After all the excruciating stuff we went through on both contracts we were told the bill would be cleared and my husband's name however you send this bill we get a vehicle that's dirty broke down and disgusting will be contacting better business bureau or a lawyer if this is not corrected

deshdeep L.The truck which was allocated to me me is not in a good conditions. They are too much sounds when tit moves from one gear to another. Steering is not well at all I have to move the steering left and right all the time in order to maintain straight. Uhaul should improve the vehicles. Not supposed to keep old vehicles for long time.

VERNON H.Trailer met my needs but was In a poor state of repair Hole in floor and soft spot in steel floor from previous damage I was carrying light but bulky loads so that wasn't a critical concern in this rental This was an abnormal occurrence. Every other rental I have done had equipment in an excellent state of repair and I will rent again when the need arises

There should always be two people at the front. Something that only took us 5 minutes to do took us over 30 minutes in waiting.

KRISTOPHERSONFRA C.I pre ordered and submitted all the apllicable information on line to speed up getting into the truck and on my way , But, the truck was not ready. No key in the truck, I ordered 2 packs of blankets which I had to wait for, keys not in the truck, got there at about 10 min after 10 am , booked for 10 am 3 weeks in advance and still took an hour to get going.All in all got what I wanted just not as fast as I wanted... Good Job!

I mentioned this 3 times to her and still she forgot to put it on the contract. When I returned Van I mention to that customer service person and she gave a a small discount. She was not a happy person.. The back of Van could have been swept out when I got it. Outside staff was great.

Trailer was in poor condition, truck came with less gas than I was told it had so I had to pay for extra gas. Truck had more miles than I was told it had. Overall awful experience. Will be recommending friends go anywhere but here

Biggest problem is that the trailer leaked...a mattress and couch plus some boxes were wet as a result. When i called your office in Cobourg they simply said they would relay the message to your customer service group. There was no offer to reimburse me or to give me a discount on my rental...very disappointed with your customer service. I will be looking elsewhere to rent a trailer in the future.

GAURAVPRATAP S.It would be to your advantage to try to have more staff scheduled at the end/beginning of the month when more moves occur. The staff is often stressed out , overwhelmed and overworked! They actually did not put my termination of my rental unit in the computer system properly , as the agent was overwhelmed and wrongly charged another month (now corrected). As usual , there was a long lineup at month's end. The problem is that are only one lineup and often are so long. Everyone is put into one lineup : truck rentals and other complicated rental agreements ( that take a long time) and then other retail purchases that takes a minute. . There should be a line up just for simple merchandise transactions that just take minutes , so you don't have to stand in line half an hour for example just to buy tape or boxes . Otherwise , must say an associate named "Samantha " was amazing and perhaps should be in a managerial position one day. Thank you .

SADIA A.I did not order the equipment from this location, but after waiting in line at the main street location I was informed they didn't have the trailer I ordered a week prior. I than asked that they set it up at the other location so I didn't have to wait again. When I got there, it was not set up and waited another hour. When I was finally ready to attach the trailer, the person decided to use my wiring harness to try multiple trailers to see if they were working, ( I know this because it wasn't even my size trailer). When I said something he said one minute, connected my trailer than disconnected it again to test a trailer that wasn't working on someone else's truck. They didn't communicate any of this I just got to see it through my mirrors. Both Brampton locations need a lot of work.

Claude G.The return of the vehicle area is very unsafe. It is very crowded and congested and you line up in a live lane on a very busy Main Street. You sit and wait and wait with Tractor Trailers going by cars going in and out of traffic and this long line of uhaul returns with no employees directing anyone what to do. I will never rent from this location again until this unsafe practice is changed and employees start to care that their customers are lined up in live lanes of traffic.

The young lady submitted km on the contract however, when I add the current km it was a issue. We were stuck outside for 1hr 20mins after hours. Called the after hours une and was on the phone for 30 plus mins. Terrible experience

SUNIL J.The trailer the running light on the back wasn't working, it took close to 45 minutes to finally agree to give me a separate trailer. They had 3 others for that style. It was cold, windy, and late. I wasn't trying to stick around and wait and I would've left if I hadn't paid already. Was a total wheel spinner of a situation. Trailer also felt weird, i think the alignment was off on it because anywhere above 40 kilometres per hour it didn't trail smoothly. Loaded and unloaded the same thing.

But I also appreciated that it was very secure in that you had to enter a code to enter and exit and the locks were supplied. I always felt that my personal things were safe and well looked after in my storage locker. Thankyou

The trailer brakes were broken and almost broke my trucks transmission locking up on the highway. I was so pissed off with this company I did not even want to come inside when I returned the trailer. I feel I should be refunded. The running lights also did not work. Absolute trash service and trash trailer. If you want to fix this my cell is 905 399 4301 Otherwise I will probably never use your dangerous services again.

The owner of this franchise clearly does not care about this business. Even though I did check in previous to picking up my trailer, the process still took a half hour.

The instructions for return/drop off not clear. They charged us random fees on our bills for which we had to call customer service multiple times to get it resolved. Make sure you take pictures of fuel as they want it returned exactly as it was when van is rented. stupidity.
VINODBHAIP P.Trained your staff, they sent me receipt with more charging of accessories. when I checked in, i already charged 154 $and next day due to more miles charge me 9 $and when I called for more accessories charging. they issue new receipt and deduct again the whole amount 159 $then again it was wrong bill, i called again, they issue new receipt and then finally charged me 156 $and refund me after 5 days 320 $issue is that they just need to deduct 156 $but they deducted three times 154+9+159, that hits me credit 2 times just because of cashier

ARMANDO X.Received a locked locker found out at midnight after I arrive with a loaded truck. Drove 4 0,5 miles total and was charged 92,06 for the truck and 62,81 for fuel. They claim i used 1/8 fuel so, does that mean the truck gives 36 miles to the tank?.

When I realized that there was no email confirmation, I phoned and there was no record of the application and the process had to be repeated on the phone. When we were booking the truck the same thing happened. It could have been a real disaster if I had not followed up by phone. The staff however, were wonderful, helpful, pleasant, kind, understanding and for that reason, I would recommend them to anyone.

And the area was kept clean and the price wasn't bad. I did have one issue though. I was away from my storage unit for 1 year, and when I went back to get my stuff I was surprised to see many mouse droppings. So that would be the only negative. I had to throw out a mattress and box spring, as well as two other boxes of towels. I know mice aren't anyones fault, but just a heads up to others who have to store items, pack them accordingly.

It was extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved. I felt badly for the staff and the experience made me late for work. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. It would be hard to explain my experience and I not to mention they did not have what was booked months ago for me. I ended up having to have two lockers, not side by side and was not offered any accommodations for it.

She called back to the storage area and had another woman, who was very friendly as well, meet me and show me where my unit was. I've had to rent storage a few times over the years and have never seen a facility that was this clean, organized, and maintained. I hope that this gets back to the Brampton staff because they all deserve a HUGE pat on the back.

It send off an alarm to my head, however I did call in and I do think the matter has been resolved. That was my only disappointment.

The late fees were expensive and added on after only a couple days which I thought was too soon. I felt like I was paying too much for my unit every month. The staff were always very friendly and helpful but they didn't always know the answers to simple questions. I would use Uhaul again but hopefully I wouldn't need to use the storage. Renting Uhaul vehicles I have never had an issue.
