The strap on the tow dolly was defective and it took over 14 hours to resolve the problem. The tow dolly should not have been hooked to the truck to begin with in that condition. Look at the strap. You have a picture of it. It was a disaster waiting to happen. The bottom line- the move in was delayed by a day.. Which costs money. You also are unable to have the equipment at the right place. this was my 3rd rental in 7 months and your logistics lacks acceptable standards. You have yet had an order correct. Discouraging, since the additional insurance's ware paid for. Tia, the manager seems to run an excellent operation. at least I did not have to go to another location to get furniture pads this time. .

I was given the Uhaul truck with 3 miles to empty and was told I had to go fill it up. By the time i got to the gas station i was driving with zero miles to empty. Stressful to say the least and can't believe the poor service and lack of care.

Hoping this is my last time renting from this location. The guy who checked me in had the worst attitude ever, even if it wasn't related to me. He was having a bad morning and literally said "I'm going to finish my ---- and leave! I don't care what the schedule....". Normally the person who does the check-in follows through with the whole rental process. Instead the young lady there hooked up my trailer. She did not know how to shorten the chains and I had to assist after she said "I hope it works". Also, the trailer left taillight was not functioning properly. Overall, the young lady was the only positive experience in regards to attitude.

The whole rental process was very easy. The paperwork took some time but that is often the case with paperwork. The employees were very helpful and even helped troubleshoot a problem with the hookup for lights. The trailer I rented was in great shape and perfect for my needs.

Your website! We had a problem while returning the trailer, The website wouldn't let us enter the needed information because it kept expiring! It would not let us continue & we had to start over around 4 times. I tried to get online to chat with someone & that did not work either. I tried 5 times to reach someone. They would get online & think I was off & end the chat. I just gave up. We finally called the phone number she was very helpful in walking us through the process. You really need to make the process more user friendly online. We probably spent close to an hour just trying to get through.

Gate never works my biggest issue. I got to found someone to let you in gate out of gate. very small parking lot for a big uhaul location alway Crowded going in-and-out of storage gate in parking lot. Frustrating situation I stayed less than a month

On Tuesday March 8, 2022 around 10:15 to 1:30 am. The young man working the front desk was very rude as I tried to explain to him that the evening before I had reversed a 5/8 and the email I received stated that the I reversed a 6/12 for me. As he looked on his computer, He stated it says on you have a 5/8, as I again tried to explain and to show him the email, he stated I don't need to see your email. The came in at 10:10 and I hadn't looked at my email to see the change until I had got inside the office. The setting up of the reservation was very pleasant.

The two young men that checked me in were not around when I first arrived. I parked the truck behind and vehicle in-line at check in spot. As I was photo the vehicle to verify the return condition, one of them appeared, pointed to a van ant spot, told me to move the truck. Should have been outside if they wanted it in a certain spot!

I booked the uhaul Wednesday February 2. Knowing Ice was coming that evening, and had a few days off . Plan was to have uhaul parked in driveway Wednesday evening and load it Thursday and Friday. Empty and return Saturday, Sunday 2-6-21 latest. We weren't able after 3 attempts to finally get possession of the uhaul until that Sunday the 6th . Then I go back to work full time and get very little done in a 5 day work week . As our jobs are very physically demanding. Wednesday night upon attempting to take possession of the uhaul , I was drenched in 33 degree pouring down rain as my girlfriend my youngest daughter and hers had to rush to school to pick up my older daughter from school 30 minutes early than scheduled due to weather. By the time they got back and rescued me , I almost completely de clothed and attempted to warm up in the car , hands numb and absolutely frightened for my safety, absolutely frozen and drenched . So basically I had the uhaul during the work week and was hardly able to do any loading . ALSO compromising and costing me an additional $750 in rent for not having vacated the property on the date that was agreed on . I would like to speak to an administrative representative that can resolve this matter, because I am absolutely appalled that I was charged a total of $455 and barely but a little over 100 miles on the truck . The whole uhaul experience, affected my life in so many various aspects Including inconvenience, wasted time , money , you name it . I am extremely unsatisfied with the overall experience, I would never rent or refer anyone to uhaul ever again.

Within a month of moving my belongings from another U Haul storage to this one in Cedar Hill. My rate changed in October from $99 to $114,95 a month at present, in a moment notice. Do not like being blindsided, when it comes to my finances.

The gentleman working the desk was very rude. Before even allowing us to see the storage space he was trying to convince us to go elsewhere. He kept telling us that it would be way too small. We were able to fit everything in the space. When returning the uhual he stated that he had logged out already and I would have to park the vehicle myself. It was 6:20 and they close at 7:00

Poor experience. Always pest issues mice and snakes. No cleaning the pest up and would be in the hallways. Checking out took them over a month to do. Manager called me a sir via text I corrected him and stated I'm a ma'am and he still replied with sir! Very unprofessional. I will not recommend.

The price I was quoted on the phone wasn't the same price . After putting my stuff in there I come back & my key doesn't open the lock. The sign says call for after hours help yet none answered the phone. Come back the next day & explain my key isn't opening the storage. And instead of manager apologizing about the inconvenience tells me next time you will be charged a fee.why charge me a fee for something that's out of my control? Horrible service.

The access card kept malfunctioning, the staff was helpful and they fixed the issue over and over again, but what if it happens after hours when no-one is around? They said that they would provide me with a beeper instead, but didn't have any at the moment so they provided me with a code. And before you wonder, I did not have the access card near to a phone or other device, so no reason for it not to work.

I had storage since December 2017. I had a large storage and there was some water damage but UHaul too care of that with my claim. I couldn't take it all so I rented a smaller storage to keep the remainder until I could pick it up. Picked it up, no issues and checked out. It was a very positive experience for me. I saw personnel changes but the quality of service and friendliness never changed.

charged me $15 late charge was cool but once you charged me another $15 for being more more then 10 days late and you can also charge me additional fees and/or lien on for less then 30 days is insane. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Having to get out of the car to swipe the access card is annoying and the limited hours the gate is open is inconvenient. I am aware that for an additional cost you can get a remote key but that's more money going out the door. I switched to another location that has a drive up keypad and unlimited entry hours. The employees were nice.

I used this storage facility for nearly 4yrs. I was always well lit and clean. I didn't have issues with bugs and my items remained the same as well I storage them. The only issue I had was some of the workers were not wearing a mask inside the store.

When on the phone getting a quote, I was not made aware the price did not include taxes. Only found out when I arrived at the facility after making the 20 mile trip from my home. The initial monthly phone quote of $154,95 went to $167 and some change. Not that much money on a one time deal, but will add up for our new RV that we had planned on keeping there for as long as we own it which will equate to years. Was not at all happy with the surprise increase.

The 1st week I used the storage my unite got flooded. They tried to repair leak in the ceiling but it leaked again. The requirement to file a claim is too complicated.

The representative onsite (Shawn) I believe is his name was not helpful and the price I had been quoted orginally changed within a 24hr period. Did not rent a unit with the facility.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kristen gave me a tour of the different storage units a available. It took some time, though, to get the whole process finished. More time than i anticipated.

Had y'all for 3 years charge a late fee after 3 days and another one after 10. I feel y'all rip people off. Falls prices go up every 6 months, what is this car insurance? I don't recommend them 2 any1

We had our 2018 Airstream trailer stored at this facility for 8 days when it was extensively damaged and broken into. Facility is not secure enough to prevent this from happening again.
