Hector Mpersonnel there that day was very helpful. all the rest unorganized. on way home truck broke down. this was a major inconvenience to the time line of getting truck back in a timely manner. tow truck gouged hole into my apt parking lot. this was another inconvenience. only thing good was that the truck was large. all the rest was not good. it did not run safely and was still given with expectation that it will possibly break down and it did. will never use uhaul ever again.

Oliver WCustomer service was excellent. Only problem I had was them not checking the truck after every use. The left side taillight was totally broken. If I didn't catch it I'm sure I would have got blamed for it so somebody is not doing their job. That's a violation and the police can pull you over for that so just make sure they do a thorough job when trucks get checked in!

LOGAN E | Expérience généraleThe lady in the office hung up the phone on me three times, employees were on cell phones and social media instead of helping customers, during business hours, the place is a disaster. Only one employee made the effort and stood out and helped me. His name was Tyrek D. and I hope that Tyrek is recognized for doing the right thing, helping others, and taking care of customers. His fellow coworkers hid in the restroom and ignored customers because they are too busy on social media during work hours. Tyrek deserves a raise/promotion because after he helped me, he went on to help other customers while his coworkers did nothing productive.
Jesus DI've been with uhaul for 4 years and I would recommend that you haul to anybody. I love it and I will always go there. There's clean, safe, secure. If you don't have to worry about your stuff, there's no pets, no rodents. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I love that place

David SEnsure accurate count and availability of equipment is annotated on the website/app so that customers can plan and reserve equipment accordingly. Once a reservation is made, ensure the equipment is kept on hand to fulfill the reservation.
AYLA PThe vehicle I was assigned was completely dirty on the outside side and only had a quarter tank of fuel. I made a mistake when checking in and did not check the gauge which was suppose to be three-quarters of a fuel tank full. When I returned the vehicle I washed it and ensured it was three-quarters full.

The furniture had mold on it and some of my cabinets had water damage up to 6 in. I know the storage unit was an outside unit but I never thought that there would be water damage in it. Parking can be a challenge because the UHAUL trucks are cleaned directly in front of the entrance to storage which means one half is generally occupied. Also found evidence of rats in my storage facility when it was cleared out. Over the 13+ years of having the storage facility I think pest control had lapsed for a time which caused this infestation but believe it has been resolved. There is also nowhere to throw away trash on-site. The only dumpster is locked even during business hours. Besides that, the price grew from just over $100 to $184 a month for my space which became very expensive.

carol p | Expérience généraleThe rental trailer picked up in Hinesvilee Georgia was an absolute disaster we loaded everything up and then had to unload everything in the rain because their was no running lights and called uhaul and they sent a repairman out to fix it my daughter walked almost two miles from the address given to them so she could meet the repairmen because obviously he couldn’t follow directions or read a gps and then after he said that they were repaired loaded everything back up again to find out after 2 citations and a warning that the lights were still not wired back properly and put us three days behind and the trailer leaked water everywhere and pretty sure a wheel bearing is out on the trailer the staff in Hinesvilee Georgia were great and the staff and management in Killeen Texas was great it’s the u haul trailer and the repairman that was horrible

Customer service told me the storage I rented was big enough for a 2 bedroom apt. It's clearly wasn't even big enough for a 1 bedroom. When I called the office to see what we could do he said we held this one for you and there are no others at this time and was basically like o well your issue. We had a truck full of our belongings and had to throw away some furniture and other things. There was no way to resolve our issue and most definitely not a care. Thanks Uhaul.

Glad they had a very small unit for me and first month no charge. Not happy that clerk wants all the personal data, extra phone numbers and address. I have good history with u-haul without leaving my brothers name, address and phone number. That makes this a three star rate. I'm leaving the extra fourth star since I vented. If you take off all my family personal data you can have 5 stars. Please let me know.

The lady at the front desk spent way to much time telling one guy to clear the parking lot. Cars were backed up because there is literally no parking. Everything else is easy.

A week later I get a email stating my unit rental was approaching. I called the second time and this guy was courtesy enough to take care of it. I could have been billed for something that I was no longer using so for this I give a average rating where it could have been above average.

This is the best uhaul I have been to with the friendliest staff. i recommend this place and will always go here.

Diana G | Expérience généraleI could not access my belongings after 7 due to the facility closing. Many times, it was an inconvenience for me because of my work hours and hours of availability for movers/loaders. Another problem was when I was moving out, Saturday, March 07. I was inside the store waiting in line around 1:00 pm and there were some customers waiting to purchase boxes. Because they're was a large stack of free boxes in the donation bin next to the double doors, I suggested to two sets of customers to get some free boxes and even offered to show them where they were. One couple, a Hispanic could was grateful for the free boxes and loaded up. Another young lady and her father, who were white, apparently told the floor manger that they felt I wasn't harassing them because I told them and then offered to show them where the boxes were. According to two other black customers who were in the store at the tine, unbeknownst to the manager, they overheard the conversation, the floor manager was chiming in with them and agreeing that I harassed them. When I can back in the store, The floor manager proceeded to tell me of how he felt the young white couple was correct that I was harassing them. This angered me very much and was very hurtful. I feel as someone who was a past customer for one year, who never gave you any problems, that's a serious charge to make against someone so character. Obviously, from the way Thebes young who're couple acted, something was askew in "her" life at the time. How could anyone assume because a stranger offered to show you where you could find the same boxes for free, on the company's property was harassment? I felt the floor manager could have said, "Oh, No. we put them there for a reason." I don't think his customer meant any harm, she was trying to help." His lack of judgment and accusatory manner was almost as racist as the woman who accused me of harassing her suggesting free boxes. He should have told he customers himself that there were free boxes to help save the customers money. That would make them want to come back I the business. Not only was I extremely upset over this, but it was hurtful. To hear other black customers share the same concern that I had over this couples accusation of me, was also a clear case of racism. I would never use this business again or recommend it to anyone.
