This location was not convenient for me since I live north of Chicago and this location is south of Chicago. Just getting 24 hours notification was not ideal. My original pickup location was Morton Grove. The woman who was working there when we picked up was very professional and nice. The location was my only issue, otherwise the store is nice.

Live Roaches coming out heater vents dash board in rented van, took pics showed management, my storage unit has rain water leaking in continuous damage to my personal belongings having to always ask for shop vaccum to eliminate water from unit very disappointed

I rent unit 1541 and I have a terrible water leak all of my goods are getting damaged and no one cares especially when the rent is increased every 90 days

I found it really helpful that staff allowed me to extend the trailer twice due to vehicle issues!

It took forever to find the orange box! It was not in an obvious place and it took a 30 minute phone call for proper instructions on where to deposit keys.

The truck we got for our move smelled like cigarettes. Aside from that it was clean, readily available, and very helpful for our move.

I arrived to my appointment early but did not leave until 2 hours later because the woman at the desk did not know what she was doing and there were no managers on duty or available for her to get the help she needed. I had to call the uhual number and submit a complaint before I could get any help. The woman over the phone who called in regards to my complaint was very helpful and got the issue resolved in about 5 minutes but the emotional & mental toll that the initial 2 hours of nonsense was absolutely insane I will not be booking with you guys again.

No comments on improving anything the staff was great I was able to walk in give them my confirmation number for my reservation. I was given a brand new Chevy conversion van and any specifics and regarding returning the vehicle. When I was done, they even gave me a breakdown on what it would cost for the extra mileage that I underestimated in the initial reservation.

I ordered a u haul truck and a unit with a rep on the phone. When I got to this location (which was given to me by the rep), I was told that units are not rentable over the phone. There were no spots left except one too large for me (the rep on the phone told me they reserved a spot) I came from Wisconsin and I was stuck with the U haul truck for an extra 24 hours. I paid more than I ever intended. Thanks for that UHaul! Never again will I use your service.

The customer service person wasn't very articulate. She was did not explain how to reach/find the unit, I had to ask multiple times and she wasn't able to explained it. She called me on the telephone to tell me the unit was left open, but after a few questions I was able to ascertain that what she meant was that it didn't have a lock on it. In addition, I lost my debit card at the store. I don't know how, when the evening crew representative called to ask, she didn't know anything about it. She needs more training.

I rented this storage for 3 years. Any time i will come to Chicago. Because i did moved to NY. With crazy schedules i was always able to find someone from staffing or the locker intercom to help. Everyone is super helpful . Any time. Thanks again

I was greeted warmly when I called in to verify and ask questionsâ€"and had friendly service from all. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by all employees and Maria serviced my contract. Maria was very efficient and professional, made sure I had the correct service and terms available and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience by connecting with me, clarifying my needs and providing an adjusted time of rental. Once I returned, Adrian checked in my vehicle and paid close attention to all my concerns. Although I returned a few minutes late due to the extreme traffic conditions, Adrian made me feel like I was family and assured me everything was good. I would ask if you have a recognition program to provide this entire team with the proper accord. Thank you for such great service, I will highly recommend it.

Getting the truck and storage was easy, fast & convenient. Tried to do it online but the size I wanted wasn't shown as available & when I tried to call the hold time was up to 1,5 hrs. So went to the facility to get truck and add storage which I would've had to do anyway. Good rates. Good customer service from rep. And staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

This Uhaul location exceeded my expectations (compared to ones I have used in other cities). The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and organized.

I used the free month of storage included with a one-way rental. This worked out great for me.

Customer service is not as I expected. Experienced a lot of errors while there and resolutions were not as prompt as expected either. If they get better on it it will definitely attract more clients.
