ANKUSH N | Overall ExperienceThe indian girl at the front desk had a cold and unfriendly attitude. I needed to rent a u haul truck to get my things off the storage but she said she couldn't accept my non canadian driver’s license. Rather than explaining politely, she spoke to me rudely with a haughty expression on her face and it felt like I was bothering her. Needless to say, that lady has no business interacting with customers. I have used u haul service a couple of times in the past and this ìs the first time I have experienced such. After that encounter, not sure if I would ever want to patronize your organization again.
JACQUELINE I | Overall ExperienceI could not lit the place when emptying - may be it is a sensor problem. The garbage bin is aweful dirty. That is not necessarily related to the branch staff. People using the facility are dirty and should be disciplined. Please place notes that garbage should not be OUTSIDE the bin. Also the people using the facility SHOULD return the cart to it appropriate location, There is a reason we see a number on the cart. Leaving the carts in the corridor is a serious hazard for tripping. Otherwise the Manager I guess .. helped me. She has been lovely. Regards
ZAID F | Overall ExperienceI was not shown the location of the unit and told about the alarm. So when I arrived to move in I had to search for the unit. I then took the twist tie off the unit not knowing it would set off an alarm. That experience was unsettling and embarrassing. I waited for an employee to come to my assistance but none arrived. When I went to the office I was told it was ok. I left the office still unsure if an alarm would go off if I opened the door on the unit again. The employees were very kind and helpful in my interactions with them. However one lady who appeared to be in training was not fluent in English which made interacting with her some what challenging. There were only two customer service agent at the front desk and the other agent had to try and train her and serve the customers she had. Which inturn creates longer line ups. Someone in training should have someone alongside of them until they are well versed in common procedures and transactions especially in the morning rush. In the long run you don't save money if people decide not to use your service again. For these reasons I reduced the number of stars given. Otherwise the facility was very clean and well kept.

Hadan S | Overall ExperienceCustomer service is terrible at this location. The staff is always giving out incorrect information which is unprofessional and confusing. I think it would be beneficial for staff to go through more training with products and services. This is evidenced with recent one-star google reviews. Please get more knowledgeable staff! I will use U-Haul again but definitely not this location. I’ve had my storage unit since 2014 and I have had some good experiences with the front desk staff and manager but throughout the ten years it hasn’t always been pleasant dealing with the customer service at this location.

ROSEMARY G | First ImpressionsI reqlly did aprreciate miss Anna who I think is one of the manager s..she is very helpfull atbfirst one may thinknthat she is cold because she barely smile but she is one of the kind..I been at this facility for quite a year now and to other storage bluebird ,selfzstop public etc bute 152 east drive bit all of them.by equipement , discount and the possibilty to solve gaz or mileage issue without calling the 800nbr...onlynone thing we k ow you guy are doing your best but it may help to have a kiosk at the return building since yr agents are multitask and traines at all position ..waitng 30mn inline for a return or with a reservation is not fun ....👍👍👍👍

I booked a unit online, got assigned a unit number and on getting there the unit was locked with a customer lock and a note that said do not rent. I ran to the front desk as it was just closing, one employee who saw me coming drove off, and the other employee claimed to not be able to help me as she didn't have a key. Because I was already there with my rented truck and travelling the next day, I used the unit next to mine, which was ready for move in. I do not expect to pay any extra for that unit as it was not my fault my unit was not ready. Additionally, I’m supposed to have added to my unit until 10pm according to my app. When I got there at 7, I had to beg the employee to let me in through the garage as apparently I can only access my unit during store hours. Again, not my fault. Completely unacceptable service and such a horrible experience.
