Understood my situation and resolved it promptly. Had online reservation. Told agent needs to store Jeep and Side by Side. He reserved a 10/30. Oh no. Learned that won't happen. Crystal took charge and got me some secure outside parking. Really glad I accidentally went to that specific place.

RICHARD W | Expérience généraleMy RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??
