Jeff Raka | First ImpressionsThe main problem was my account kept showing I owed around $900 when I was current on my account. It has been that way for a year or more. Candy the manage said she had called IT about it but it has never been fixed. This has been very frustrating for Candy and myself. Candy works harder then any woman I have ever known at the storage units and she shouldn't have to deal with accounting issues corporate can't or won't fix.
KAREN E ARNOLD | Overall ExperienceOverall had a horrible experience. Poor communication within the company. Had an overdue lock still on the unit a week after payment was made. Had to call y'all twice just for someone to finally cut it off. The guy that handled me when renting the unit was not professional. There's no service nor does the public wifi at the Facility even work so when I returned a truck I couldn't properly check it in and got charged an extra $25. Yall LOVE to overcharge people. I have the exact same unit and I pay $75 a month instead of $120 that y'all charge me. NEVER will I ever use uhaul especially this location.

Still friendly but you can tell phone ran constantly and customers were needing answers... one person doing everything will burn out your customer service "asset". Pandemic is over, pay more to get more staff.

Dwight kaseman | Overall ExperienceYour staff over charged me on the uhaul truck rental of $33 and some change. Instead they charged me a full $100 that I was told was only a temporary hold. Honestly was worried this would happen as there was another customer bitching about the same thing while I was trying to get the truck.
