The Gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and after I told him the safety concern and what we had found under the left wheel, he was caring and addressed the situation. For any future services we will go back to this specific location. Excellent service and Very friendly.

Actually it was pretty perfect. The price was right and everyone was so accommodating. Will rent again in 30 days as I need to move a few things again.

The older guy that does the check-in in the back was not very nice to us today he left us out there about 45 minutes while he was talking to another customer laughing and telling jokes and I'm sitting there listening to him when he's supposed to been getting her son loaded other than that I liked you all a lot but that one guy I have trouble with all the time thank you for your service how do you submit that

They took us to the trailer. They hooked it and hooked up the lights and we checked all the lights. Very fast and helpful.

I have used this location in the pass, and I have always had a pleasant experience with the personal. That is one of the reasons I alway will pick up or deliver at this location.

It seemed that after a certain point my rate kept increasing at least twice a year. There also seemed to be an accident with the unit directly behind mine but I wasn't notified and half of my stuff was destroyed.

This location was super crowded, for those that are not used to driving bigger vehicles it was hard to get in and hard to find a parking spot.

The gentleman who rented us the trailer was fun & very helpful. One thing I might suggest. I'm a first time renter of this type of trailer. Once we loaded it - could have been helpful to drive back to U-haul to make sure things were ok. We experienced several stops due to chains dragging, electrical coming undone and loud scrapes due to sitting so low. The second day we had to stop and buy new tires which helped a lot. Just wondering if some of the delay on day one might have been avoided with your folks offering a bit of advice?

There was a slight confusion regarding my mobile pickup truck. I did have to wait for them to bring it up as it was not ready. However, the staff handled the mix up great and showed awesome customer service. When returning the truck the return was quick and easy. Staff was professional and friendly. Great experience. I would definitely use this location again!

The return process was horrible! The scan option would not work, tried COUNTLESS times. Lost over 25-30 mins tryin to follow instructions and make it work. Ended up chatting with after hours assistance. Aside from that, everything was great.

When a return is made and you get your final bill saying you owed nothing and then the next day you find that you're being charge or scamed for an additional $93 that not good. I always check my account and I was shock and surprised to see that I am been scammed by u-haul. Pleased get your act right and returned my money you thief.

Very professional and friendly staff. I really like the app also. I did however have a tough time scanning in my return but that's on me. I'll go learn the correct way to do it. U-Haul is my goto for truck, van, and trailer rentals!!!

The alarm in the building kept going off. The sound hurt my ears. The police came and ran my plates after I showed him i had an access card. The acess number to call stop answering her phone.

I was not sure at first because I have only trusted Toyota to touch my truck. Toyota recommended Uhaul to install the towing package. My experience was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I haven't used the hitch yet, but I feel confident it was installed correctly.

The crew advised about right size truck for the job. Explained, in detail, the UHaul process to rent leaving no questions. Super easy to turn in. Great service

If the in town rental fee for a trailer is a set price I expect that price for 24 hours of use. I was charged the daily rate for 6 hours of use and had to pay another full day just to extend it past that 6 hours. I always rent my trailers from U-Haul not sure if this is a new policy but definitely seems shady for a company of your stature. Might be time to seek out another rental company if this is the new standard.

The manager was very rude and really made things difficult for me to get my stuff. I will not recommend anyone to this storage facility. If the office hours are 7-7 why is she only choosing 9-5 for people to come and get there stuff. I felt like it was an inconvenience for me when I told Brenda I was going to be there at 6:15pm. No one had told me to come between 9-5 so no I will not give a good review due to poor customer service

I had a reservation for a storage unit for several months before needing access, and when I went to "check-in" to my storage unit, I was told the sized unit I requested wasn't available and that "this happens all the time." I wasn't offered any accommodations or help securing another unit at another U-Haul location. It was only after contacting the store by phone later that day did they resolve the issue, which was giving me a storage unit that apparently was available. Very frustrating and unorganized process.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, I called and was clueless on the amount of storage I needed; Brenda was amazing. She knew exactly what I needed and made the experience so easy from beginning to end. If I need to ever use a storage unit I'm definitely coming back here and hopefully get to see her again. Amazing customer service.

Upon checkout, Jay was Amazing! ...helped me reenter unit and without asking, just started helping lift a super heavy oak/mirrored mantle piece into my SUV! (A longtime unit client helped him with the lift)

I've been with uhaul for 4 years and I would recommend that you haul to anybody. I love it and I will always go there. There's clean, safe, secure. If you don't have to worry about your stuff, there's no pets, no rodents. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I love that place

The staff was courteous and personable. My storage unit #1002 was located in the back and had NO LIGHTING. I wasn't able to see in my storage around 6:30pm because it was too dark nor did I feel safe back there. That was my biggest disappointment. Thank you for the opportunity to share. Darlene

The staff that I had interactions with at the Killeen Texas U Haul / storage facility were all friendly and helpful, and were able to communicate services provided in a knowledgeable manner that I could understand. Plus the supplies for moving, ie boxes, plastic wrap, and a storage parking spot for a vehicle were helpful also. Thanks and thumbs up for a job well done.

The online rental process was so smooth and easy to use. Then I go into the store and the staff is excellent and friendly. Above all they were very knowledgeable about the workings of the online rental process. Both the online and instore experiences complemented each other. This made a very stressful move bearable. Management with Michelle was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I reported rain entering my unit multiple times which caused damage to my items and this was never resolved. I DO NOT recommend.

I only wish they had listed all sizes of storage because before when we used uhaul we had a bigger storage, this time we were assigned 10x15 which was told to be the largest and it was not and my mom stuff was crammed into this little storage.

Was made to wait over a hour to be able to clear storage. Was told only one person working and that he needed to go personally out to look at storage to ensure it was empty. Left after a hour, came back later and young lady behind desk cleared me without any hesitation, and she didn't need to go physically inspect unit.

The staff gave us more issues than they helped us with. The manager on duty was very rude and condescending every time we encountered her. The place was maintained well, just need staff training on being polite… this is Texas where people are friendly.

Employee was not fully aware of all options. Should not be an additional cost for 24hr access. Would not accept unused/extra boxes without receipt for store credit. They also should let/tell customers to call Customer Service for options outside of that location.

All the furniture that I was wanting to keep for my next house was damaged due to water in the storage unit. The furniture had mold on it and some of my cabinets had water damage up to 6 in. I know the storage unit was an outside unit but I never thought that there would be water damage in it. All the employees were very professional. The site is well maintained and clean.
