The man at the desk was not friendly - seemed irritated to be helping me with my reservation. Also, when I returned the truck, they weren't going to check over the truck with me of verify anything about my experience or mileage. When I let them know I didn't use all of the predicted mileage and asked what the charge would be, they went over a return check with me. I've used Uhaul many times over the years and this was just an unusual experience. I've even used this particular location before, with no problems.MICHAEL B.

One of the desk guys apparently has a background in theater because he kept using theatrical terms like audience left and stage right. I just needed to verify my truck rental and skip his theater schooling. Also he had a super bad personal odor that was gross. When I went back to pick the truck up the other gentleman waited on me and had the personality of Adolph Hitler. Very rude and short like I was supposed to know the routine like he did on the truck rental industry. The Broken Arrow neighbors Facebook page has mirrored this exact issue as well.RICHEY S.

This was an absolute nightmare! From the constant changes you kept making on my contract to the dishonest man who said he would bring us the appliance dolly and did not show up with it. Then, the storage unit I had secured was not only unavailable but they showed no record even though I had a reservation number and charged for it. I will never use U-Haul again and I will make sure to discourage anyone else. It's stressful enough moving but to have nobody available to help and an hour wait for customer service. To be out behind schedule because of your incompetence was disconcerting. When asked if this was typical service for U-Haul, the guy said, â€œunfortunately, yes.â€ Even your own workers don't have confidence in you. This won't be the last you hear from me. You may not have remembered my name before but you will when I'm finished! So disgusted!!!Shawna M.

I went to return my trailer to this location and the staff acted like they didn't want me in their store. Both staff members seem very annoyed that all my reservation paperwork was done through email and they seemed extra 'put out' that they had to unhook and check the trailer. One staff member came out, unhooked the trailer and said "ok, you're done" and walked away. No other explanation was given. One person asked my last name but didn't ask for any other information, so I wasn't sure if my trailer was going to be properly returned or not. Because of that concern, I walked inside to ask for a receipt, when I did, someone yelled from a back room, "it's emailed to you". My concerns were not addressed. Fortunately, they did the right thing and I did receive an email several hours later that the trailer was returned. I am in Broken Arrow a lot and a frequent UHaul customer, but I will drive to a different city to return or rent anything from Uhaul before I ever set foot in that location again.Andrew W.
I booked online and had a reservation but when I arrived was told the system was down nationwide, unfortunate but things happen. Made another reservation online a few days later. When I arrived I asked about reservation guarantee the manager was extremely rude and defensive and offered no help at all, stated I'd just have to call the 800 number because it wasn't her fault. The rental process was easy once system was working. Would rent again but never from that location.REGINA H.

Make it more clear regarding total expenses renting equipment from U Haul. My miles that I drove which was less 45 cost more than the rental. Almost double the rental fee. Very misleading should stress and made aware to the customer before rental that it is 79 cents a mile.TERRI W.
