdirected me in the first conversation. His behavior was aggressive, inappropriate, and starkly unprofessional. I have obvious mobility issues and he mocked me. I don't know why this fellow is working with the public, let alone serving in a leadership role.
