Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul employees blocked us in while we were unloading our truck. We were unable to exit, and had to maneuver the truck through a small slot. This put us at risk of damaging our truck, potentially violating our contract return dates, and also just an entirely unnecessary issue. The employees saw us moving and didn’t say anything to us, didn’t ask us to move our truck, or let us know they would block the gate.

HEATHER G | Expérience généraleTheir 10x15x12 unit for $299 is one of the best deals in the SF nay area by volume, Plus U-Haul has the only sheltered loading dock which makes a big difference in the rainy season. so glad this facility was recommended to me by something someone moving out of my previously favorite storage place in Belmont - A1 Storage. And their 10x15 was actually 11x15 👍😏

Susan I | Expérience généraleFirst time ever renting a storage locker, but I expected better customer service and help. In the end everything worked out. But I’ll check user reviews next time and literally scope out a locker and its location and the vibe of the staff before I ever do this again. This location is suffering with its small parking lot and navigable space for equipment and loading dock space, especially if you’re coming with a trailer.
