I rated above average because this location seems to be a major Uhaul branch with more vehicles, equipment and supplies to offer. However, my schedule of pick up is 9:30am. I was there 9:15 and got the truck at 9:50. The wait was long and the attendant outside was only 1. So there's a line to the counter and line outside too. To think that the process is already computerized- something is wrong obviously. The return was much quicker and smoother. I just dropped the truck at the designated area, and the inspector almost immediately gave me an estimate how much i will be charged in my credit card.HAZEL T.
I was pulled over for not having tail lights. I called the office to ask what to do. After 37 minute wait the agent notified the store. I felt like no one believed. No apology, no discount, nothing. A bit disappointed but have rented from the same location a number of times with no issues.PASQUALE D.
Parking lot seemed to be unorganized and somewhat chaotic to the point that it seemed unsafe. Lineup to get Into to the building to pick up the truck stretched all the way to the actual street causing confusion among the people in the line. It was also an almost an hour and a half long wait to get my truck. Uhaul representative was unable to process my payment via debit so I was forced to use my credit card which I did not want to do. I was then given the wrong address to drop my truck off at when I reached my destination in London, Ontario. Very dissatisfying overall.OWENNEIL P.

The process system was terrible, over one hour to obtain our vehicle and that was with entering all information in advance when making the reservation online days earlier. Many customers do not know how to make a photo of their drivers lic with their phone and send it to the agent behind the counter. My server was excellent, he took the photos. Others not familiar to cell phone operations led to long lines while one agent in particular was just plain rude to her customers and lacked any and all understanding for the less knowledgeable with cell phones. The process times have more than doubled with the automated system, the problem which lay all at the feet of your agents behind the plastic window, get some people with empathy and customer assistance training. I got sent off with no gas. They said to go to gas station on corner. It was closed for renovations. I went to go to closets one to there and ran out of gas. When I went back the last was rude and said if I had a problem to call customer serviceSHAUN T.
The truck should have been full when I picked it up. It was just over a quarter of a tank and I had to put gas in it to make my move and then again at the end. Also, on return, it's impossible to fill the tank to any other point except full. Of course, I had to fill past the beginning point to ensure being charged extra.DEBORAHR W.
This location is convenient. Unfortunately, the truck had numerous issues. The drivers seat base cushion was crushed, causing the driver to sit on a slant. The steering wheel and inside door handles had not been wiped down. The back door was difficult to raise and lower. There was a vibration on the breaks. This is the first time having any issues with a Uhaul product from this site.ARICK D.

Please for the love of god, but trucks with cruise Controll. Especially the one way trucks. And a Bluetooth radio would help a lot. The connection for the radio in the truck is pretty much obsoleteJason D.

Timing was atrocious. There were only two people at the desk trying to process a line that lead all the way to the door. Then I waited almost 30 min for one of the guys in the lot to see that I was waiting to hook up the trailer...when he finally did come I had the trailer already hooked up and he just attached the chains.JOSEPH D.
