Entry code into the storage area wouldn't work the first time after set up, had to wait until the next morning to verify a working access code. Ensure personnel are knowledgeable on setting up and verifying codes, or if the process requires a managerial input, ensure that a manager is available when needed to get these types of authorizations done when needed.

I would recommend this location only because of available UHaul products. However, the rental and check out process took entirely to long. By the time I was done and had my rental trailer hookup there were at least 4 other customer waiting. This is ridiculous!

Kenrick actually did things no one else does asking for additional phone numbers and at check in had me read mileage and fuel level and then recorded it wrong and said I told him that, causing me to be over charged $30.00 . No other locations does it this way and if I hadn’t reviewed my receipt I would not have caught it . So I called and talked to kenrick and he could not take care of it said I would have to call back to speak with a manager in an hour instead of having a manager call me to fix his mistake.

The truck was fine. More than adequate for what we needed to do. Your reservation personnel ...uh...not so much. To begin with, when I called to make the reservation I spelled VERY SLOWLY AND CLEARLY, and indicated my name had changed since the last time I'd used U-haul trucks. I also stated right up front that I was making the reservation for my daughter, who was out of town at that time. She asked for my credit card to secure the reservation. When I received the email confirmation, "my name" was completely misspelled" as was the name in their computer - something approximating my former name AND because I wasn't there when my daughter and son went to pick up the truck, they cancelled the everything & redid the entire reservation, using my daughter's name and credit card. What a completely inexcusable mess! This is NOT the level of excellence I've experienced from U-haul in the past - which has been many, many times over the last 30 years!! Will I use U-haul services again in the future? Probably, but NOT at this location! And, if asked, I shall discourage anyone else from going to this location as well. There is a serious problem with the reservations clerk AND whomever is responsible for "training" that individual. #1: she needs to listen when a name is spelled. #2: had she said that the cardholder MUST BE PRESENT when picking up the truck, I'd have gladly given my daughter's credit card number and name (which she'd probably screwed up too, since it's the same as mine!) #3: inasmuch as the contract was ultimately issued IN MY DAUGHTER'S NAME, USING HER CREDIT CARD, it begs the question: WHY is this survey being sent to ME!???!!? You seriously need to fix this as this is NOT the way to do business... anywhere!

The employee that we picked up/dropped off with seemed annoyed that we were even there. My husband even commented on it, which I've never heard him do. Then the next day I got a call from a different guy asking when we were going to return the equipment...that we had returned the day before. When I told the guy I had turned it in before 6:00 the day before, he acted like I was lying and he said he couldn't find the equipment. I called back later in the day to confirm that he had found the truck/dolly and he said he did but he was busy and didn't have time to enter that in right now.
