Inside truck filthy! Visible animal hair everywhere, visible sticky stuff spilled in cup holders & down middle console, white crumbs or something all over seats. Young lady employee gave me some wet wipes to clean it She was pleasant, helpful & if I needed anything else to just ask her. During truck pick up no one was really pleasant. The young man that checked truck in was very pleasant. The time that you have to wait for an employee to come from garage area is unacceptable. Waited 15 minutes. Have waited same or longer previously & thats before someone said be right with you & 35 minutes before you're helped. Unacceptable. Besides the two mentioned previously this is not a customer friendly store. Thank you.
We originally scheduled at a different pickup location and it was a nightmare. Thankfully the 1-800 number moved everything to other location and we got it picked up just fine.
Website for this particular franchise did not display the actual rental rate for a U-Box. Two out of three persons on the phone could not answer questions about scheduling. Delivery person had zero experience (first time), had nobody with him, and needed much guidance in backing the small trailer into a large carport. When called for pick-up at end of rental period (weekday about 1:30), was told that the truck was "on the way". Called again about 4pm and was told that pick-up would be the following day (and it was). Very unsatisfactory performance!
New mgt with lousy employees, that failed at ensuring the customer had the correct equipment.
Confirm their reservation the night before so they know where they are actually picking up. My original reservation was for river falls wi when I was pulling into river falls I get an email saying that I have to go to tony wi they are 2 hours apart. I got that email 30 minutes before my pickup time which is unacceptable. I was already in river falls.
They take the dolly of my truck because was not in their computer. Then put another dolly on my truck and the electric cable start on fire so they remove that one from my truck.it took me a lot of time in the heat.

Not sure what was going on the Saturday I rented a 15ft truck on 1 Aug 2020. Staffing was poor people had to wait for long times just to be told that they didn't have a truck to rent. Over heard one employee say that the web site was overlooking, I don't under stand why I have to upload my license when I was standing there? I originally reserved my truck for 24 hrs just to be told I could only have it for 8hr. I realize Covid 19 has made life more difficult but I also believe we can work together to find better ways to work around and through it. Just my two cents not worth much....

I was there 2 1/2 hours just to pick up a trailer.
When you tell a mentally & physically disabled a price, you should stand by it. I received 2 different prices before I returned it & was charged a different price. I only had it from 8 am to 3pm, I didn't even need that big of a truck. I was only moving what I could carry & it wasn't very much. They cheated me out of money, I was given misinformation & I am on a fixed income. I will never rent from them again, and I will not recommend that location. I have used U Haul all my life & never got scammed before!
I believe that when they open, the customer service representatives should be ready to assist the customers. They weren't ready to assist me and I had to wait a few minutes before I could receive assistance.
The location is too busy and have too many equipments lately that we spend an average of 30minutes just dropping off or picking up a trailer even when we are pre-checked in online.
Hire a new staff that cares about they job and the people they serve. Starting with the assistant manager very rude and doesn't care about being rude.. I've rented from this location 3 times within two weeks and will never rent here again. Read reviews for this location and didn't believe it could be that bad until I experience the service myself. Uhaul need to watch cameras and see how they customer are treated. Undercover boss need to be at this location and they would definitely let the rude assistant manager go.

Ensure adequate vehicle and trailer inspection
When returning truck the customer service was horrible the clerk was more concern about getting off than trying to help me check the truck back in. I was having problems with the app. She walked off and went inside to count her drawer down. Very rude.
COVID made the process take a little longer than it normally does, but the overall service and the truck was perfect. I had a great experience renting a storage unit for 7 months and the truck got my stuff where it needed to go. Thank you!
Very professional and stocked very well
Your employees at this location are very professional and very helpful. They help me with picking what type trailer I needed and the also installed my trailer hitch. Especially your employee Mr. Lucas he was a great help he deserves to be a manager..
Drop off was no hassle even has a lane to drive vehicle to leave it.
For check in, I have difficulty with technology, scanning my license, the attendant was impatient or frustrated due to the coronavirus and keeping distance, but still she helped me with the process. For check out they charged an additional day. I wait 1 1/2 hour on line to get the amount credited. When I get home I realized that the amount they credited is not correct. They just credited $19.95 instead of $21.60 (Sale plus tax). It was only one person working and there were at least ten customers online. That is the reason I didn't went back to the store to obtain the correct credit. I can understand the delay due to the coronavirus, and also I understand being impatient or frustrated for the same reason. I was happy that your establishment was open for business, but they should have additional personnel, because people need services regardless of COVID-19. The establishment is following the coronavirus security guidelines. It is important to remember that the customer is also taking precautions to protect themselves.
