The app is terrible. Much of the information I had to provide could have been done well ahead of the pickup time had I been told what was needed. The drop-off completely failed. I attempted to upload photos of the odometer several times but the app would not accept them. Finally I found the single person working at the location. He was extremely busy with many customers waiting and told me to just leave the keys in the cupholder and he would send me my receipt later. I did so but this left me worrying. Overall the pickup and drop-off cost me a good deal of time. It was a very bad experience.Scott H.

I made a reservation on line for a Uhaul off of Wadsworth. After reservation was made, I received email notice that my reservation was being moved to Uhaul off of Sante Fe (6+ miles away). Wasn't happy about that. It cost me more money and time to rent from this Uhaul. I would have probably went with a different option if this was the case when I reserved. Was offered no discount or not much a an apology when mentioned.Stephen O.

We reserved a truck about a week before and got a call right as we were picking it up that they didn't have a 15ft truck only a 10ft. It would have been really helpful to know that way earlier to see if we could find one elsewhere. It might also we helpful to have some way of knowing it a truck is actually available or not online. I intentionally choose this location for I want to say at least 10 years or more. Living is one of the most stressful times in your life and me and my husband appreciate the fact that you guys took away that stress and made running the truck easy even when we have to extend it it was easy in Friendly. If I could rate this zero stars I would. The rental experience was abysmal on both ends. I reserved the truck to pick up early through the 24/7 app service. I was able to complete the check out, but unable to get the lockbox with the key opened. While the store wasn't yet open, i found an employee, but it took him nearly a half hour to get it open, costing me 45 min on the front end. Then, on returning the vehicle that evening the app repeatedly malfunctioned and wouldn't' allow me to complete the check-in. I waited on hold for nearly a hour to reach customer service who advised me to take a photo of the mileage/fuel for my records, lock the truck and leave key in the drop. Said they would send a message to the store advising that the return was complete as scheduled. Advised I would receive a call from management the next day. But the call never came. The next day my account was updated to show that the truck had not been returned until the following afternoon and I was being charged an additional day. I attempted to contact the store, waited on hold for an hour and wasn't able to speak to anyone. It is now two days post rental and I have still yet to receive any communication from the store. I would advise anyone to avoid this store like the plague. Based on my experience, they have complete lack of responsiveness and concern for their customers.Thomas L.

This 5-star rating is specifically because of how great Charles handled everything. There were about 10 people waiting in line, including myself. Charles was by himself at the front but was taking care of 3-4 customers at a time. He worked to get everyone taken care of quickly and with a positive attitude. He was both very friendly and professional, and I could tell that his approach helped to keep all of the waiting customers calm through the process. Please give Charles a raise and recognition - he definitely earns it!Quinton H.
I can't remember the name of the guy who was working the desk on the morning of 27JUN but this dude was phenomenal. The location had 4 people call out that day and so he was running solo, helping up to 4 customer groups at a time at the counter. He didn't complain, maintained professionalism and even had a few laughs. We all gave him a round of applause. He was fantastic!Mark R.

The Santa Fe location stole my truck and refused to let me take it to the county line location, I needed info on drop off and the employee at Santa Fe was extremely rude to me. Also no one is answering or helping me at either location.Zachery R.

Make sure the customer has EVERYTHING included in the rental and that you guys answer the phone. I was forced to pay for 2 days because you guys failed to make sure everything was in the truck. I called the store 30 minutes after I rented the truck. If you close your store earlier than the actual time, how is that convenient for the customers. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. The only drawback was having one staff, therefore, service was very slow in and out. It took me 40 minutes to get a trailer.Tuan N.
I needed a different ball hitch on my truck and the staff was very helpful in letting me test which size bolt shaft I needed for my vehicle and actually sought me out to see if I needed help getting it installed. They also had an issue with hooking the safety chains on their trailer to my truck since I didn't have the normal set up, but they went out of their way to figure out how to hook them to my undercarriage so that the chains would still do their job in an emergency and I would not need to go and get an entirely new hitch installed on my truck.Steven K.

Had a problem (overcharged) and the 1-800 # folks said it could only be handled by the Littleton store where I picked up the trailer. Called them for 3 days and they never answered. The 1-800 # folks even tried and finally said I would have to drive there and talk with them in person. I made the 70 mile round trip drive and the overcharged problem was taken care of. The manager told me they do not answer their phones due to being to busy and he feels customers in the store are more important then the ones on the phones. I'LL NEVER USE A CORPOTATE STORE AGAIN. Best to use a smaller location where you can get better service. Problem is you have to go where the equipment is located.STEVEN C.

Fabulous service! And the best service I have ever had at a UHaul location in the past 20 years. The owner, Mark, took care of me and was very helpful in explaining all the details of the rental and how to return it. Even though there was a huge line, he was pleasant and cheerful to everyone and did his best to expedite customer needs. If you have a choice of locations, I would go here.Valerie H.

UHaul as a company can be more transparent with what they are charging. I was quoted 19,95 $ then charged 79 $for a rental. The folks at the location were great but UHaul basically pulled a bait and switch and I was pissed. Seems like every time I use a truck there it is way more expensive than what I am quoted. This time the estimate was 35 $and I ended up paying 117 $. That's ridiculousKellie K.

The storage area inside was very dark. I also had a bad experience with Mark where he never checked out my unit so I was receiving past notices and whenever I explained the situation to the rep on the phone they just said they were sending info to the manager and I never received a follow up. I filed a formal complaint about 4849 S Santa Fe with U-haul corporate. I was in that location twice trying to resolve issues. With no resolution, I called corporate. The full details of my concern are detailed there. I've used U-haul many times with excellent customer service, so this encounter at store 21 was unusual and shocking. The woman I saw first was seriously unhelpful, stating blatantly false information, refusing to help me, and sending me to another location in error. I was in a second time an hour later and spoke to the manager Mark who refused to even acknowledge his employee's obvious misstep or the impact on me - or apologize in any way. He actually threatened to turn me away if I didn't drop the discussion about how his employee completely misinformed and misdirected me in the first conversation. His behavior was aggressive, inappropriate, and starkly unprofessional. I have obvious mobility issues and he mocked me.
