Everything washed good at the drop off location. The two lady's at the drop off location were pleasent and answered my questions.

Raymond SThe gas tank was left at 3/8 of a tank and I was held responsible to replace it to a half of a tank. When I tried submitting a picture to the site as proof it would not register. When I returned I explained the situation to a nice representative and they said that I would NOT be charged for fuel after I filled it to the spot that I was left with. Will not be using this location again.

Jesse SWe rented the 5 x 8 covered trailer with the following information: AV 4040C with Oklahoma tag CU-2834 You should take this trailer out of service. It is beat up and has holes in it. Also, It doesn't pull straight. While driving it, I constantly had to fight to keep the car straight. also, if it hits a bump it starts wiggling so hard you have to slow down to under 50 mph to get it to stop. My guess is nobody has toild you. well now we have. If somebody tries to rent me this trailer again, I won't take it and will make sure the next review is appropriately corrected. In fact, I won't rent any more trailers with roll up doors. From now on its only the side swing double doors for me. That is how bad that trailer was.

CORITZA BThe young lady in the office is very rude and disrespectful. The online check in process was very easy however I'd appreciate if you offered a training class to teach your workers how to communicate with others. It's a given to treat people with respect especially if no one was rude or disrespectful to you. I don't know if jazz was having a bad day but she completely ruined my experience. Considering we were moving our deceased grandmothers belongings the last thing we needed was the unnecessary mistreatment form jazz. An apology would be greatly appreciated if not I truly hope someone speaks to that young lady and stress that her manner and demeanor towards customers was unprofessional and disgusting.

DAVID TThe over charging for mileage after you return the truck 3 days later absolutely hidden fees . You tell them you're going in the same zip code in the city of Greensboro and they put 20 miles which you goes over and they charge you extra, it's a set up to me and everyone was complaining about it , and ill they say us if you don't pay you will never be able to rent there again , they don't have to worry about that because I definitely will not rent there again

CHANDLER RWaited more than 45 minutes when I arrived During my drive, snowy conditions appeared and the windshield didn't work so we were a hazard on I-95 north beacuse of to low speed. Called you two times for road service when nobody answered and helped us.

KAREN MPick-up was atrociously slow. I'm talking a solid 2 hours to pick up a 5x8 trailer. since this location services both vehicles and storage units, they need to have more than one person working at all times. When I arrived that was not the case and the 1 guy, while helpful from what I could tell, could only help the one person with 6000 questions thus creating a massive backup of customers. I'm sorry I don't have names but the girl who arrived to give him some relief was absolutely fabulous. She also checked me in last time I rented a trailer here and was equally awesome then too. I rented the truck on 1/7 and she arrived around 12:00 is that helps you track her down. Overall a great U-haul dealer. other than being short handed, I don't have any issues with the UNCG location. Merci.

ALEXIS MThe trailer I rented had an axle that was so rusted, it completely broke while I was driving down the highway. Then after I was given a new trailer, that trailer had a tire that was apparently low on air in one of the tires and that trailer had a blowout from that. Renting trailers from U-Haul cost me so much extra time on my trip, I also had to rent a hotel room and drive a ridiculous amount of time to make up for the lost time.
MARCUS DAfter we were reassured the items we purchased would be in the truck, we got home, movers arrived to find that both Dollie's were missing. Had to drive back to pick them up, wasting time and money with movers.

WILLIAM GCustermer service was a big disappointment. Stood there for a few waiting on one of the 2 service representatives to acknowledge us. After sending us back and forth from one to another leaving us with the impression that our buisness did not mater. No one went out to inspect the the vehicle before we left, we were handed the keys and pointed in the general vicinity. Upon return was told to just leave it there. We insisted they inspect it before we checked out which they did.

LE EIt took me almost 30 minutes to change the storage unit size because the young lady that was helping me wanted to talk to her other co-workers and eat her bojangles. Then there was another young who kept interjecting into our conversation to make snarky/ smart remarks. I had also mentions to the lady that I need to move in a large L couch and didn't mention to me that the stairs were metal and on wheel. Making it almost impossible to get the couch in there. The storage building also smells like old pee. Never getting a storage unit here again.

They then proceeded to harass me about the unit once my card was no longer on file (I removed the card due to not being able to get any help from them and the situation I was in). I know there was a brand new bed frame, mattress, box spring, and flat screen tv in the unit so I honestly refuse to believe that they only made $5 after the sale of it. Just shady all around and I don't plan on paying them anything.

Joseph P | Expérience généraleWhile the facility is equipped with good locks, lighting, and cameras, there is a damaged U-Haul truck and a considerable amount of debris next to loading dock. From their comments, it was evident the staff believe the debris to belong to an unhoused person, that he uses the damaged truck for storage, and they are accustomed to this. The unhoused person entered the storage space while I was vacating. While the interior was clean, there was broken glass littering the loading dock when I arrived. Given the availability of more-secure storage in the area, I would not recommend this location to a friend, at least not without sharing my experience.

I felt like my stuff wouldn't be taken care of in that storage facilities for it to be a climate control unit. Everytime I try to go to store to turn in key card it's always a long wait and the gentleman wouldn't just let us drop off the key card so my card been getting auto charged monthly $49,99 which I found out they from customer service that shouldn't been happening if they walked their units and saw I never took off there ziptie and never put my personal lock on. I will try and turn in key card again next week but I most definitely wouldn't recommend this climate control unit.

I was told to hold on to truck until I get a call back and that was at 10:45 almost 11:00. I missed important business meetings that day and damage had already been done to me. BRADLEY F | Premières impressionsWhen I first moved in, I had to drive laps around the building to try to find where to unload my trailer because the directions from the front office were so poor. It wasn't until I found someone working in the back that I had better instructions and was shown how to access my unit. I was also told that I had to have the lock that U-Haul sold but saw several units with different locks, which meant I was clearly lied to. There were several times my access card failed to open the door, despite following the proper steps. The "loading dock" door routinely failed to close, leaving the facility unsecured. Items such as carts and the ladder (which was not easily moveable) were routinely left in the hallway, making it difficult to get to my unit without risking injury. When I'd ask the staff for assistance, I'd be met with an attitude like I was an inconvenience. Overall, the services I received was a ripoff for the price I was paying. I'd sell/donate everything I own before I stored with U-Haul again.

Katrina C | Expérience généraleWe had a good experience with you all up until we moved our things from your facility. We moved out in January 2021 even rented a truck from you all to do so. We have received text messages, emails and phone calls until March about late payments on the storage. I even called to talk to someone to tell them that we were no longer there and they said something was wrong with their system and it kept contacting old customers and he would fix the issue. Spoke with someone else and told her that we had been long gone, she informed me that we couldn't have moved out the correct way because they didn't have record of it, even though we rented the truck from them to move the stuff. They kept asking was the unit empty and was the lock gone. Of course both of those things had happened, but why didn't they know that and they work there. Needless to say I will never rent a space from this facility, way to much confusion once you have moved.

She also didn't explain how to access the facility to get to my locker. The one working the yard was more helpful.

The clerks behaved as though someone was interrupting their nap when I walked in to ask for assistance. Not friendly at all. Uhaul should prorate. I moved out the same day I was charged for a full month of renting.

It was after the fact that I was informed that these lockers are mostly meant for college students with limited belongings. I barely got 1 bedroom set in the lower unit minus the mattress set. I was very disappointed. The only reason I gave the second star is due to the help staff. I would not recommend this particular site for storage for houses.
