ANGEL R | Overall ExperienceThe alarm in the building kept going off. The sound hurt my ears. The police came and ran my plates after I showed him i had an access card. The acess number to call stop answering her phone.

If the office hours are 7-7 why is she only choosing 9-5 for people to come and get there stuff. I felt like it was an inconvenience for me when I told Brenda I was going to be there at 6:15pm. No one had told me to come between 9-5 so no I will not give a good review due to poor customer service
ALICIA D | Overall ExperienceI had a reservation for a storage unit for several months before needing access, and when I went to "check-in" to my storage unit, I was told the sized unit I requested wasn't available and that "this happens all the time." I wasn't offered any accommodations or help securing another unit at another U-Haul location. It was only after contacting the store by phone later that day did they resolve the issue, which was giving me a storage unit that apparently was available. Very frustrating and unorganized process.
