They also have a store with affordable options that i ended up needing and didn't break the bank to buy it there. The staff appeared to be pretty active and responsive. Extremely helpful because of available resources such as flat carts/h carts, many options to rent items. I ran into minimal issues and they were so quick to deal and resolve my issues by giving me options to choose and showing me what was available and not judging me for whatever reason.

No improvements. Everything was fine. I haven't used u haul in over 10 years and I'm happy to report the prices haven't changed. Very affordable. I only need the truck for a few hours and I got everything done I needed to get. Will definitely use again when I need to move

On February 16, 2024, my family and I drove to U-Haul Moving & Storage at State Line to pick up my rental. Upon check-in, I was asked: Do you have a credit card? In my mind, I was asking myself why I needed a credit card because the reservation stated to bring the same card that I used to reserve the van. I had to drive back home to retrieve it because I did not bring my wallet (my fault). Once I returned, I was given the wrong key after finishing the checkout. I remained neutral, and Samantha resolved the issue. The next day, I returned the rental, despite renting for 48 hours. Unfortunately, I could not find a person on-site to check me out. I looked all around. Even asked others if they were a worker, despite this person minding his or her business while attending to his or her storage. Because I did not know the Worker's whereabouts, I parked the "Van," and then dropped the keys in the night box at 5:30 p.m. By Saturday night, February 17, 2024, I was not in a pleasant mood because my rental remained unchecked in, despite receiving an inaccurate receipt after calling to speak to someone in the store(unreachable), so I was connected to Gabriella. I called another attempt on Sunday. The same thing occurred. The person in the store was unreachable, so I was connected to Kourtney. Kourtney was very supportive during the business ordeal. The issue was finally eliminated. The van was checked in, and then I received an accurate receipt. Thank you Kourtney for your voice, it helped a lot. With appreciation,

The deposit we were told would go back into our bank account didn't in fact go back into our account. I paid to rent the truck, the returned in the same condition as when I rented, and I should have gotten the entire back.

I rented two trailers in the past couple of weeks. Laura at the State Line Texarkana location was awesome at helping me out. My new go-to location eventhough it is not the closest to my house.

I ended up with another option so did not need storage facilities. Pries were extremely high and access was too involved. I preferred a drive up storage instead of carrying my items down a long haul.

Storage facility itself was fine. My issues is with the manager Melissa. I have seen several reviews and she is just down right not a nice person. Any encounter with her is hateful and rude or ugly looks. I am not sure how she even is in a manger role let alone still working for company with how many bad reviews she has. She has definitely run us off. She also told her the facility back in June would be fully accessible within a few weeks but I believe it's just now becoming fully accessible. But still not open 24/7 like stated. The biggest issue is Melissa and how uncomfortable and rude she is. We took our business elsewhere. We hope Uhaul will take theses complaints against this manager , I can only imagine how she treats her employees if she treats customer so ugly.

The truck wouldn't start and the tow truck was an hour away. Eventually someone else ended up giving me a jump

Staff was rude had no customer service skills what so ever. Didn't do a walk around of the equipment just handed the keys over and told me " it's parked on the side." I was handed the wrong keys at first when I went back in the lady at the counter asked me, "what now?" When I told her I was handed the wrong keys she huffed and rolled her eyes. Didn't even bother to apologize for the mistake. I will not rent here again.

I needed the biggest utility dolly that I made for my reservation and it was not available

I was going to sit down in the chairs in the waiting area while they checked in the truck I rented, but they were absolutely filthy. Everything else about the experience was fine. Seriously...throw those chairs out and drop a couple hundred bucks on new ones.

The truck I used to move and my storage unit were good, no issues there. The issue is with the manager Melissa, everytime I come in she has a horrible attitude and she'll see you waiting and won't acknowledge you. Her customer service skills need some work.

Website shows self storage hours until 10pm. THEY CLOSE AT 5!! The staff is lazy and rude. The manager took 5 days to remove a lock that was mistakenly put on my unit and got ugly when I was upset. Very unprofessional and way over priced for non climate controlled, no bay doors working, and no good hours for access in the evenings when MOST people are off work

Our bill was never what we was told it would be there was oil all over place once they cut out lock off and replaced it with there's we decided to move out and made us pay for a new lock that we didn't need !!! That's stealing money

The facility on State Line in Texarkana, AR/TX is very clean. The staff are always helpful and polite. I have recommended this storage facility to many people and I know a few have used it at my urging. I am grateful to have such a clean and well-maintained storage facility easily accessible to me.

The second floor is a joke to get to. I had to down two long halls through 2glass doors then to the elevator to get where I needed to go. The carts were not long enough to get hardly anything on them. I took forever to get the truck unloaded. Don't think I would recommend any to get one on the 2nd floor.

I had a horrible experience with the assistance manager. I did not rent the storage due to the fact she place me all the way at the back of the storage building, where she claim the doors at the back did not work nor did she have a different storage she could provide. I called uhaul customer service and was informed that it was several storage units available. The assistant manager is a straight racist pill popper. I will never refer anyone to this location and will write a bad review. It is sad she charged me 160 for a deposit for 4 hours of usage.

I actually moved out on May 28th not June 13th. But other than that my experience with the staff and facility was wonderful. Easy and quick move in/uhaul rental. Helpful and friendly staff.

Melissa, and her staff made moving to a new city a lot easier! Moving itself is hard… so when you meet people that go the extra mile just to be helpful, it's such a blessing! They have been a blessing. Melissa even helped with getting someone to unload my truck! I'm thankful and feel like I've made friends!!! Thank you!!!

You guys need to correct that issue with the access hours at your Texarkana Texas state line store on State Line because you can only access during store hours and it clearly says 5am to 10pm for Access gate from your emails and texts and when I called something to very got there at 8pm and couldn't access same place to return in truck was going to leave it so that I would be done but unfortunately had to return to unload at 7:30am just to access storage then unload and back out to return truck in same drive

In the almost four years I have overseen a storage unit for my brother, Melissa and her staff have always been courteous, professional and nice. On move out day, October 5, three employees were especially nice; the woman who checked me out; Laura; then two employees that were working in the actual storage unit building, Chasity and Mary actually helping my daughter and I lift our last piece of furniture into our truck. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this specific State Line facility to anyone. In the past years, I have also rented U-Haul Trucks and moving Vans from this location and it has always been a seamless, easy process. The Stateline U-Haul location is the best one in town. I know, because I used several storage facilities years ago when I was a pharmaceutical sales rep. Much success.

I was not moved out when I left storage causing me a hassle to get my money returned. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Please remind your employees personal phone calls should not be continued when a customer entetes your store. Very unprofessional!

I traveled 250 miles one way to pick up my belongings before 10 pm at 9 pm I couldn't get into my storage for some reason. I called mellisa west the GM and she said there was no access allowed because of some sort of camera issues. She offered no remorse or solution. I had to stay the night and get a hotel room for me and my family. At 7 am when uhaul opened up I seen mrs west she was very unprofessional and had no intention on helping me or my family as she walked around with some other lady who worked for uhaul. Overall I will never use uhaul again from this facility. I am shocked mrs west is even a GM she definitely needs some retraining courses.

The lady that rented us the unit was rude. We booked in line in climate controlled and she gave us a small one and not climate controlled. It was smaller than we booked. I was very angry with her. But when we left she was gone and other ladies were nice. Really nice

I haven't moved in my stuff yet, today I will be though. However, I did go up there a day early just to see where it was located. I didn't catch the lady that helped me name, but she was very helpful. She even took me right to my unit, just to show me where it was at, without me even asking her too. Overall, all the staff I came in contact with, was very very helpful and nice.

Friendly staff. Easy access. I especially liked that, in order to get to the storage rooms, one had to go through the U-Haul bays. That added layer of security is why I chose this location to store my belongings between moves.

I rented a storage from this unit on Saturday, they knew I lived 3 hrs away and was bringing a uhaul back with a load of stuff on Sunday. We Drive all the way here to unload a 26ft uhaul and a truck load and upon arrival the units were closed and could not be accessed!! We called to ask to get in they told us they were only opened during open business hours and we would have to wait to unload when they were open again!!! They never explained when we rented the unit that it wasn't 24 hrs!! Had to rent another storage from a different place in order to unload and return uhaul!!! Very disappointed!!!! Will never use again!!

I had a wonderful experience except for my last day picking up my stuff there is and enter area and and exit area for vehicles to get in the building park and get to their unit well the entrance was blocked by an empty uhaul truck and another truck parked next to it making it impossible to drive around when I asked a lady how I would get in she gave me attitude saying you have to go through the exit I did not like the attitude nor did I like having to drive through the exit when I was about to pull around the corner and enter the exit door a truck was coming out I’m in a tiny car that’s so dangerous it’s an exit for a reason giving this being my only issue I’m not to upset however I would like that maybe your establishment think about parking the vehicles out of the way of the entrance during the hr we are allowed to visit our unit going through the exit is dangerous and not professional my overall experience was great I’m glad every other time I went there I felt with a different lady then the one on my last day

This location created many problems for us: the security card never worked, the unit had a hose from outside in the wall, the staff did not close us out when we checked out on 8/16/18, etc....
