Very good service.
ANDREW WI request to change the credit card which put to the bill but they can't do it. It's frustrating. I called UHal services twice and confirm that switch credit card is something they can do. But both pick up and drop off services deny my request.

JAMES GIt was noted more support staff and or shift coverage would greatly be beneficial for an overall timely experience. Only one person was working the front counter & yard right at opening including hooking up trailers. Even with said circumstances service was good & I could tell the employee put out her best efforts to get through it with a smile.

ISAM HOne expects great equipment. It's excellent staff that makes the true difference, and this location has that difference. Knowledgeable, kind, and to the point. I don't think it gets much better. Thanks for making a stressful occassion less stressful.
ROGER TI was pleased with the initial I rented. I had it for a few years and never had any problems. The one thing that I highly disliked was the constant raising of prices. I understand the economy is not great and inflation is outrageous but don't punish your existing customers and continue to increase their rates. There could have been a "grandfathered" policy or something to prevent that from happening every year. I also stopped service 5-6 days after paying for the month and was not able to get any of my money back. That was not cool at all.

When returning the vehicle I was greeted by a young lady who immediately came from behind the counter to assist me by taking the keys and verifying my name and taking the keys to check the truck out. Process was fast.
KRISTIAN AThe guy there could have used some help. He was one-manning it. He expressed that he has to work with lame co-employees and their lame excuses. Poor work ethics. Truck got checked in promptly with no faults to the equipment. I extended respect to the equipment, as I always do, and it performed flawlessly for my thousand plus mile trip. U Haul will be one of my moving solutions.

PAUL S | Expérience généraleI own a Dodge Ram 1500 that can tow over 7300 lbs. but your computer system would not let your employees to just let me use my truck to tow the vehicle trailer. I have used vehicle trailers before and towed vehicles. I believe this needs to be fixed. I had to rent a van and a vehicle trailer this is unacceptable.
SCOTT SWe would like to thank Lucy for accommodating a last minute request. She was fantastic and really eased our stress over an upcoming military move. She explained the process and educated us on some things we didn't know. I highly recommend if you are a military family and need to store your HHGs temporarily this is the place. It's nice knowing know that there are protections for service members regarding the auction of their items. I will pass all I've learned to friends and family. Thank you again Lucy.

GERALYN C | Expérience généraleI dropped off my equipment in Casa Grande. Explained to the service member that the truck was malfunctioning. The engine light was coming on air conditioning was intermittent not working. No type of deduction or credit was even allowed for this type of problem. So here I am driving in 110° desert heat moving with intermittent air-conditioning not even working properly and she didn't even bother to offer any compensation. I can't believe some type of discount was not even allotted. Very poor customer service!

GEORGE FI was told there was a 1/2 tank gas ,but was on empty, so I put my own and returned it with gas and didn't get prorated for my gas .

Jerry S | Premières impressionsMy Casa Grande Az location did not disappoint. Lucy, general manager, was fast and friendly, pickup truck clean and ready to go. It met my needs when I needed them most: Labor Day and the temp was 105F.
RONALD CI cuild not ask for a better experience. The staff was wonderful.
ANGIE SStaff did not prepare for my arrival. I had chosen to pickup truck at the desk. They were very low energy about having a customer. They gave me the key and made me walk to get my truck. So my truck was not ready when I got there. When I got to my truck it was blocked in by other trucks. So this made for me to have to wait in the summer Arizona heat while the staff got my truck out. Probably a safety issue for some customers. Overall it was like staff were not able to run a simple uhaul service and should probably attend mandatory training or have weekly meetings with the general manager to go over how to run a uhaul location.

Beverly C | Expérience généraleWell first the moms attic was nasty and after picking it up and driving 1800 miles with no cruise control let them know and asked if they help with the money and was told nope in person and on the phone call after the text message of changing our drop off location that was out of our way at least last time when we moved and used Penske and had issues with the truck they refunded some money back for the inconvenience will not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends or family I will tell them to use Penske even though they are taller trucks

Richard K | Expérience généraleThe people at this uHaul location were nice enough although not as knowledgeable or friendly as Mike, the Roadside Assistance guy, was. Eventually we were able to go on with our 2 day trip with no other uHaul issues. We did have to switch uHaul's here at this location because the first one broke down. Not sure I would refer to this as the "drop off location". We ultimately dropped off the new uHaul in Lubbock, TX.

When mourning doves decided to build a nest and raise a family over the back of our trailer, we quickly had an issue. I contacted Lucy Huerta about the mess the birds were making on our trailer. Within a couple of days, she reached out directly with possible solutions. We decided tomove to another covered site. We appreciated the quick resolution and excellent customer service from Lucy.

JORGE M | Premières impressionsI have been a very loyal customer for over 12 Years of which the first 9 were great. The facility is just fine with some Black windows spiders. Welcome to the desert. Lucy came as a new manager and that's when I started having trouble getting ahold of her, on hold for huge waits to find out she put me on hold then went to fill people's propane. My Grandfather clause somehow ended and then payment was required 20 months in advance. In January this year they wanted me to pay for next year even though I was paid up to October of 2024. From that day on I decided not to further help there company as they would not listen to what I thought would be an easy fix. Sorry it ended this way after so much loyalty, I guess the customer doesn't really matter to them.

David S | Expérience généraleI reserved everything online, uploaded my picture and ID because I needed to pick up the truck before UHaul opened. Arrived at 8 am, got on the app to get my access codes for the keys to the truck. It required me to upload all my info, pictures, CC info and such again and reception wasn't great. Fortunately, the employee was there early cleaning and was able to assist me. When we returned with the truck to unload the items into our storage unit, the gate was up. I didn't realize that I would still need to enter my code for an open gate so access was denied to get into the building. I had to walk back and enter my code. Another customer was the one that told me why it wasn't working. It's also very inconvenient to have to keep punching in the door code to the building when youre carrying furniture. When it was time to return the truck, we had to wait a while because only one employee was working. He was having to handle propane refills, truck checkin and return, storage unit questions-everything. To top it off, the receipt left in my storage unit had prices listed on it and the price for the 10x5 unit we rented was listed as $84,95 but online I had to pay $94.95.
