Edward was the person I dealt with for both pick up and return. He was professional, personable and efficient. We've had many experiences with Uhaul over the years. Our experience with Edward today was by far the best I've ever had. He is a great spokesperson for Uhaul.

came in on a Monday asked to have everything ready so all i have to do is pick up the keys on Tuesday and leave .Tuesday i got there and i spent 45 minutes fumbling with this new guy, who had to ask the manager a bunch of questions, I asked the manager to take over I have a schedule at 4pm, she said he has to learn. i was an hour late for my appointment but you guys got your truck rented. I will go 30 minutes out of my way just so i dont have to use you company EVER again

The staff was great, the equipment was in clean and optimal condition. The reason for the average rating is the location of the facility, right on HWY 65. But, it was open early, and i would have no problem recommending this location in the future.

Congratulations! Uhaul has now surpassed Comcast as the worst business in the United States to work with. I do not believe I have ever had such consistently terrible customer service as I have with Uhaul. I called two days ahead to order my U boxes to be pulled so that I could sort through and organize them. I had help lined up for Sunday. I called Sunday morning to let them know that I was on my way and to make sure that they were pulled and ready. I was told that I could not come and access them because the store manager wasn't available. I was informed that the store manager would have to verify that I am who I say I am in order to access them. I asked why that was the case since I would have to have the keys to get in them. I was told this is the new rule. This has never been the case in the past. They were going to have someone call me back. The real issue is that once again my boxes weren't ready even with two days notice. I received a call back and was told that they would have one box available for me to come in and look at but the other two wouldn't be available until Monday. My whole point was to consolidate and organize my boxes. I delayed it another day and rescheduled my helpers to come with me on Monday to go through the boxes. This is absolutely unacceptable that it takes three days to get at my stuff when I'm expected to give a 24 hr notice. I pay 250 $a month for my stuff to sit at your warehouse and you can't even consistently provide me access when I give plenty of adequate notice . The last time I requested access they weren't ready either. The manager of the store told me not to tell her how to run her business and hung up on me when I told her that maybe she should train her people how to submit the requests properly. I cannot wait to get my stuff out of your warehouse and never ever give uhaul another dollar. And I strongly urge anyone else to find a more competent company to do business with.

The employees I dealt with on 5 sep were all rude. Then when my wife called the facility on the morning of 6 sep she was again spoken to very rudely. The facility itself is nice but only one employee were worked with was nice and helpful.

It rained the day we moved my son to Bemidji. We found that the trailer was leaking from the front top left corner when we were unloading. Luckily no damage just a wet dresser top. When I returned the trailer I let them know. They told me they would take the trailer out of service and fix the leak. I hope they did.

It probably is in your fine print but you should make people aware of the 20 $after hours charge. I rented a trailer and it would of been cheaper for me to keep the trailer for another day.

I will be contacting customer service in the morning, this was NOT the correct return mileage. We drove to White bear lake, then to Oakdale and then straight back to Blaine. We did not put on 300 miles! Scam!

I was in and out, Edgar Gonzales and everyone was pleasant and professional! I had to drive a little ways from my home but I would do it again for this type of courtesy, professionalism and just how pleasant people were there. It's the people that made my experience great. The equipment was also top notch!

The two young men behind the counter were rude and condescending to me when I picked up my U-Haul. As I was walking out the door they were making comments in a clearly mocking tone like “drive safe“ and “better drive slow if the wind catches you it's going to rip your right off the road.” I am positive that the only reason they felt that they could talk to me this way is because I was a single woman picking up the U-Haul. However I drive a truck a trailer on a regular basis and am more than capable of driving a 10” uhaul. I won't rent from this location again.

I don't know if this is mentioned on your website, but we didn't realize that the 10' truck didn't have a ramp. We made it work, but were surprised when we went to pull it out! Other than that misunderstanding on our part, everything was smooth and well organized. Merci!

When we picked up the car transport trailer I commented to the agent that I hoped it had good tires because we had a long drive ahead of us to CT (1 300 miles). She told me "yes I inspected them myself last night." When I saw the trailer it looked a little rough like it needed to be retired. We had a flat tire in PA and when the road serviceman removed the tire he discovered a broken brake line as well. I think you need better inspections.

One of the younger staff members did not seem friendly or customer minded in the AM during pick-up. Advanced notice that my truck size was unavailable would have been nice. I ordered a 15 Ft and got 26ft! Older guy was super nice!

This is our second time renting at this location recently and we have nothing but positive things to say. Edgar was assisting us on August 8 and was nothing less than awesome! They did an awesome job contacting me the night before to tell me that they have a lot of reservations in the morning and it will probably take some extra time so if I wanted to come the night before I could pick it up early with no extra charge - It made such a HUGE difference in getting the moved done - Thanks!!

I was charged an after hour fee of 20,00 $. I returned the trailing during working hours, nor did the EE mention anything about the fee. I called and left a message twice with no returned call. The reservation process is horrific. Uhaul offers an online service that doesn't work and if you call you get representatives that don't understand policies or how to get you the reservation you want. The trucks I was given were also extremely old and not in good condition. The trucks were sanitary but the condition of the engine was another issue.

Most of my items were damaged and had rat poop and dead rats in my storage. Even though that wasnt the big reason I couldnt pay for the storage units, it was very disgusting and did make me very angry. Personal things caused me to fall behind on my storage and I apologize and never was my intention to bail or not pay for my storage but very disappointed with how the storage units were not taken care of. When I have the funds, I do plan to pay my debts but right now, I am barely making ends meet. Also did not like the attitude of the manager as she was rude and disrespectful.

Was a little disappointed when I rented a 10x10 and got two 5x10s next to each other. Makes for difficult storage of larger items, which is why I rented the 10x10. Will be looking elsewhere for an actual 10x10 unit. Other than that, everything is great. I wish this location had an available 10x10 unit.

It may seem weird I would give a poor experience when all the bullet points say yes, but here is the deal, was the staff friendly, yes, but it took four people to get the simplest thing done, the first gentlemen was very friendly, but couldn't do one thing right, the second person helped him a little, then walked away leaving him once again to struggle, a third person joined the struggle, but he too left when things got too complicated, finally it took one young man to take over and complete the task of taking my online reservation to rent a storage and make it happen, but this poor soul was running the entire show at this facility, it was like he was the only person that could get anything done right. Even after he had completed my transaction, the card he gave me wouldn't open the gate, and I had to wait and additional 15 minutes just to interrupt the young man who was helping someone else and tell him my card wouldn't open the gate. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left for me to drop off an air compressor into storage. So painful.

Rented in march, had an accident 2 days later, so I never set 1 foot into the unit. It sat empty. So I went yesterday to close account and asked for a receipt to close account. Walked away without. Got yelled at saying it would be emailed. I also was required to purchase a u haul lock which I removed and tried to return in original packaging. I don't know what to say. Yelling at customer don't want to come back. I've rented equipment there before and never had trouble. I don't know what to say.

Fact that you will not rent to anyone who does not have a smart phone is just unacceptable. The sales person who helped us was gruff and dismissive.

Everything was fine until I decided to move out. Two days later I was charged for the unit and returned that evening to sort it out. I was told to return the next day and speak with the manager. It was taken care of immediately, but it did unexpectedly make my acct negative and am still waiting for my refund. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else again for it has been quite the hassle for me

My 24hr access didn't seem to ever work the last 3 month which made it impossible for me many times. Moving out could have been done on time had my gate access card worked. Very difficult to get moved out of storage in a timely manner when the best time to move is evening / nite time hours and you can't get in to your unit. But over all the last 6 years that I had my unit were great.
