mauricio C.I reserved a moving truck in May/June for my move at the end of July because I had heard of the problems U Haul had supplying the needed trucks on short notice. I paid my mover an extra $150 as he waited at this location for them to provide a truck for him . A truck that should have been available when I was told it would be the day before. If he had not stayed and waited and instead had let them call when one came available it may have delayed my move by hours if not a day or two. I tried to prevent this from happening with an early reservation but to no avail! Very disappointing and costly!

I walked around the store for 5-10 min before figuring out how to check myself in anf then I was told after the truck was already checked out to me that I needed to move my car because the parking lot was so small I couldnt leave it there. So, there was time taken out of the time I paid for. The equipment I rented wasnt put in the truck, so I had to get a ride back across town to pick it up. When I brought the truck back, I was rudely reminded there was someone waiting (not true) and #2 I should've parked over by the sign... which was not placed where anyone would see it esp when pulling in the small lot driving a big truck. And, I reminded them when I was late returning the truck about the equipment issue when I returned the truck, and graciously was not charged for a 2nd day. Super frustrated about the entire experience.

Theodore T.I didn't interact with anyone because I dropped my truck off around 7:30p the night before I needed too. I was charged an after hours fee which I've never heard of where I'm from. I wish that I was told that when booking. I didn't need my truck all 5 days and I said that to the person I spoke with when booking. I dropped it off early and was still charged a fee. Don't offer a drop off box if you are charging guests a fee to drop it off early.

Greg P.My unit had no interior lighting that I'm aware of. When I got there to move out the staff was blocking the way in with a trailer load up. This has also happened before with other tenants. The facility parking lot and driveway is very small with little space and obstructions like parked trailers even though there is a whole unpaved grass area are on the property. Unit was also very expensive. I was referred to an equivalent facility at 10 % the price. Most of my experience interacting with the staff was pleasant.

Tried 3x and it failed. Went inside and was told online return doesn't work if store is still open. Again, store/website should have better communication.

Rachel R.The passenger door had a loud rattle to it, which made us think the door was not closed properly, or the window was not rolled up all the way. We rechecked several times to make sure it was secure, but the noise continued while we were driving. Maybe the rubber door gasket? Or maybe the windshield was in early stages of coming unsealed? The truck performed as expected, but the noise in the passengers seat was worrisome.

She was friendly, but she had difficulty sending the necessary information to our phones in order to complete the paperwork and to get an access code that was needed when the truck was returned. Additionally, when we discovered that out storage unit was too small. She stated that there was nothing she could do to help us as she did not have any larger units and she did not offer to return our money if we could not use the unit. When our son attempted to return the truck, the access code he had did not work and it took him almost a half-hour to get an access code that was accepted so he could get to the storage unit and return the truck.

I did not catch that or was aware of it and went back home to do the return and had to go back but by that time I had locked the truck and could not take the pics from inside the truck. Just needs to be pointed out that step is to be done on site before keys are dropped in the drop box.

I will never recommend this place because of him.

And this 158K mile old truck was the worst truck ride I have ever experienced... no suspension whatsoever! - even with a full load! I thought at times that some of the furniture in the back would break, the way this truck was bopping up and down! on the highway. Besides that, the truck had no USB iutlet for me to charge the phone. And then you charge me $250 for a ride that should have cost 40 plus milage! Not recommendable to anyone, actually. This is the second defective truck you rent me! Not a good record!

Terry F. | Expérience généraleWhen I reserved a unit and a truck online your site said no where that there is a $100 deposit if you pay cash for a truck, it wasn't in the email or on the confirmation page. Also your estimates for home sizes that will fit in your units is way off. A 5x10x10 will not fit a 2 bedroom home which is what it said online. Your staff did not even have me look at the unit before they had me pay for it. It is also way over priced. I went somewhere else and got a 10x20 unit for just a little more than the one you tried to rent me. I was very disappointed! Thought I would get everything done in one place I stead the day I'm moving I have to find a new storage unit and put more miles on the truck so uhaul cost me an extra $50 more because of all this.

Several times orange cones were blocking the row my unit was on, and Uhaul trucks had to be moved by Me because the staff was rude and incompetent. I was never successful at talking to manager via phone call or email to this location about my moving out. I have received numerous letters about excessive late fees , even though I called corporate about my move out date and she was supposed to make note of it because I couldn't reach anyone local. I'm not paying any of those ridiculous fees due to the owner/ managers laziness and incompetence.

I went several times and they were blocking parking, and entrance gates, 1 time I went and they had cones in front of the gate during business hours. If your going to close you need to let your renters know. Only dealt with employees 1 time to sign paperwork it was okay but he made me buy a lock from them when I had my own. Raised prices while I was there . I think prices are too high but I guess that's everywhere now...

I had birds nesting in the top of my storage and their nest and droppings would get into my unit. Then the facility became more interested in truck rentals than in storage and within the last two years you could barely get in or out of the facility without dodging Uhaul trucks. Multiple times the entrance and exit would be blocked and you couldn't get in or out of the facility without waiting for a long period of time for them to move trucks and/or trailers around.

There were times I couldn't get to the entrance for my unit without waiting for an employee to move a UHaul truck. In addition, while I was in my unit (early August), several low flatbed UHaul trailers were left near the back of my car where I couldn't see them. I backed into the hitch end of one, doing $2 500 of body damage to my car. My opinion - you need to decide whether you want to have a storage unit facility, or a UHaul rental facility. There is not enough room for both. I am not the only renter who feels this way. I overheard several people saying they were done trying to maneuver around the UHaul trucks, and were planning to go elsewhere. This is the SOLE reason why I moved out.

In our 20' U-Haul truck, we couldn't park directly in front of the locker so we had to unload our stuff at the end of the building and carry it all to the locker! Not really "drive up"!

We live in Georgia and brought furniture to our son who lives in Broken Arrow. I emptied the unit well in advance of renewal date. Filled out "application" to vacate online on Aug 8, never got confirmation from BA location. Received bill from BA location, called Uhaul, spent 15 min waiting to talk to a person. And, several calls to the BA location with NO answer, just kicked over to corporate. After conversation with corporate, assured me they sent vacate request to BA location and email. Aug 28, two weeks later I receive a letter from BA location stating I owe one month's rent AND a late fee!!!! Tried to call BA location AGAIN....no answer. Final verdict, had to send my son IN PERSON in get our account settled. I will probably get six more erroneous bills for filling out this review, but they need to get their office management together!
