This facility was so excellent with customers service. I hope yo can acknowledge the workers: Dawn, Katie, and the gentleman who was working with Katie Copeland the morning of April 4, 2020 at 8:30-9:45am. The service was just so good, I felt important, safe, and cared for. Thank you so very much.

Nolan Rooney did a fantastic job. I wasn’t the easiest customer that day, but he stayed calm and professional, even with the many other customers that were very upset that the elevator was not working. Maybe be sure the gauge is accurate. When I first started the truck it Looked as though it was full(According to the gauge) and the app however, I drove it off the lot and it dropped almost a quarter tank. I bought gas and filled it back up but there is no way i used over 3 gallons. I only drove 15 miles.. just be aware. Other than that, the app is awesome and the gentleman that helped in the office was great. Overall a great experience...convenient and easy process for sure. The truck was super clean too ????

Long wait with only one employee on a Saturday morning, other than long wait all very good. Not sure why only one but must have been a schedule problem, after all it was a moving Saturday.

Better online reservation knowledge by employees. We were confused with another online reservation when we checked in, in spite of providing I.D. and reservation number.

When I went in to set up my storage it was apparent that many of the staff members were not trained eventually somebody did come over and was able to help me it did take excessive amount of time everybody was very polite though. When I came just about a month later to close my account it was on Saturday it was a young girl working and a young man you could tell he wasn’t trained but he was polite but the girl seemed like she was inconvenienced after waiting a while I did leave came backWithin the hour and the young girl was in the restroom I could hear her talking on the phone I was waiting in line she came out of the restroom and was began texting on your phone and then eventually came over to help me other than the staffing everything else was great

The U-Haul employees from the store was very excellent and helpful on all my questions and instead of me having to come back and forth because I wasn't in the same town it was easier and save me money to drop it off somewhere closer to my destination the vehicle that really helped me out and I was really happy that they gave me that option.

The equipment wasn't DIRTY DIRTY, just overdue for a wash. Also, I was told that the vehicle had 3/4 of a tank when it did not. It was about 1/3 of the way down from 3/4 to 1/2 tank. I would have been charged for fuel if I didn't choose to put it up to 3/4 of a tank before I returned it. It won't stop me from using U-Haul. Not yet anyway.

Service here was great and the place looked great as well. My issue was with the truck itself. The truck that we were given had a fault gas gauge and would only read half a tank no matter how much gas I put into it. This made it difficult to plan our trip accordingly and caused us to have to make multiple unpredicted stops at gas stations. This made us extremely late for our walkthrough appointment at our new apartment.

The staff here is excellent!! They make the process quick, the customer feel valued and they help find solutions if the size of truck is not available at their location during the time you need one. I have not had the same luck with other locations nearby, so I will continue to go to the Sunrise location whenever I need a truck! Thanks to all!

This was the best rental experience I have ever had. During both pick up and drop off, employees were friendly, helpful and efficient. I will use this location whenever I have a need for moving equipment. I wish I’d known about them and that they offer storage before I got my unit elsewhere. I’d have signed on with them even though it is a farther drive.

They took care of me quickly. When they didn't have the exact size I needed, they went over and above to book a reservation for me at a nearby location. When that location (Wills) called me to cancel saying they did not have the size I needed & the only solution offered was a much later time or date, I was able to contact this location and they quickly helped find me a solution. When I needed an extra hour I called them and they were very flexible with me. Each member I dealt with were very friendly too! I know this is long but I have rented many uhaul vehicles over the years at different locations, and this is by far the best! I will ONLY go there from now on. Thanks to all!

had a reservation and it the location was changed 2 times. You changed the time I had set up and could not get it straight. This happened the last time I rented also. Needs some work.

everything is great and employees are nice only problem is I was charged incorrectly and the issue has not been resolved i tented a 27 foot truck and did a in town move while than 15 miles and only 1 day however I was charged like a one way and had to pay $134!!! i was supposed to be reimbursed for at least $69-$80 but never have please help

I had an injury take place the 1st day of our move which forced us to keep the truck an additional day. I received a call from the manager Nolan who assisted with the price and gave us a discount due to the circumstance. Although U-haul had nothing to do with this situation they were beyond helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. I've always been a customer of U-haul but will be dedicated to this location moving forward.

Excellent service. The clerk advised of a nearby gas station that had clearance for the large truck we rented. Facility was clean, orderly and easy to navigate. When we returned the truck we parked it in the wrong location on accident even though there are giant signs telling you where to go (we are idiots). The clerk that handled our return took care of it for us with a smile on her face, even though we had made more work for her (sorry!) Also would like to applaud U-Haul for their buyback policy on boxes. It is a great policy that cuts down on waste and I am very appreciative of that as a customer. Overall very positive experience and will use U-Haul again for my moving needs. P.S. the $39.95 Moving Package is fantastic, thanks for putting those together!

Location has a Sunrise address but you cannot get there from Sunrise Ave. for people unfamiliar with its location it could be a little hard to find.

The lock box for key return was broken and I had to slide key under door which was serious hassle because I didn’t want to leave key out where truck could be stolen—I could not wait to return during open hours—very difficult sliding key under door: had to find stick and get on hands and knees—took over 10 minutes. I just don’t understand how there’s no option if lock box is compromised?

The breaks were mushy/ dangerous the turning radius is real bad. I'm 6'2" leg room not good. Couldn't imagine a long trip.. I have been drive a 2 ton truck for the last 10 years. You should check your trucks out better before buying them. Don't use bean counters, it shows.. Ken Collette
