Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe man who helped me went out of his way to pick the best outside storage unit for me.
richard h | Premières impressionsOver charged me for length of occupancy, U-Haul not loyal to long time customers. Had problem with auto pay because of changing debit card and thought U-Haul had my route number on checking account. Manager made sure 3 days went by so they could charge me late fee instead of calling me in the first 2 days to avoid penalty, not good to long time customer
CHARLES M | Expérience généraleThe gentleman (I think his name is Allen), was very attentive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was truly a painless experience. The facility is spotless and as a woman, I feel very safe on the premises.
CARMEN K | Premières impressionsThere was a dead animal laying around the RV and had been there for some time as it was just bones left. Even though the RV was under a roof it was still extremely dirty. On the flip side, staff are exceptionally helpful, positive and professional.
william d | Expérience généraleVery good service and helpful
eva m | Premières impressionsI will use this facility again for my storage and moving needs, thank you.
neil b | Expérience généraleViviana was so helpful and very professional.
