KERWIN HUnacceptable long wait times only to be told that returns are processed outside and not in the store. Also, extremely long wait time to pick up order. Not enough front desk staff especially at the end of the month when most busy. Truck had empty water bottles and garbage inside. I don't think anyone actually cleans these trucks.

Gagandeep SWhen I reserved the vehicle online I declined the added insurance as my insurer covers these types of rentals. When completing the contract in the store I had thought the cashier acknowledged "no insurance". I was surprised when I received the bill that the insurance was on the bill. I've rented from this location many times over the years; I wish they would simply save your preferences. And simply use the information that I've taken the time to do online. Otherwise, what's the point. Anyhow, the staff is just doing managements bidding so I don't blame them. The staffers do a good job.

Karandeep SI often rent a trailer or truck from this location. This time the truck was very smelly. We traveled around 200 km in this truck. The smell was so strong that it was so difficult for us to breathe and i had a very bad headache. It was a tobacco or smoking smell. Pls sanitize the vehicles and fresh up with good freshner. Thanks

William MNot the fault of the location, but it is not clear on the website that stuff like the furniture dolly are first come first served. I shouldn't be able to reserve one if I possibly can't get it. You should make that more clear at the time of the reservation that you aren't actually "reserving" a dolly. Not being able to get that made everything more difficult today. Had I known I would have made a much earlier reservation. Anyway, the staff, store, and vehicle were all good. That is my only complaint.
JAMES BI rented a 20-foot van on November 19, 2024, and returned it the same day. 1. Fuel Issue: When I rented the van, the paperwork provided at the counter indicated the fuel tank was half full. However, upon inspecting the van, I found the tank was only one-third full. When I returned to the counter to report this discrepancy, they issued updated paperwork showing one-third full. Despite this correction, I later received an email with the final receipt falsely claiming the van had been provided with a half-full tank. As a result, I was charged for 10 liters of fuel ($18 + tax) for a mere 22-mile drive, even though I returned the van with the same one-third fuel level as when I received it. 2. Customer Service Issue: Calling this location is incredibly frustrating. Whenever you call, someone picks up only to immediately place you on hold, leaving you waiting endlessly. This happened to me both while trying to book and later when attempting to file a complaint. No one ever returned to the line to assist. This was a shocking and highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this location if possible. Poor service and misleading practices make it an unreliable option.

VANDERLEI DI rented a U-Haul truck on Friday, November 15th. Before going to the location, I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Upon arriving, I saw three employees-one assisting a customer, while the other two appeared unoccupied. I'm not sure why calls weren't being answered when there were employees not actively assisting customers. After renting the truck, I was instructed to return it by 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 16th. My driver returned the truck between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., but he was informed there was an issue with the payment. He left the truck there and let me know afterward. I began calling U-Haul to confirm whether the payment had gone through. My first call was at 2:37 p.m., and after being placed on hold for 16 minutes, I hung up and called again. During my second call, I waited another 15 minutes on hold. On the third call, I asked for the employee's name so I could address my concerns with a manager. The employee, who eventually gave her name as "Tania," laughed at my request and was initially reluctant to provide her name. She wouldn't give me her name at first. She eventually took my number and said she would call me back, but I have yet to hear from anyone. All I wanted was confirmation of whether the payment was processed, but I was met with poor customer service, unreasonably long hold times, and unprofessional behavior. This location's employees seem to lack the knowledge and initiative to assist customers effectively. I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone.

JOHN CMy recent experience with U-Haul was disappointing. During the pickup process, the employees were unprofessional, and it took over 30 minutes to get my equipment, despite having a reservation. The return experience was even worse. There was a heated argument at the location, with racial slurs being exchanged between individuals and an employee. The environment felt unsafe, and I couldn't wait to leave.

Representative was very rude. Finally told me she would accommodate my request to extended the lease, but I felt like I was doing something wrong. I rented many vehicles from you in the past because I am a contractor. I need them for work, but I might have to go somewhere else due to my last experience.
ADRIAN RThis location gave me the worst U-Haul pickup experience ever. I was asked for two phone references before giving out the vehicle and this process on by itself felt very annoying. I do not understand what is the point, you have my driving license, you have my credit card, you have my photo, what is two references going to do? They wanted to call the references up and how does that work, one was my wife who was in the kitchen cleaning dishes and the other was my brother who was on a work meeting. They kept calling and they couldn't answer because either they were busy or they just couldn't get to the phone. I asked my brother to get off the meeting or mute himself to answer the uhaul call since it already had been over 20 mins ive been at the desk. In addition to the whole process which did not make sense, the women at the desk was very rude at me for my helplessness. I just wanted to cancel and not take the uhaul but already had preparations done for the move. Her colleagues had to step in to help me out and told her to give the vehicle with the one phone references. The return was quick and easy. I have rented out from Ryder and other services and never had any trouble. I also have a business and should just have gone with Ryder as a commercial.

EVERALD H | Expérience généraleThe facility itself was generally well-maintained, though the access door once took several days to fix. I did see a mouse inside once though never inside my unit. There were no floods or roof leaks, or mold/mildew, so that's positive. The line waits could be a bit long though there were always at least two people at the desk. The staff were generally polite. The big issue is that many people are self-absorbed slobs. That's not your fault, but it makes your facility less than desirable. People standing in the middle of the parking lot staring at their phones, trucks or even cars parked to block doorway access or even getting in and out of fhe parking lot, a mess all around the dumpster and assorted objects that can puncture tires strewn all around the parking lot. There needs to be a bit of a culture change where rules for conduct are clearly signed and enforced. You won't go bankrupt or lose any customers that are worth keeping. Some will even show their appreciation. Thanks for listening.

The fire alarm has been on low battery, doing that annoying beep the entire time of our storing stay. Heard it non stop loading in the unit, non stop moving out. My pickup location I wanted over 20 mins outside in the sun for rhe rep to open the door and assist no one was at the office. I called your customer and was given $50 off my renta and when I dropped off my renta they did not apply the $50 off but told to call customer because the rep did not put it on. The rep I think his name was Bryan...when he came in he looked half a sleep no apology made he just act like he did not care. I was very upset because I have some deadlines to meet and my while day went bad after due to getting the truco very late. The Dropbox off location was ok ....no problem

We always paid in advance or monthly, never late, but continued to get charged more. I brought this up to anyone who would listen, and nothing changed. Last month I was charged another 4 dollars. Your advertisement is false and misleading. You could have had me as customer for years.

I always expect that things will take a long time when I go to this U-Haul. I cannot be in a hurry. I came today to change my storage unit from a big one to a smaller one. Before I could start to empty, I was told by an associate to go tell the cashier to sign me out of one storage unit first. So I lined up for 10 minutes just to find out by the cashier that I could have emptied my storage unit and filled the new one and then lined up to see the cashier to complete the transaction. Too much time wasted.

They don't show you the unit until after you pay which not good. steep stairs to go to units they need to make better access for people that can't go on stairs. I have used this location in the past for moves never really had too much issues but yesterday I was pretty disappointed.

Also my original locker was locked and they didn't know why. They had to give me another locker. Also didn't realize that i had to go up stairs to get into the storage unit. It took 5 hours to unload our truck because of this. I understand it says you may have to go up a few stairs but that's extremely misleading as this is an entire flight of stairs. Also had to step down into the location which made things even more difficult to move. Also not to mention I couldn't even get close to the door, we had to park off to the side and was not able to use the ramp. Extremely disappointed in this storage location. Will never rent storage at this particular uhual location again.

I have trouble each time calling to get through to a staff member it takes so long. They are not courteous and put you on hold for a long time after answering and jot saying anything. I was moving from one unit to the next and HD all the above difficulties on top of the staff on site did not have access codes and had to wait

Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. My storage unit would have water in it every time the snow melted - there is a leak coming in from the right side of unit by door.

I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8. I will never get involved or book through your location again. Your staff was extremely rude to myself on 2 occasions and my client on another occassion.
