This location completed my reservation. The overall experience was not good. I had to travel to 3 different locations to pick up my truck. It was a waisted day and gas money.

VELA L.Drop-off was not quite as smooth as the pickup. The U-Haul app on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ did not open the Return Trailer webpage properly. My son had to use his iPhone to open it and finish the return process since it was on Thanksgiving Day and no U-Haul personnel were there.

Michelle R.I was there to pick up my 9am rental at 8:58. I waited in line until 10:02. There was only 4 people in the line. They had 3 workers but the person in charge keep leaving the Register. It threw off my whole day with the hour delay.

Rick G.For one they over charge me I had to file a complaint, they charged me for 11 gallons of gas when I only traveled about 20 miles on top of my original estimate! I was quoted $90 give or take and ended up being charged $180!! That is insane!

Nancy P.All in all the experience was fine. I did end up having to rent another UBOX container to get everything shipped, but I blame myself for that. MY UBOX arrived later than I expected, and I ended up having to pay more for storage in two locations because of the delay. Also, the locations in Saint Paul and Tucson are so understaffed that the process of both loading my UBOX and picking it up in Tucson took way too long. The St Paul location did not have the pickup truck I reserved to move the UBOX from the facility to my storage, so I had to use a 10' truck, which wasn't ideal. I have another UBOX reservation coming up this week for delivery from St Paul to Tucson, and I am hoping the process will go more smoothly this time around.
MICHON B.I was way too involved in the return process for a trailer. It took ten minutes to return it and I had to go inside. I've never had to do this returning a trailer before. I love uhaul! The prices are great, one of the few places you can go and not feel like your getting ripped off. Equipment is easy to use and in good shape.

Randall B.6 customers waiting when I dropped off the trailer, one man had been waiting for over 30 minutes. If you don't have enough employees you need to hire or close the location. There was nobody in the office I know for 20 minutes yesterday when I dropped off the trailer. Uhaul is a good company but ill never go back to that location. I hope someone is looking at the site

John S.I needed a car hauler for one day. The kid at the desk would not rent it to me because he said all they had were one way trailers. He tried to send me to 2nother locations. After calling corporate, he begrudgingly rented me a car hauler. It cost me an hour and a half, which added to my day of work.
Randy E.This location had good reviews when I looked it up online, but the service when I got there was ridiculous. I did everything online and the employee still had me give EVERYTHING again. I opted out of the insurance and online it said to bring an insurance card, but she tells me I have to get your coverage, then says she doesn't know so I asked for someone who knew. She then calls someone and tells me I have to add it. Then after she hung up the phone she said she doesn't know a lot because she's only been there for 2 weeks then she looks to the guy next to her and said he's been there for less amount of time than her... it just felt unprofessional, extremely frustrating and didn't make sense to have only ppl there that have been there for no more than 2 weeks without the right knowledge. Because she had me start completely over I ended up leaving 30 minutes after my reservation time. If I was assisted by someone else I'm sure my experience wouldn't been better

katie P.My experience at this location was just terrible and disappointing. After waiting along with a few other customers I had to go and find an employee to help us, only to find a few employees standing around talking outside. Then they messed up and gave us the keys to the wrong U-Haul. Then once we got the correct U-Haul we couldn't leave because there was another U-Haul parked behind so again we had to find an employee to help once again. Not to mention the gas was so low on the U-Haul given to us we had to stop and put gas right away. In the end just wasted time waiting to be helped and wasted time even getting the U-Haul. Worst part was she misspelled all of our information so when we tried calling customer support they wouldn't help us, and when the lady from customer support tried reaching out to the store nobody would answer. Just a poor experience overall and very disappointing especially considering how much money we spent.

Richard S.The rental/pickup process was simple and efficient. The truck was new with less than 400 miles, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I am now 48 hours later and I still do not have a receipt for the rental. As it was a business rental, I need to submit the receipt ASAP.

Belen C.Customer service is everything to me; I've been working in cs for over 25 years, that said, I believe your employee Amy will need some major training, she had a bad attitude and when I asked questions about the equipment and pricing, she was upset that she had to explain it to me, please get her some training, it may help her, also, I understand if she was having a bad day, she shouldn't reflect that on her customers.

Celeste A.Contract for 10 ft. box truck listed tank as 33 gallons. Put in 7 gallons to return to original level, meaning to add 1/4 tank, but it rose almost 1/2 tank. Could have saved $10 or so if tank size was correct on contract. No big deal but moving is already expensive.

cathryn C.I have had reserved a trailer at a different UHAUL location closer to home and when I went to get the trailer, they had cancelled my reservation and rented the trailer to someone else. (they had only 1 trailer of the type I needed) Needless to say, this was my second and last time I will attempt to use that UHAUL location. (the first time I felt I was getting some sort of run arouind and took my business elswhere) Just to emphasize, the above ratings above are for the location I actually used.

Kevin D.Bottom line, the location and its staff were excellent. The equipment was ready as scheduled. The staff were courteous, efficient, and helpful. It only took a few minutes to pick up the truck, and even fewer to return it. I had originally scheduled to return it the same day, but we realized it wouldn't be empty before the location closed. I called before the original return time and re-scheduled the truck return for the next morning. This call only took a few minutes. After I returned the truck less than 24 hours after picking it up, I was billed only for a one-day rental as expected.

Johnnie A.I originally called to reserve a 26 ft truck at the Alvernon and 22nd area. They said they did not have one..so they reserved one for the next morning at Wilmot / Road and Golf links. I received a call about 7:00 pm that evening stating, that they will not have one in the morning, and that I will be sent to Alvernon and 22nd. In the morning, I went to 22nd and Alvernon location, and they did not have one in inventory. I was then asked to go to Ajo and Benson High Way location. The unit was there.. It was an older 26 foot GMC. The brakes squeaked a lot. I notified personnel when I dropped it off. The material of the cab headliner, is coming down and apart from thr head liner. It appears some kind of drink went into the ceiling and has marked / stained up the inside of the cab. I was informed that $50 dollar credit would be issued to me. I just wanted to share my experience. The personnel were kind and helpful, it just was not a pleasant experience. Merci

Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90 % they don't have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.
