Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTotal of 8 years in storing my stuff. Spiders were the only problem I had. Staff has always been over the top and always helpful. And I have already told family and friends about the experience I had with U Haul and recommended to them all. Thank You Very Much in Minnesota

Talking to the uhaul agent, Anastasia, and using the app made it super easy to book as space that we could start moving the stuff into within the hour. Literally so helpful and easy. thankful beyond words that they made a crazy stressful situation alot less stressful.

It took 5 times when I first received my unit to be able to access it myself although I was assured each time that the problem was fixed. There was always random trash outside of my unit that didn’t belong to me. There was more than 3 times that I came to check on my unit that I noticed that the big security gate was stuck open.
