Have friendly, more personable staff working the desk. The girl that gave me my receipt didn't even greet me. As a simple “hey, how are you“ would have sufficed. Or when she gave me my receipt “thanks have a good day“. Literally, she said nothing and had no expression and was eating lunch at the desk

The uhaul itself was clean, however, the truck pulled to the right; couldn't see out of the passenger side mirror; the ac took a while to produce cool air and the latch on the back kept catching on the frame of the vehicle. Also the truck that we recieved was not the one that we reserved. We reserved a regular truck, not a moving van. When we got their we were told that we needed to have a major credit card. They did not want to accept the debit card. We had to explain repeatedly that we don't have a credit card and that our ride dropped us off; thus preventing us from going to get cash. Also, they continued to get things mixed up. First it was cash or credit card and when dropping the truck off, I was asked if I paid with cash or a debit card. Thing's need to get straightened out and everyone needs to be on the same page. Nothing on the website mentioned needing to use a credit card and in the past when we've gone to them the debit card was accepted without problem. Thank You, Thomas Hendrix

The truck has a mechanical issue that almost had me hit an 18 wheeler that was in the left lane an a car pulled out in front of me, I hit the brakes hard an literally was in his lane, the front end of this truck beat me to death, after 55 miles of driving my back hurt my forearms where killing me...this Truck is gonn get someone killed, worst truck I've ever rented from uhaul an will be the last

When the dash flashes to change the oil the maintenance should be done. It's near impossible to take pics of the mileage because of the warnings.

I was a bit disappointed to find that the equipment that I had reserved a week in advance that showed available on the website was not available when I walked in store. But they gave me an alternative unit that did the job.

I rented a trailer and received an email that I get a free month rent but it does not say new customers only. I have a storage unit and have had it a couple of years!!! Nor is my rent what is posted on the wall in office.

Truck got like 2 mpg it was a shit truck and so uncomfortable and I returned with same gas and they still charged me 18$ y'all sucked

People were rude, didn't know where the truck was and I had to go find it in the garage and remove it myself.

Other than the card reader was down and when manually added my card they said it was declined. Wasnt my card nor my bank. My bank said twice the card was ran but the code on their side said that the card was take out to soon. No wanted to hear that though. Thank goodness I have like 3 banks and everything works just fine.

Have technicians that are better trained on installing hitches. And if you have an appointment for a certain day and time don't tell the customer that you don't know when you'll be able to get to the job. And don't take 4 hours to do a job that was supposed to be 2 hours. And then they left the muffler strap attached to the vehicle and didn't put a piece of trim back on straight. And no wire bracket.

Our reserved size of truck was not available at time of pick up. No effort was made by facility staff to locate another truck of that size from an alternate location so it required additional trips using the smaller truck to move all of our items thus incurring more milage charges. No compensation was offerred by the facility to offset not meeting our reservation request. Service was disappointing.

We returned the equipment with minor damage (broken off side marker light). SafeTow covered it, and the staff there were courteous. The location of the store is my only complaint. Sort of a run down part of town with lots of surface street traffic.

Trailer tire went flat 5 miles down the road. Poor quality inspection by your employees. When roadside assistance showed up I was told the tire that was flat wasn't even an approved uhaul trailer tire. I only had the trailer an hour before tire was completely flat.

The vehicle was well maintained, but it was dirty on the outside. But it has been a rainy mess for days. So just stating a fact, not complaining. I was very pleased with my rental. Thank you very much!!

Melissa, and her staff made moving to a new city a lot easier! Moving itself is hard… so when you meet people that go the extra mile just to be helpful, it's such a blessing! They have been a blessing. Melissa even helped with getting someone to unload my truck! I'm thankful and feel like I've made friends!!! Thank you!!!

You guys need to correct that issue with the access hours at your Texarkana Texas state line store on State Line because you can only access during store hours and it clearly says 5am to 10pm for Access gate from your emails and texts and when I called something to very got there at 8pm and couldn't access same place to return in truck was going to leave it so that I would be done but unfortunately had to return to unload at 7:30am just to access storage then unload and back out to return truck in same drive

In the almost four years I have overseen a storage unit for my brother, Melissa and her staff have always been courteous, professional and nice. On move out day, October 5, three employees were especially nice; the woman who checked me out; Laura; then two employees that were working in the actual storage unit building, Chasity and Mary actually helping my daughter and I lift our last piece of furniture into our truck. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this specific State Line facility to anyone. In the past years, I have also rented U-Haul Trucks and moving Vans from this location and it has always been a seamless, easy process. The Stateline U-Haul location is the best one in town. I know, because I used several storage facilities years ago when I was a pharmaceutical sales rep. Much success.

I was not moved out when I left storage causing me a hassle to get my money returned. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Please remind your employees personal phone calls should not be continued when a customer entetes your store. Very unprofessional!

A little high but I had to have a storage unit

I traveled 250 miles one way to pick up my belongings before 10 pm at 9 pm I couldn't get into my storage for some reason. I called mellisa west the GM and she said there was no access allowed because of some sort of camera issues. She offered no remorse or solution. I had to stay the night and get a hotel room for me and my family. At 7 am when uhaul opened up I seen mrs west she was very unprofessional and had no intention on helping me or my family as she walked around with some other lady who worked for uhaul. Overall I will never use uhaul again from this facility. I am shocked mrs west is even a GM she definitely needs some retraining courses.

The lady that rented us the unit was rude. We booked in line in climate controlled and she gave us a small one and not climate controlled. It was smaller than we booked. I was very angry with her. But when we left she was gone and other ladies were nice. Really nice

I haven't moved in my stuff yet, today I will be though. However, I did go up there a day early just to see where it was located. I didn't catch the lady that helped me name, but she was very helpful. She even took me right to my unit, just to show me where it was at, without me even asking her too. Overall, all the staff I came in contact with, was very very helpful and nice.

Friendly staff. Easy access. I especially liked that, in order to get to the storage rooms, one had to go through the U-Haul bays. That added layer of security is why I chose this location to store my belongings between moves.

I rented a storage from this unit on Saturday, they knew I lived 3 hrs away and was bringing a uhaul back with a load of stuff on Sunday. We Drive all the way here to unload a 26ft uhaul and a truck load and upon arrival the units were closed and could not be accessed!! We called to ask to get in they told us they were only opened during open business hours and we would have to wait to unload when they were open again!!! They never explained when we rented the unit that it wasn't 24 hrs!! Had to rent another storage from a different place in order to unload and return uhaul!!! Very disappointed!!!! Will never use again!!

I had a wonderful experience except for my last day picking up my stuff there is and enter area and and exit area for vehicles to get in the building park and get to their unit well the entrance was blocked by an empty uhaul truck and another truck parked next to it making it impossible to drive around when I asked a lady how I would get in she gave me attitude saying you have to go through the exit I did not like the attitude nor did I like having to drive through the exit when I was about to pull around the corner and enter the exit door a truck was coming out I’m in a tiny car that’s so dangerous it’s an exit for a reason giving this being my only issue I’m not to upset however I would like that maybe your establishment think about parking the vehicles out of the way of the entrance during the hr we are allowed to visit our unit going through the exit is dangerous and not professional my overall experience was great I’m glad every other time I went there I felt with a different lady then the one on my last day

This location created many problems for us: the security card never worked, the unit had a hose from outside in the wall, the staff did not close us out when we checked out on 8/16/18, etc....
