Carolina T.The 10' truck rental reports that I used it for 9 miles, and that is correct. I added 0,8 gallons of gas and still have the receipt. But U-Haul insists that I pay for 2 gallons of gas. The store manager was “sure†that they could not have made a mistake. So 2,8 gallons of gas for 9 miles :-).

Dominic V.I was charged for almost $11 for fuel while I drove the truck for about 8 miles round trip. The bar of gas on the paper wasn't really set correctly before I take the truck and my mistake I didn't pay attention to it.

James M.Better communication with customers. Everything was going fine until an eAlert popped up. Instead of assisting with the issue, the person gave me a print out and asked me to call the number and work it out. This delayed me from accepting the new truck and moving forward with my day. This could have easily been processed quicker by being able to tell me what the issue was and allowing me an opportunity to pay for what I owed. I had to go to my email and check my SPAM folder and locate the email alerting me of the issue. I did this on my own because the phone call would have taken another 45 minutes due to an operator being available. I was not the only one experiencing this issue. and the customer service agents were not helpful, they just kept saying, "I'm not sure what it is but you can call the number on this sheet and they can help you" This is not customer service but more of a hassle. I simply paid my fee that would have been paid previously if a phone call had been made instead of an email because emails can be lost in spam or trash due to system protections on servers. Very frustrating since there are Customer Service Agents already assisting you.
Alex P.I made a reservation for a 5x9 trailer. When I got there they said they didn't have any. There were 3 on the lot but they were out of use. I settled for a 4x9 which wasn't big enough for what I needed it for. I was very disappointed with my experience and most likely won't be back.

ROBERT W.I requested about $100 worth of rental equipment a month ago when I made my reservation and there was no equipment available, which made my move very difficult. Though this location is one of the only ones with large trucks, each time I go either my vehicle isn't available and I have to get another or the vehicle is parked behind other trucks and is inaccessible. This location causes undue stress to an already stress inducing activity, such as moving is, and doesn't help with the overall experience. They could stand to do better. And to top it off the app barely works when returning vehicles. Not this location's fault but just an added annoyance to the entire experience.

Air conditioning wasn't working, manual windows, and door locks, no backup camera, very loud interior. All these issues are not the fault of the location. U-Haul needs to invest in higher quality vans.

Sterling B.the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and gave zero F to any of my concerns and questions. even the way she greeted me was angry. I'm frendly with everyone so I'm pretty sure that wasn't me. I asked her what was my recourse now that the hired movers had canceled and she said it is not uhaul. I asked how I I get my money back and she kept repeating it has nothing to do with uhaul. which later I found out was not true. I had to call uhaul and cancel the movers I booked through uhaul to get my money back. very quickly she got impatient with me and started raising her voice. told me I didn't want to be helped so she wasn't going to waste her energy on me which was insulting. I was simply asking her for a phone number. she ended up giving me the wrong number and throwing me into a loop and I'm 100 % positive she did that on purpose. she was rude, inconsiderate and evil.

Was explained the $40 fee for not turning the access card in to the office. But still had to call a second time because I got a bill emailed to me for the charges for the next month.

Anton A. | Premières impressionsI did all my original reservations on line. I signed up for the truck and storage unit. I have never rented a storage unit before and didn't live in the area so I relied on the people making the reservations advise me on the size of the unit and any important information, like closing time. Issues that happened: we arrived to unload the I haul truck at 2 minutes to 5 and they said they were closing and couldn't stay to do the paperwork since it was our first time to use the storage unit, no one told me that and we could have done the paperwork for the storage unit at the time we picked up the truck, but he never mentioned it. We then had to find a place to laid the filled truck because he wouldn't even let us park it there. We then had to hire back the people that we had hired to unload the truck for the next day. The next day when we came back, they didn't have the storage unit so reserved available, they rented it out since I made the reservation. They did find another one for us, unfortunately it was too small and I asked the person I made the reservation with what size they recommended for a one bedroom worth of furniture and boxes, I had no idea. It all fit in the truck I rented so i didn't question the size of the unit she recommended, but the contents wouldn't fit so they had to get me another one which was I've $100 more. To their credit, they are giving us the first month free for the inconvenience, but this was a very frustrating experience that could have been avoided with better communication on their part.
