Improve the info on the website. My guaranteed arrival date got pushed back and then they still arrived way ahead of time. I'm guessing the coordination with your sub-contractors could improve so the experience is as good on the front end as it was to sign up online and pay.

The lady that I delt with was horrible. There was another lady with purple hair who was fantastic and helpful. The one I delt with was rude and not listening. I was trying to make sure I wasn't overcharged and asking to explain where all these up charges came from and she wouldn't explain it to me. I finally made her pay attention to the “ itemized receipt” i had and told her to show me where the charges came from. She also charged my card without approval it was the correct one or that it was the one I wanted to use on file.

I rented a truck for 2 hours returned it hour and a half later got a call the next morning stating I didn't return it. When I dropped off truck I physically went in and asked if I needed to do anything else he said no that they would email me the receipt I got charged more when I shouldn't have. When I called in they stated I would be reimbursed haven't seen it yet.

When i arrived my rental was not available for pickup because the person before me never returned it. The manager had to put me in another vehicle the 10” truck. I requested the mileage to be the same since I was inconvenienced and he complied. Then the uhaul mirror didnt want to adjust to where I could see outside. I had to use the tiny mirror to look out of.

1 400,00 $ to ship a container to my daughter. It was 16 days late. For three days noone could tell me where my ubox was! I requested a refund and was told i would get 50,00 $ a day for every day it was late. I recieved 200,00 $. Something doesnt add up . I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND USING UHAUL BOX SERVICE. EVER!!

I needed to rent a 4 or 5 foot by 8 foot covered trailer for a one way cross country relocation. Despite location having these sizes, I was told they were not available for one way rental, but rather only local 2 way rentals. I had to spend almost 600 $more to rent the only 1 way covered trailer allowed by location. I only used 1/10 of the enclosed trailer space for my belongings. Really disappointed by the profiteering monopoly that is U-Haul. Trailer worked fine but was 10 times the size I needed and likely cost me 3 additional tanks of fuel just to haul the dead weight of unused trailer capacity. Had serious thoughts about finding additional things to haul for money in order to use the empty trailer space.

The biggest issue for us was that the person who was returning the vehicle that we were to get was 4 hours late, significantly affecting our move. The agent did her best to resolve this, but another van was not available. People should realize that there is a domino effect when vehicles are not returned when expected (or at least call). Otherwise, the vehicle pulled to the right, there was a tear in the flooring in the back, and there was gum stuck to the floor in the back. The photo link was not working, so we could not agree or disagree to the condition. Additionally, the paperwork said the gas tank was full, but it was no more than 7/8 full, and we ended up filling the tank at an additional cost.

Advise customers to buy a lock for when they stop to fuel or stay in a hotel. It's a great deterrent to keep people out of your trailer

My reservation was a mess! I went to Mt.Carmel no truck. Schuylkill Haven canceled my reservation and didn't tell me. I was sent to Mechanics urg but they didn't have the truck so I was then sent to Harrisburg. It took me three hours to pick up my truck. This made my time with my Philly parking permit run out.

I filed a complaint on several levels. Reference number 3446646. Those loadeing the U-Haul box for those doing the delivery and unloading loaded it BACKWARDS. And, on one of the trailers the equipment was terrible to use. That is part of the reason for the low rating. The workers who actually unloaded it did a very good job. I can't say the same about the U-Haul personnel.

The U-Haul facility was always clean and tidy, floors were swept mop waxed bathrooms clean every time I went over the last two years I want to commend the lady who takes care of that I'm not sure if her name but she always had a smile on her face and was always working hard I would recommend this place good job

The employees here were generally friendly and courteous. However, the customer service rep at the location showed me her screen where a photo was "uploaded" to my reservation or account. She said I uploaded it. I don't know who the person/people are in the photo, where it came from, who uploaded it, or why it is associated with my reservation. I explained that I made the reservation online (not through a phone app) and that I did not upload anything when I made the reservation. While it might have been amusing for the reps, I am concerned about the integrity and privacy of my reservation information if someone was able to upload an unrelated/irrelevant photo that somehow became associated with my reservation and rental. Please investigate this further. I was told to return the truck "clean" but when I got to the truck it was obvious the truck had not been cleaned or washed in quite some time. Even though I used the truck for only a few hours on highways in dry/non-dirty conditions, I still washed the truck and returned it in BETTER condition than when it was picked up. For the price I paid for a 4 hour rental and 89 miles total, Enterprise truck rental is a better value, and their vehicles are typically cleaned before release to the customer for rental. I'd imagine strange photos are not mysteriously uploaded or associated with their customers' reservations.

Had a large truck reserved with a confirmation number. Was not available when we arrived. Had to take a cargo van as that was all that was available. It worked out, but had to do three times as many trips than we should have. Staff was very courteous and efficient.

Waited 15 minutes for said Chris to arrive and take the women in front of me no telling how long she was there. I got the truck and reservation he gave me the keys. Told me the wrong truck and told me just go look for the number on the truck. I also gave him a 25 $card I would be using. He never took it off. Upon return my phone was dead he then told me he could not take the 25 $of because he needed to see it again cause he never discounted me. I had to wait 3 min for my phone to charge 27 seconds for it to load. All around Chris was a mess I will NEVER from this particular branch

I have had my personal items picked up, delivered and stored for about 1 1/2 years. I was allowed to pay rental fee electronically each month which was quite helpful. When needing to access my ubox, arrangements were easy. Staff were as accomodating as possible. Thank you U-haul of 29th St. Harrisburg, PA

Only issue I would say I have is we were at the location emptying the truck in to the unit and didn't finish until a little after 12. When I received the emailed receipt I saw I was charged for one more full day of truck rental. A bit disappointed in that....
