The nice lady that waited on me was very Kind and she had me laughing on the inside because the computer kept kicking everything out but though it all I was still able to smile Thanks So Much she was on cash register 1

MIGUEL GThis crew on today has there A game on. Never have I checked in and out so fast and the Lady's are sweet too! Manager guy was super helpful in telling me how to buy one of these trailers as well.
DAKOTA MThe location was great, but I had an issue with changing my destination. This was the original destination, but I needed to change to the Bailey Rd destination in Pearland, TX. Your rep on the phone said changing destinations was three times the original rental amount. I had to drop off at the N State line location and re-rent the trailer to go to Pearland,TX for a reasonable price. It was time wasted for me.
EARL WThe return process after hours. I returned the truck after hours and within the 24 hour period. My location could not be picked up in the app so the next steps said to just drop the keys in and gave other directions, then it said thank you and have a great day. The next day, I was charged double because it said I did not return until the next day. It was taken care of and the charges were taken off, but just a hassle to get fixed. If you could figure out a way to verify drop off time without using the app for situations like mine, it would be much better.

JEFFREY KMr Chris closed me out. I forgot to take a photo of my storage when emptied out. He gave me his word that he would check it then send me a receipt. I value this highly. Why? Not many keep their word. Mr Chris kept his word and sent me a close out receipt. He is too be valued because he could have told me to go back get a picture. He calmly and so nicely said, " I will go back and check it". I was on my way to work out of town. Thanks Mr Chris! You made my day that day. You were God's light for me. ROMELDIA GThe mileage wasn't correct on the truck when I got it, I took a picture of the correct mileage and uploaded it as I checked the vehicle but the company said they didn't get the picture. When I went to turn the truck in at a drop off location they weren't set up for drop offs so I had to drive it to another location which put more miles on the truck. When they checked it in I was charged for extra mileage which I already had added on my original contract and I was charged for gas which was were it was when I picked up the truck. I've used U-Haul before and never had an issue like this. I will not be using again.
AMANDA DOnly needed to move a few items so Saturday w 20-30 mns left before closing, arrived to rent & site did not have van or truck to rent, had to wait til Sunday. Sunday, informed furniture doolie not available to rent, had to improvise. Vehicle 3/4 full & was informed about returning & gas usage so put in more gas than used to make certain no charge incurred.

STEPHEN PI wanted to suggest a more thorough cleaning approach for the U-Haul truck. The truck had a horrible odor. Maybe Use an air freshener or odor neutralizer if necessary.

NATASHA RIf they know the equipment is not coming back to that location then you get the worst piece they have…. The 1 st night we noticed one of the rear lights was out. I thought I could replace a bulb. Wrong only a lens no bulb no connector to put a bulb in.

James CLaura Wicke was excellent to work with to rent the van. A different customer service rep when I returned the van was pleasant enough but not great.

I had rented from the return business in the past and was very pleased so did not hesitate to use them to return the trailer. Great job by all.

Michael MThe truck I rented was beat up pretty bad. The driver door had been damaged and was very hard to close. The side mirror on the passenger side wouldn't stay in place. I adjusted it but when you started driving it would move. The truck ran ok and worked for what I needed.

SPENCER SThe only way that could have been improved, is if uhaul had done the work for me. The young lady that helped me with the transaction was very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. This was a very smooth transaction compared to the last time.

Extremely helpful because of available resources such as flat carts/h carts, many options to rent items. I ran into minimal issues and they were so quick to deal and resolve my issues by giving me options to choose and showing me what was available and not judging me for whatever reason.

Shirley H | Expérience généraleStorage facility itself was fine. My issues is with the manager Melissa. I have seen several reviews and she is just down right not a nice person. Any encounter with her is hateful and rude or ugly looks. I am not sure how she even is in a manger role let alone still working for company with how many bad reviews she has. She has definitely run us off. She also told her the facility back in June would be fully accessible within a few weeks but I believe it's just now becoming fully accessible. But still not open 24/7 like stated. The biggest issue is Melissa and how uncomfortable and rude she is. We took our business elsewhere. We hope Uhaul will take theses complaints against this manager , I can only imagine how she treats her employees if she treats customer so ugly.

The manager took 5 days to remove a lock that was mistakenly put on my unit and got ugly when I was upset. Very unprofessional and way over priced for non climate controlled, no bay doors working, and no good hours for access in the evenings when MOST people are off work

The carts were not long enough to get hardly anything on them. I took forever to get the truck unloaded. Don't think I would recommend any to get one on the 2nd floor.

I did not rent the storage due to the fact she place me all the way at the back of the storage building, where she claim the doors at the back did not work nor did she have a different storage she could provide. I called uhaul customer service and was informed that it was several storage units available. The assistant manager is a straight racist pill popper. I will never refer anyone to this location and will write a bad review. It is sad she charged me 160 for a deposit for 4 hours of usage.
