The truck needed to be washed. There was red dirt all over it from where ever it came from. There were also damage inspection stickers in a couple spots. Overall the facility and mechanical condition of the truck were great. I will be using Uhaul again soon.GREGG P.

The guy that checked me in was not polite. He seemed like he was having a horrible day. We had to pull our own truck out. The pick up was not customer orientated at all. I love going to east capital. In my opinion State street location is a dead zone, which is the feelings it gives. I hate this location.Loretta W.

The truck was horrible. It stalled very bad. It ran out of gas so quick , I said spent a lot in gas, I think it had a gas leak.Tanya P.

Manager on sight gave excellent customer server service. He was very courteous and definitely made me feel as of I was good hands. I didn't receive a refund for the mileage I didn't use and also when I received the keys to the truck there was no gas in the tank the needle was on EVYNESSA D.
The truck needed to get a wash. I was also charged another fee of 56 $on top of already paying for mileage, van and for renting for less then a day. My original cost was 49 and the next day they took out another 56 without explanation. I've had several issues with this location.Liz P.

Clean the trucks. Put the equipment io in the truck. Advise customers the truck bed may have ice due to low temps. Check the tires, so the customer doesn't have to wait for other customers to be serviced before they put air in tires. I fell & hurt my back due to the ice in the truck that no one warned me about.LUANNE L.

The van windshield was completely covered with snow and ice. The employee I told about this told me it was my problem. He ultimately handed me a fractured ice scraper to clear the ice myself. I expected the van to be ready to go.Mitchell D.

I had contact free pick up and waited over 50 mins for someone to approve my documents to get the truck and it ended up not working. They ended up having to cancel my order and redo it in the store. Definitely will be going to u haul for my moving needsRACHAEL L.

I had problems scanning the site,..it locked me out of the account..the truck was clean, but when I loaded my load up and attempted to start the truck back up it wouldn't start..I had to call the 100# for assistance, and I had to pay for someone to give me a jump because if was too cold to be sitting and waiting for road side assistance.ANITA L.

The General Manager in this store did a outstanding job supporting all customers on Sat Jan 2. It was a busy day and I waited in line for approx 15-25 mins; however this gentleman kept his customers up to date with his next move; supporting customers outside, filling propane tank, helping two customers at once; going back and fourth from each register. If I had a business in Milwaukee he would have been hired on the spot. Phenomenal work ethics, respectful, hard worker, overall very very impressed. Without his attention to the customers like he did, my overall experience and rating today would have been terrible; but it's his transparency and positive attitude that made my experience different. He made my frustrating day much easier, especially because I'd just loss a beloved several days before. Huge thank you!!!!Nafessa B.
Be sure to double shock the drop off destination for a one way rental because they put down the wrong destination address. I rented a one way and they had me going back to the city I rented the truck from instead of the location of the city I was going to.JOSHUA T.

I specifically came in to make sure of the total payment, was told it was one price and then days later they charged me again after assuring me I wouldn't be charged any more. This was the second time in one rental they took more money than what was told to me. I was told it was 35 $upon pick up and was charged 60 $then 4 days later I was charged another 20 $. Uhaul needs to figure out their prices before charging people 3 times for the same rental vehicle and lying about prices.Alexandra S.

The installer at this facility was installing a 5x8 trailer to my 89 Mercury Grand Marquis. It appears as I was watching him hooking to my car he did it correctly. I made it just 3 blocks from my house and I felt a bump from the rear of car, got out found that the trailer was off the hitch. The installer forgot to lock the cap to the hitch ball, I call that store and told them what happen, agent at store told me that his installer forgot to lock cap screw to the ball. Ask me can I make it safely back to store and I told him that I couldn't, then the call was dissonnected. As I'm stuck in traffic I had to Call my son to come to me, he's knows about hitching trailer to vehicles and put the trailer back on the ball and lock it securely. I then continue on my way to do my haul, once I returned to dropoff trailer I saw the installer who on install the trailer to my car. I told him how could you forget to secured the trailer to the ball, he look at me and said "what happen". Then I told him what happen and I call the store, and the other agent on duty that was there told me you forgot to secured the trsiler to ball. I told him luckily there was no damage to my car or bumper, the only response I got from the person who did the hookup was this. "Did you paid by card or cash". What? That all he was concern with was payment? Not once did he offer a apology, sorry, or no charge for my inconvenience. I was in disbelief and upset, that I just what him unhooked the trailer and I left. One thing I notice with this person who hooked up my trailer, he was into cell and not paying attention to what he was doing. If he was focus on the job on hand and not his cell. He would've been giving me the service I deserved and hooked up the trailer correctly. And I deserve compensation for my inconvenience and I should receive a refund.
