The access card kept malfunctioning, the staff was helpful and they fixed the issue over and over again, but what if it happens after hours when no-one is around? They said that they would provide me with a beeper instead, but didn't have any at the moment so they provided me with a code. And before you wonder, I did not have the access card near to a phone or other device, so no reason for it not to work.Zandra S. | First Impressions
I had storage since December 2017. I had a large storage and there was some water damage but UHaul too care of that with my claim. I couldn’t take it all so I rented a smaller storage to keep the remainder until I could pick it up. Picked it up, no issues and checked out. It was a very positive experience for me. charged me $15 late charge was cool but once you charged me another $15 for being more more then 10 days late and you can also charge me additional fees and/or lien on for less then 30 days is insane. I would recommend this facility to anyone.Rodney B. | Overall Experience
