This was my second rental from this location this month. Both times the contact showed the mileage as 1 mile lower than the vehicle showed. Not a huge deal but they should be the same. Also there were multiple dents/ scratches on the truck not marked so I had to take the additional time to get that tended to, after the clock was ticking on my rental time.SUSAN F.
Nothing to improve although when I booked it I thought I was getting it from St. Paul it would be nice to know up front if they didn't have a truc I did appreciate the woman that called and got me one in Blaine The guy at check in was great to friendly and helpful He was at my door when I pulled up and said he would take care of everything from here Great operation and well worth the money. Multiple staff (Edgar, Martin, and location mgr, Lucy) violated my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act and provided info that conflicted with other staff's info. Also they wouldn't honor the free month of storage unit due me after a vehicle rental. Nor would they initially honor the rate promised me on my vehicle rental when I tried to return it. Only after about 1.5 hours of my time and the intervention of Samantha, an employee who was OFF the clock, was the vehicle rental rate issue resolved. I feel Samantha is the only positive of this location. Kudos to her! Shame on the rest off the staff involved who lacked integrity and good business sense!SUSAN F.
My location I had my reservations at didn't have my trailer the morning of my pick up so I had to drive to another location 20mins away. The original locations said I would get $50 guaranteed credit since they didn't have it. The location I picked it up at it said they couldn't do it. After starting my drive, I realized the Uhaul employee did not check brake lights, headlights, turn signals, etc. with me. It was raining out.MARK M.
The manager/owner Lucy was rude and condescending towards the employees as well as the customers. She barked orders at the employees and pushed them aside so she could take over the check out process clicking her nails on the computer screen in a intense action making everyone uncomfortable. I was also charged a $14.99 fee for insurance that was never discussed with me over the phone when I made the reservation or at check out when I gave them my credit card. I called to discuss the fee and wasn't able to reach a person so I left a message and never got a return call. I tried calling multiple times over 4 days and finally reached someone that confirmed it wasn't added on the reservation day but there was no way to return my money so I was out of luck. I also mentioned how rude Lucy was at check out and his response was "some people have an off day". I would not use this location for rental if you expect customer service. There are many reviews that refer to her rude attitude - unfortunately I didn't check reviews prior to renting the moving van.Jane G.

Make sure you know what your getting into. Didn't get a contract until the day after I dropped off at location. It's bs all trucks should be a one way! Made to many trips back and forth especially when they gave you the wrong size truck then they charged miles which was there fault buy giving us a small truck. Complete bs!Reno N.

You overcharged me! I was told I was given a free upgrade to the next size trailer. I was sent a contract when I rented that gave me the correct rate. After I returned the trailer they charged me for the more expensive rate. I don't appreciate the hassle of having to call and straighten this out because you can't do your job.Mark R.
