First time using this facility. Site is on repurposed hospital grounds. For someone new to the facility, it can be confusing how to enter and navigate premises. On my return, after hours, I hit a low clearance awning at an entry point to premises where this danger could have been more clearly identified. Now, I am being asked to pay $420 in damages due to a loophole in the purchased insurance. If the company doesn't do better by me, I will no longer be bringing repeat business to uhaul, and won't hesitate to access my network via social media, and online reviews, to publicize my customer experience. This location is spot on especially with the kind of services they provide. One standout guy for me is Jarren Cheaton. He was on point with good customer services, polite and very professional. Didn't even take more than 1 minute to do all the walk around and get me checked in. And I watched him do exactly the same with the next guy after me. With him here, I'd go there all the time and would recommend this location to anyone.Francis E.

Ariella was extremely rude on the phone and snapped and continued to talk over me as I was giving her an ETA on the trailer return. She then said she would not charge me any extra fee. When I returned the trailer, both Matthew and Megan agreed that my full deposit would be refunded. After heading in the office, Megan couldn't figure out how to refund me my $75 cash deposit on the trailer, and said it would be credited to my storage account towards rent. After leaving, I received a receipt saying that my total rental was over $100, when I was given confirmation of my deposit being refunded and or credited to my account, Ariella had been so rude and snapping on the phone, and then to learn that not only was my deposit NOT being credited or returned to my account, but I was also being charged an additional $40 something dollars. I repeatedly asked for the manager and was told that Matthew had left, and James would be in in the morning. I will be in tomorrow to address the situation and hopefully leave a better review about this situation.Mia M.

I made a reservation online to pick up at 51 Natoma st, Folsom ca - who at the LAST minute sent me over to 9357 greenback ln, in orangevale, ca - who had NO idea that this switch has happened, and was no help in finding out what was happening. Called natoma location to see what's up, they transferred me to the WRONG dispatcher (San Francisco), who finally got me connected with Kim in the north east I believe. I would give both the greenback and Natoma location a F- or 0 star rating and will most likely use Penske next time. Ive been meaning to reach out to complain about how badly both locations handled this situation. The gentleman at the third location in sunrise was the only reason I didn't call this complaint in the day of. He was very helpful.Phillip Y.
